Great attention to detail. Have dealt with them before on many occasions. Christiana is awesome to work with. Am looking for a certain air compressor and she was able to provide the model numbers of the stock on hand. Am running spray guns so SCFM is a huge deal. The Chattanooga store didnt even give much more than the time of day. this store actually cares and tries to help people! Thank You!!

Called to ask a question and was left on hold for 20 mins called back and got hung up on immediately, guess they didnt want my business.

This tv Ive had for a few months never worked the moment I brought it home, when I called the next day after purchase you guys told me NO REFUNDS . Well let me tell you I bought a xbox from the same pawn company just the other day GUESS WHAT IT DONT WORK AND I CANT GET A REFUND !!!! DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

Have bought and pawned here, staff is friendly. In my experience pawn offers are as good or better than other shops. Extended hours make it easier for those who work days.

Just went to try and pawn my wifes camera for a little extra money to take our two autistic children out on this beautiful day. They told us they were talking a certain kind, this isnt no POS camera its a $500 dollar camera. I ask for the camera back since they didnt want anything to do with it. One employee started asking how much are you trying to get? And the other girl said Its ok theyre probably just going to buy drugs with the money. Yeah when I get my gun out of there Ill get my business out also.

You have to purchase a return policy to return something

It takes awhile to get waited on as one employee was looked at us a few times while talking to the other employee which had a customer.My guess is one does the games and the other works in the center even if there not busy in that area?The non working employee watched the guy get done with the customer and while waiting on us?But the guy working in the game dept was super knowledgeable and friendly or it would of been 2 stars.

Useless. Take your old FFL off of PSAs website. Wasted 2 weeks ordering a firearm to transfer just to have it cancelled and have to reorder.

My experience has been nothing but positive. I have used this company for at least Three years to purchase everything from a Laboratory Microscope, Home Theater System, Acoustic Guitar and have also cashed checks with them. They have always been courteous, kind and in my opinion very fair in their pricing. If you are looking for a pawn shop with fair prices and although I personally do not deal with guns, if you need one this would be the place to go. I have listened and what they dont know, they are more than willing to find out. I am not related in any way to this business, I merely feel when a company as honest as Money Exchange is, they should get the acknowledgement they deserve. Tommy Akins

I dont know where all the negative comments are coming from. Been using these guys for a couple years to get small loans on my merchandise.Is waaaay cheaper than going through a loan company. They have worked with me multiple times when I was a day or two late on a payment.But, I will say I have never purchased anything from them so I cannot speak on the subject.In my experience I personally have never had a problem with these guys.

If you are an intelligent Man/Women, You will not conduct business with U.S.Money shops in Fort Oglethorpe Ga. Since changing ownership this year a few changes have been made the public should know about. #1. All property pawned can only be reclaimed with Cash only, no other form of payment is accepted. Why you might ask? Simple. After I spoke to the new owners based in Minnesota, they simply want to make it as difficult as they possibly can for their customers to reclaim ones property, as they loan only 5% of the estimated value of said property in the first place. They stand to make a killing off your items if you are unable to put together enough cash to reclaim your property. #2. Anyone can walk into U.S. money Shops and purchase anything on display using any form of payment accepted in the United states of America. They accept Cash. Credit cards. Money orders. Cashears check. Personal Check. Does anyone else find this to be Dirty Pool? Shady business? Down right dirty? Poor business practices? I would hope so. This is our community. Our neighborhoods. Ourselves. Our friends and families are being taken advantage of. They can only do what we allow them to get away with doing. I suggest a boycott of U.S. money Shops until they begin conducting business in an honorable fashion. Twin City pawn is 5 min further away and are very Honest and honorable. The money they earn also stays in our community. I encourage everyone to please Respect and Honor our community and if necessary. Use any other pawn shop other than U.S. Money Shops. Ive been in this store several times and the prices are as much as what you can buy them for in retail stores in new condition. Its also difficult if not impossible to get help from the staff. Save yourself some time and try one of the ones down the road.

I start with, Im a buyer. Im not here to sell or pawn. I have stood at the gun counter with the intentions of buying. Cannot even get a hello, let alone can I help you?. Art of customer service is lost on these folks.

Poor customer service! I have been in this pawn shop several times and their are a couple of knowledgeable and friendly staff, but there are a couple of staff that each time I have been there the customer service is horrible! I have to ask to get help with an item that is behind the counter and theu were not busy. Talking among each other, and by the way there were 3 of them today. And when you ask them about the item they were clueless about the items (PS4 systems). They had about 10 of them. I ask if any were 1 tb or all 500 gb and if any come with more than 1 controller. She looks at 3 of them and says I believe they are all the same. Im no dummy... she was clueless and did not know. She did not even offer to look at others or in her computer database to see whay she could come up with. This pawn shop (and I shop and buy from many) is overpriced! I post this as I am over 10 years in sales and CSR experience and if I were this pawn shop I would highly suggest some review in your staffing as it horrible in customer service. Sorry, but you lost out in a sale today!

Bought a ps4 that I way over paid for full of cockroaches ... store manager extremely useless .... Stuff mildly retarded and very rude is the best I can say ... Prices are horrible in most cases 10% to 15% above retail for the same thing new in stores ... Any good reviews you see on this place is more then likely employees trying to get customers do yourself a favor and check out twin city or even midway pawn

They lie and tell you its law that they have to hold pawn for 3 days but ga doesnt have that law nor is it in agreement. Extremely rude and dont help customers.

Inconsiderate, and lazy staff. Prices that exceed retail in most cases. Staff just wants to clock in, and clock out, with no consideration, or thought to customer service. Will not take two minutes folks, TWO MINUTES, out of their day to do a working man a favor.

This Pawn shop Sold me a fake Rolex as a real ones and want refund my money back .They dont care about there customers . And they dont stand by there word . they will tell you any thing to get the sale . They are thieves with no hart . so beware .
