Cashier was nice and quick.

Staff was friendly, store had what we needed to grab quick.

Would definitely give a zero if I could !JENNIFER at this location was cussing out a customer while I was in store on 9/3/2020. Get better employees point blank many people need jobs and your location keeps broke down employees that can’t even carry themselves with class while they are clocked in .If a customer acted as your employee did they would be trespassed from this location forever !

Walked in with what I knew were four winning instant lottery tickets. The counter is surrounded by a wall of junk so that you cannot see behind it. I heard the machine say Winner, Winner,,,, then guy says to me Hmmm none of these were winners. When I asked why the machine said Winner four times, he gave me my $ 12 bucks!

Worse customer service ever! Went in to buy a vape (which Ive never smoked) and the employees were so rude and ignorant on the products they have.

Attendant didnt know anything about the store( its not like he was running a Walmart by himself) sign outside said Marlboro 6.02 sign inside said 6.33 and they rang up at 7.91 and the cashier was clueless and offered no explanation. never again 7-11

Staff was very rude. I bought a broken product and they refused to exchange it just a few minutes later. I would be willing to travel a few miles up the street to avoid this place. Ive never posted a bad review about anyone before, but they were very unfriendly.

I go in this store multiple times every day and it has always been great would prepare any menu item asked for at any time, as Im in tge service field so eat on the go, so today am in a hurry go in an Noone is visible in store for aporox 3 mins call out hello multiple times an Noone answers then female worker comes out of restroom asks what am I holaring for I should know shes in bth room ? Well no she could of been outside or anywhere anyways tell her should of put sign on counter in bth room be back in a minute, she says she dont have to do nothing or put no sign nowhere an then she says she dont have to sale the item I had to go some wheres else so I left and I Wont be back due to her unprofessional ism an mgmt should know about this as she was very rude as I probably spend close to 300.00 a week there myself this happened today Monday, 7/1/2019 at approx 4:30 so that should tell mgmt who was wrking at that time .

If the Slurpee machine doesnt work dont throw away your cup you will get charged. Customer service is really unprofessional and a very dirty store.

Its our store on the beach..good service, they call you by name and give☺smiles, shoot the breeze with ya.Very clean store!!!!!
