I just want to share that I broke down on I 59 at the Alabama Welcome Center at 3:30pm for some odd reason my power steering cap blew off my diesel,,and left me stranded,, I called AutoZone that’s where i get my oem for my vehicles,, Red and her coworker help me get the parts and she brought them to me I was fixed and on my way A++++ to this store

Ordered brake shoes, when I picked them up they were missing hardware, that I was told by the store clerk, could be pulled from old shoes and used. Not the case, had to take them all the way back and come to find out they had a set of shoes that fit my car sitting on the shelf in the back. But they got 3 stars because the lady that helped me when I returned the first set, was nice and polite. If they hire people that are not too lazy to go looking for something a customer needs, they would probably get a better rating.

Auto Zone is the best for me. Im comfortable, Im satisfied. I was with Auto Shack in Austin TX. for many years. Later with OReillys in Oklahoma for nearly 20yrs because it was closer. Now in Alabama I went to to 4 parts stores in one week trying to make a decision on something, ended up going with Auto Zone and am SATISFIED, even with the employees on how they communicate and conduct themselves.Thank GOD!

First let me say I usually like buying local rather than from a chain-store/corporation. My local parts dealer just dont cut it though. Ive been using the local AutoZone for years! Theyve earned my business. I am picky about what parts I will use on my vehicles. In the parts business there are good quality parts and there are cheap parts. I was surprised by the selection AutoZone has to offer. I prefer the more trusted and proven names in the auto parts industry. Other parts dealers in the area always have to spend forever looking up parts and try their best to sell the house brand and brag they saved you money. Usually if you want a name brand from the others its got to be a special order. AutoZone keeps a lot of those parts in stock. Coupled with the AutoZone app I can walk in with a list of part numbers and be out in no time or they dont mind looking up one part or a hundred parts. Also when they sell you a part with a warranty they allow you to use it! For example just to see I kept a receipt for break pads. I tow a lot so I go through breaks more than regularly. 7 months later it was time for new ones and they honored the warranty! Most other companies just hope youve lost your receipt and get out of it that way but, AutoZone keep a history of every part you have a warranty on, no need to hunt for old receipts! The staff is great too! Even when your working on a custom build thats not a vehicle in the computer the staff here understands customizations and can still easily get your parts for you.

This is my neighborhood store. I used to go here almost daily for car parts for my Dad or my husband and me. But something happened and all of the people we,knew left at the same exact time and where it was a diverse staff that is no longer so. The present workers act as if they dont even care why youre there and a lot more people seem to be just hanging around! All the workers are seeming to only want to help their race and no other. Before,they had a diverse staff and the folks were wonderful! They just are no longer my go to parts store,at least not this one! I am speaking only about theThird Street store in Chattanooga TN.

We have bought a battery it last about 6 months took it back .got another battery it last about 3 weeks .took it back this battery last about 3 months. Took it back oh your warranty has run out all the batteries came from the scottsboro store so I decided to go to the fortpayne store to have checked no good .is anyone else having problem or is just me .I buy all my parts from autozone but not anymore l wont spend one more penny. This is Howard not Beth i would have give them a zero rating if was a place to put in a zero....
