Terrible customer service. Ft Myers Beach is very bicycle friendly town and this has station made me think otherwise. It was raining hard and I asked attendant to have a shelter under the roof outside and charge my bike. Her response was that youre not supposed to hang out on their property. I asked if I can stay until the rain is over, she said that she is going to call the police. Had to ride in the rain. Very bad experience.

Credit card information was stolen from this location. Check reviews, Im not the only one. First time using Sunoco, then days later I received a 100$ charge at another location.

My wife only used her CC only for gas in that Gas Station in our short vacation in Ft. Myers. 3 days later somebody pulled $100 from a wawa ATM not far from there. Just FYI.

Horrible horrible experience. The one bald, employee with a mustache freaks out on everyone, I just stepped into the parking lot about to buy cigarettes, and some food, when the employee who was screaming at someone else turns to me and tells me Im trespassing, Ive never been trepassed from anywhere at all and Ive been shopping at this store for 16 years now, hopefully the owner appreciates his employees running people off

Can not depend on this place to even be open when you expect, have to deal with rudeness many times or worse, such as employee getting angry over some imagined slight, and calling police to leave you in a no trespassing situation. You never really know what will set employee off to cause this much drama but it is extremely inconvenient since it is the only store in the area. If I was traveling by car, would not stop here at all.

This gas station has sold me scratch off tickets that were already cashed in...the owners of this place are scammers. They want to steal from you..don’t go there...7/11 is like a ritz Carlton compared...I will be in to tell them to their face that they stole from me.

The nastiest store that my family has ever been in.The employees are extremely rude to the customers.If you have to use the bathroom.You are out of luck.The bathroom is the worst I have ever seen.Bring your disiinfecting tools.
