I was looking to add a line to my plan. Against my better judgment I stopped in this branch because I was already in town. They were rude and unhelpful. Make the drive to Mt Pleasant, they are far more personable and accommodating.
Just bought myself a new LG Stylo 6 with unlimited talk, text, and data. Went into the store spending at least an hour inside for me to end up not getting any of my data, or my talk or text at all after they took the money from my account. I have tried everything I can do to fix it, even checking the sim card to check that its in there (it was) restarted the phone put it in airplane mode and turned it off and on to no avail. Horrible.
Jenny J. had an attitude and was not very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. I was told I could return a case and there was not a time limit given just when my case came in which took 2 weeks to come in and a week for me to get in there to get it as I live out of town. I was told it was too long and the packagimg had a crease in it and the corner was apart (it came that way). Not helpful at all and no restrictions were given at the time of purchase.
I give it another 5 stars. In and out. Very friendly during this crazy time.

I signed up with US cellular and terminated my contract with Verizon. I was hesitant, I had been with Verizon for 16 years. However, I would save a small amount each month now that I was adding my son onto my account. I was told when I signed up they would reimburse me my final bill from Verizon due to terminating early. I asked for extra clarification on this and was assured I would be reimbursed in approx 8 weeks. I wasn’t going to switch if I was not, because the benefit in cost would not make any sense and I knew I liked Verizon’s service for the past 16 years.I sent my final bill notice into US cellular. In a couple weeks time I received an email stating I had been given a promotional credit when I signed up and therefore was not eligible for reimbursement. I was now responsible for this 450.00 bill from terminating my contract with Verizon.Needless to say, I do not recommend anyone to US Cellular. It was not a pleasant experience and I regret signing with them. I was misled into signing a contract and quite bluntly I was lied to regarding the incentives. This is not the experience I was expecting and it is most certainly not something I experienced with Verizon the previous 16 years. When I am able, I will be switching back to Verizon and I will stay with them.
Payed my phone bill, and the lady working was very nice.., but not really digging my own phone stalking me ! Geeeeezzzz, guess Ineed 2 shut off my location.
