Great staff and open 24/7.
This is without a doubt the worst Walgreens ever. The customer service I received here was abysmal to say the least. Could be run better by robots. Me and my wife(pregnant) both came down with COVID so we figured we would go get cough medicine from their curbside pickup service. Turns out cough medicine requires an ID check. The manager refused to accommodate to us by coming to our vehicle to see our ID through the window or help us in any way. I understand not wanting COVID but we could have found a safe way to do this. After arguing, she refused to let us come through the drive through to pick it up, still wanting us to come in. She wanted us to come in knowing we had COVID. She finally let us go through the drive through which of course had about 5 cars already there. All for some cough medication. If it was up to her I guess people with COVID just need to have no access to medication or just come in and spread it to everyone else. Pathetic management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Manager is the least personable person I’ve ever met.
Me and my husband both have COVID, and I am pregnant. Saying this curbside has been wonderful. We have had people sit the stuff next to the car and then we grab it once they walk away. We ordered mucinex on our curbside order and the manager refused to bring it outside. She stated that we had to show an ID. We just recently went to a diff store and they had mo problem coming to the car to see the ID through the glass. This lady wouldnt even let us go through the drive thru. After me pretty much arguing with her, she finally okayed the drive thru. This was absolutely ridiculous. This manager clearly needs to use common sense and kindess.
Jeff I think was his name, been there since 2006 and is a shift lead. Doesn’t like helping you and gets cranky when you ask him to take something off the purchase. Very very rude. He was very short any snappy when talking to me.
Avoid this location and head up the road to the next Walgreens near the Publix. The service representatives here need to learn what is a company standard. They do not do coupons if they are concerned they have to work for it.
Walgreens is a great store! Theyre always there for our medicines and other needs.
I love walgreens they are always nice and friendly. Ask were something might be and they know.
It’s hit or miss here. It’s pretty much always busy so waiting inside for a prescription for 15-20 minuets is normal. MOST of the pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful, too. A few of them don’t belong behind a cash register much less in the Pharmacy. There’s two ladies in particular that are wonderful. I wish I remembered their names. The store is clean and stocked. But be prepared to keep moving in the pharmacy. It’s a busy place and they are friendly and professional but don’t chitchat. It’s also better if you set up an account with them and get text alerts. They also have an iOS app that you can be notified when your prescriptions are ready to be picked up (along with the price) so there’s no surprise. I usually arrive at the counter and tell THEM my script is ready. And they’re like “so it is!” Also they have a great rewards program that is worth looking into if you shop at Walgreens.
My husband just went to this walgreens and spent $12 on a 2 pack box of Walgreens brand pregnancy tests. I took both tests and both were faulty. No lines showed up. My husband called them to try to get another box but she said there was nothing they could do for us so thats $12 down the drain!! Thanks walgreens for making a faulty product and wasting our money. Horrible customer service!! Shop elsewhere.
This pharmacy is absolutely terrible..! Pharmacists should know how to count & use a calendar..! A friend of mine went to pick up his prescription that he gets every 30 days. They wont fill it. The pharmacist said it had only been 29 days when clearly it had been 30. They put the # of days in a calculator to add it up for them, but refuse to look at an actual calendar. There are 31 days in most of the months of the year. They do not care about anyone.
Customer service was awesome!! I didn’t find my favorite perfume, which is now being sold just online, but Maddie hung out with me & talked to me while my mom was elsewhere shopping. She was very helpful & offered to have it ordered for me online! Went to 5 places looking & she was the only one that went over & beyond to help me! Thank you Maddie!!❤️
I dropped off prescriptions for my 94 year old dad at 5:30 pm and was told it would be about an hour and a half for pick up. About an hour later I got a phone call from Walgreens stating they needed insurance cards for an update. I stopped by and verified this, went home got the insurance cards. While I was at home I got a message at 8 pm stating that they could not fill the prescriptions because Georgia law didnt allow them to fill prescriptions written by a nurse practitioner. WHY didnt they tell me this at the beginning??? My dad is at home in PAIN waiting on this medication. This is not Customer Service, this is neglect. I am moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy because of this. I hope Walgreens will strive to hire people who care more and pay attention more.Very UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
So I am a regular customer at this Walgreens. Two days ago I was shopping with my daughter, spent over $100, and didnt notice that we had left the phone there until those two days later, today!, after retracing my steps calls and the girl on the phone tells me she has no clue, so I ask to speak to the manager. She is then told by him over the phone that he had a I phone before I told him what type of phone and I was was like great! That was before he got on the phone and the girl repeated over and over, if we still have it? I ask where would it be? Im confused? She says I have no clue? I wasnt here? ... Then the manager comes back gets on the phone and says we do t have it? I then ask, did it have a turquoise case? He replies chuckling, I dont know? This is when I get frustrated... Im like is this a joke? Why are you laughing? Your the manager? Asked him is name? I think he said Andy? The asstiant? I hung up after saying if my phone wasnt dead I could find it and I dont think you are very professional!!😡😤heated! I would like to talk to corporate!!
I love my peeps that work in this one, they’re awesome! 😍
Convenient location. Clean/bright store. Staff typically friendly/helpful. Prices on everyday items not great, but they are open when others are not so.... Pharmacy usually prompt, however its not uncommon for them to get backed up/overwhelmed/slow.
The urgent care we saw gave us their goodrx coupons which we used here and the meds was very inexpensive with coupons. The pharmacist was very nice too.
Great store with a very helpful and friendly staff
I went in to use some Walgreen coupon and they would not accept them. The cashier said the manager Chase told them not to take there own coupons!
Usually slow although they are friendly. But being friendly doesnt help when youre sick and waiting on a prescription. From my experience they are more expensive than other pharmacies in the area. More than once Ive waited for a prescription and after 40 minutes I was told they didnt have it and it would come in on a truck the next day. Went to buy some Oragel and it was $10.49. At Walmart the same package was $5. Today I waited at the register in the front of the store for 3 minutes before anyone ever came to check me out. This was at about 12:15 this afternoon, on a Sunday, after church. Staff your store during busy times. Ill take my money to a cheaper, more customer oriented pharmacy
I love all the pharmacy technicians here. They are awesome!
Fantastic place to shop. The overnight crew, a man and young woman are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
I like going to Walgreens
Never have meds in stock. Used to like the people there. Theyve added new employees that are rude and condescending. Theyve gotten better since my last review. I was referring to the pharmacy dept anyway. The other employees have always been great!
Not sure if they are understaffed or simply poor management. Customer service is terrible. Tried to call the pharmacy today and placed on hold for over 25 minutes. As if the canned music wasn’t bad enough, every 20 seconds or so a voice would chime in saying “we’re sorry to keep you waiting...” The message was super annoying and stressful because every time it started I was like finally they are answering. When at last a human answered she immediately said hold on a minute and put me on hold again!Inside the store, the aisles are not neat and organized. The worst issue is waiting for a cashier when you take your selections to the counter. On numerous occasions, I have stood at the checkout waiting for an employee to appear. At least their prices are generally good.
3rd time that Ive been given wrong script!!! I rcvd Diabetic pills that were same shape & size as my Blood Pressure script but wrong color!!Pharmacy not that busy then so zero excuses!! Thats unless Pharmacist and/or Technician filling my prescription goes by shapes & sizes and not names of medications ... that thought is very scary!!
Evening Pharmacist is a wonderful man! Very helpful and always willing to take time with me.
Always a good experience when shopping here. The employees are always friendly and johhny on the spot when you need something.
Good staff. But Usly wait along time.
I find it very unproductive and very unprofessional of the staff at our local Walgreens. I got put on hold and that was fine up until the point that it was about 7 mins then Someone picked it up and asked me to hold again until it hung its self up. I had one question that I waited 14 mins for that went unanswered. I am very disappointed that a place that supplys the healing of our people are to laid back to care enough to pick a phone up. I really feel sorry for those selected few in how embarrassing they make this Walgreens look. I think that Im to discusted to go back to this Walgreens until it is brought up to a warm welcoming and custom friendly environment.
Ive had several problems with this location over the past couple of years. Ill only mention the most recent set of events that have frustrated me to no end. First I had to have a prescription for Vyvanse for my son. Several times they have just been completely out and sent me to a different store. This time however they informed me I had to call the doctor and have him call the insurance company to verify the script for some reason. Okay I had the paper prescription that was wrote by the Dr why did they have to have him call the insurance. Why not just call them. Anyway turns out his insurance didnt cover Vyvanse anymore so I had to take him back to the Dr for a script for adderall xr. No problem it all got taken care of. Until the Dr tried to call in a script for my other sons inhalor. If you have a serious asthmatic child DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! The Dr called it in they said they didnt get it. By that time the Dr office had closed so I called the answering service and they found a Dr to e-scribe it. He did this twice and they still didnt get it. I called the Dr again he said he sent it through again! And guess what. Its been four days and I have still yet to have his inhalor. Thank God hes not a serious asthmatic. But I know theyre are children out there who could possibly die without this medication. I have been loyal to walgreens for many years now but am seriously debating whether or not I need to take my buisness back to CVS.
I would second the previous rude and condescending commentary directed at the pharmacy. I will also add incompetent. When the TESTY techs have to search every, NO EXCEPTION, bin and tray for a prescription, then give up and redo the dispensing, there is a problem. The patronizing attitude must be overcompensation for the clumsy lack of organization by attempting to put the lowly customers in a defensive mode. Apparently they havent noticed there is an alternative just down the street.
Quick prescription filled!
Its a pharmacy
Slow slow slow
Very rude pharmacy Techs
