The customer service is really bad at this location. Was thinking about switching to Metro from my provider but I decided against it after how I was treated at this store. Thanks but no thanks. The people who work here are too bothered when a customer has a question. They only want to talk amongst themselves instead of help people who ate trying to give them money. Have now taken my business elsewhere.

The Metro store Fort Payne Al was very rude to me. The text I got said I could get a new phone and they said the message was Not from them. They are scammers to because the lady said Anew phone was 100.00 until I said my husband paid 80.00 then she changed the price to 80.00 but still not free

I sent my mother into the storeTo upgrade her phone.she was not happy with the phone and went 10 days later to get a different one... the young man told her..she had to wait 6 months... the recipient clearly said you have 14 days.. so she took him at his word... do not want cash wants a difference phones..one that will work.

Its good unless your want an iPhone and they dont keep them in house they have to order them and it takes up to three weeks to come in. But the are a great group of people who takes care of whatever you need.

Awful reception no service any where past Fort Payne Al. Hardly at all went back 2 times in the first 10 days both times was told they would boost the phone never worked any better could not get or make calls. Still just if I was around Fort Payne area . I tried to get my money back they refused I paid nearly 300 bucks for nothing... Finally I had to go back to my old Carrier.. and loose all my money. So I cant zero rating so I gave a 1 to post. Please dont waste your money.

They are always so rude. The customer service is ridiculous.

I love being a member of MetrPCS. The staff at Ft. Payne are helpful, friendly, as well as speedy to help as you walk in the door. The deals are really great, too. They beat the Verizon prepaid plan I had hands down. Better rates, and I was able to get the phone I needed for the job that I have. Thanks for all the help.

This cell phone provider is a joke. You only have service while inside the city limits of a bigger town or city, and if u go inside a building u can forget having service. I would pay the difference for Verizon, at&t, or even straight talk. My advice to anyone who wants great service at the same price as metro go to cricket wireless in scottsboro, and ask for Justin he will take care of u.

Employees were welcoming. Company policies not welcoming. If bill is paid in store a fee is charged. No matter what form of payment is used, cash or plastic. Oh, they dont accept checks at all. Not a happy customer!!

I love the rates of this company. I can have data with out paying Xtra like I did at Verizon. I was paying more and not having data with verizon than I am with metro plus I have insurance with my plan.

Clean store but bad customer service. They are very nice when your buying a phone and new service but when you find out the phone is junk a breaks within 2 days they will not make it right and offer a exchange or refund and they get nasty attitudes quickly. Refunds and replacement chargers etc come out of employees paychecks. If you have a problem your not going to get it solved easily!

They worked on my phone until they found the promble . Knowing what happened to the phone, they fixed it . My phone is now working as good if not better than it was before I went to their store . They did a supper job .

The manager in this store dose not want to help you do anything with your phone this guy is so rude he doesnt know what hes doing this store should be closed down Metro PCS absolutely needs to investigate this manager

Worse customer service.the girl Brittany is rude and not helpful. They dont treat customer like customer but and inconvenience.worst mobile store ever . Sold mean phone that does not work and would not replace or fix. Says they are not a metro store but another company. But we as customer our suppose to know that... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING!!!! They do not care about customers.

Horrible iv changed my post and rating after having 4 terrible experiences and having to drive all the way to Gadsden to turn in a defective phone because this store wouldnt take it back! Gadsden gladly helped twice! And even said they had complains about the particular person/s! Horrible service now, dont know anything! Hateful lady! SUX!!!
