They were able to help me, but confused by the elderly woman before me (she was trying to remember Facebook messenger). They just took forever to get to the right question.

Logan was very helpful. Very kind even when I had no clue what I was doing. I was ready to quit Verizon when I walked into the store because I had been working on an issue for 3 months with several different people on the phone. But instead I walked out of the store with a new phone and new Apple Watch all because of Logan.

They took advantage of my 76 year old father. Let him purchase 3 tablets and iPhone. Hes suffering with dementia and dying of kidney/liver cancer. They wont refund the merchandise and they turned off my mothers phone. I didnt even want to rate them 1 star
