Went to the store to move a line from an account to its own personal line, and we were told that they couldn’t do it in store, and had to call a number to do it. The employee couldn’t even give us phone hours. I called the Scottsborro store to see if that was a real thing, and the Scottsborro store informed me that “We can do that in stores, I don’t know why they told you that they couldn’t. I’ve never heard of having to call a number to do so.” It wasn’t like the store was crowded. There was only one other customer there.Hope they don’t make commission. That store missed a sale from me.

I have not had previous good experiences at the Fort Payne Verizon but went there on June 28th to have my daughters iPhone activated. We were met by Victor....I believe a manager. He was so helpful & nice. Got us in & out the door quickly. Great experience that day. Thanks Victor!

Got a new smart watch...a little slow but got everything I needed

Terry Chambers [sales associate] helped in so many ways. He even cut short his lunch to finish helping me.

Wait time can be a little long.. but once your waited on youll see that they go through great deal to help you out (in my experience)

Went there because the 800 number said what I needed had to be done in-store. In store reps said I had call 800 number. Never got resolved but the in store people were very nice.

Customer service has continued to decline..

I hate going to this store. Everyone tells you something different and the wait time is awful. I have gotten more bad info. Here then anywhere however I love Verizon and love doing my business over their phone Service. They have never lead me wrong and are always courteous and caring.

I absolutely despise Verizon. Its a ripoff and some employees are only out for themselves with the worst possible attitudes. I do not understand why any company that deals with the public would hire someone that have the worst personalities and are the farthest things from people-persons.

People are great here. Verizon sucks in this area now. 3 is right in the middle. I had Verizon service 18 years and service is so bad now I just paid the final bill

Sorry service. Lie to you. I am.just waiting until my contract is over and I am gone to another carrier.There reception has declined greatly and their prices keep going up! They cost more than almost anyone and have the worst customer service and hardly any signal. I shouldnt have to stand in the yard with my cell phone in the air to get reception,when ten years ago, the reception was wonderful!

The customer service here is that of a towel head gas station. They give you such a run around you feel forgotten and the wait is way to long. For anything.

This is the biggest rip off store in the world! Sale you something and say it has a lifetime warranty . I went to have my screen protector replaced and they ask me if I registered it . I never registered it because I received no information on the protector was just told it had a lifetime warranty. Needless to say it cost me $54 to replace. What a joke this place is.

They ave no idea what they are talking about, we bought a gizmo tablet and paid cash for it, and it was suppose to be $17 for just data. I just got the bill and it was $253.
