When 5hey finally finish the remodeling/ reset the store will be really nice. Theyve mostly went to self checkouts so depending on your thoughts on checking yourself out this will either be a big plus or a sore negative.Since starting the remodeling Ive noticed that they have started carrying a better variety and quality products.

I love shopping at Walmart, I go in there and it seems like I entered the perfect place to relax and shop to my hearts desires. The workers there are very friendly and eager to help, with whatever you need. They will be happy to stop and chat with you just to make you feel more welcomed. I wont shop at any other store, because I always find what I need there, why go to five different stores when this one super outlet store is all you need?

They never have shelves stocked properly. Sometimes they have stuff, most of the time not.

Kevin, the manager working at 4pm Saturday, 9/25, is extremely rude and disrespectful. Very unhelpful and has an awful smart-mouth attitude. Walmart does not need someone like that working for them and representing them. I’m sure he is awful to his coworkers too since he is awful to customers. He needs to be fired. Point blank. Reaching out to district managers as well. Kevin needs to be disciplined with immediately.

Im sorry I used to love this Walmart compared to the one in Scottsboro, but you can forget that now. Now they have absolutely nothing in the store. And when I say nothing, I mean NOTHING! Im not sure what they are trying to do to the store but if your lucky enough to find the area where it goes, your not going to find what your looking for, Id say 8 out of 10 times. And that was going on long before they decided to renovate. Somewhere around 2 years at least. I unfortunately have to drive 25 minutes more just to go to the store now. So all I can say is, please get done whatever your doing and get back to stocking your products. No dont even try to blame the pandemic, because there was no excuse 2 years ago when your employees just stood there and watched at least 4 of us trying to get to a product and then walk away when we asked him when you guys might start stocking your products right again. You know what his response was: Whenever they decided to order it Now thats sad. So I do believe its going to take quite a bit to earn my business again.

Well stocked, peaceful store, and even as fast wifi. Truck drivers can park at the truck stop nearby and walk over, or park at the wal mart lot.

I know they are remodeling the store currently, but this has to be the messes and dirtiest Walmart I have ever been in. There associates are rude not friendly at all. I will never visit this store again.

I do not like all this check yourself out stands. Elderly or disabled folks cannot lift all of that stuff out of their carts and still need help. And for all the immigrants or others who cannot read,it is almost impossible to self checkout when you have to search something up by name( produce). Its fine to have a lot of these,but they need some cashiers and traditional check out lines too.

Boaz store has friendly staff that are willing to help just as you give them respect and not treat them like slaves.

Recently moved down this way from Georgia and I had a great encounter after going for the 3rd time and I met a cashier her name is Delores and she went beyond that extra mile to make my shopping experience great!! Yall need to give her a raise she is so good at What she does!! I will be coming back just to see Delores!!

I am shocked at how low. the bar has fallen in the electronics dept. There are very few competent people there now and services once offered are no longer offered and they they dont follow up once a sale is made. Dont bother asking for information.

Friendly people, clean store, and good prices. Just what you expect from Walmart. I appreciate that this one still had a lot of regular checkout lanes as most Walmarts seem to be turning to almost exclusively self checkout.

Ive always liked jacks anyways but its your usual jacks. Warm delicious breakfast and good burgers for lunch.

Remodel of the store happening currently, the grocery area is sparsely stocked while this takes place. Im sure its going to be great when finished, but for now, anticipate taking a few minutes longer to find what you need.

The main item I ordered ended up not being available and canceled and it took a good 40 minutes or longer to get the rest. The cat litter I got had water damage on the box along with other damage.

Always neat and clean. Fantastic clearance deals, friendly staff. Love it!

New remodel sucks. Cant find anything. Mostly self checkout which takes jobs away from people.

They are not to kind to service animals.......I was told that I couldnt have my little 14 pound chiwinnie service dog in the child seat of the buggie that he had to either walk or be carried through Walmart and Ive been in that store so many times with him sitting there in the childs seat not and not once has anyone said anything to me til now its rediculious

Be careful buying chicken at this store. I was just in there and reported an open pack of chicken breasts to one of the employees. All he did was hide it underneath another pack of chicken then walked over to another employee and talked for a few minutes, then went over to the ice cream section and pretended to do work.

I can kind of excuse the confusion with the remodel thats been going on, but the employees have been absolutely incompetent or absolutely rude every time that weve been in lately. Ive started shopping elsewhere, even if it means paying more or driving farther, just to avoid dealing with their associates.

Everything in the store is being moved to another location. I prefer to shop where I know where everything is located.

Got what was needed. Can’t complain. It was a typical trip to the Walmart. You get in and get our as best you can.

If this store wasnt in the middle of rearranging the review would be less than 4 stars. prices were missing on some items and trying to find some items took longer because they had changed places.

The one in Fort Payne, Alabama was Super nice. They ask if we needed any help. They just did not walk by anyone without asking if they can be helped. I couldnt find something and I was walked to the product. Wow. I was amazed.

I give the ft payne store 1 Star just because I cant give 0. Ive been to Walmart stores all over the country but it doesnt get any worse than this dump. Never stocked, always junk in blocking the Isle that should be stocked. Never ever enough registers running and now all of the self checkout is card online. This place is literally the worst of the worst!!!

Employee was very helpful in locating some food items. Shelves were not stocked well and in need of cleaning (applesauce containers were stuck to shelves due to leaking). Friendly checkout person.

Im not going to lie. I never went inside the store,, since I was traveling. Just stopped to check on the car before we went further.. Walmart parking lot clean, well lit, someone getting all the shopping carts.

We are retirees in our 70s. We were traveling, had a flat. My husband is not able, and another person stopped and changed the tire for us. We stopped here 4/04/2021 to have the tire repaired or replaced. We told the young lady when we went in we would buy a new one if that one could not be repaired. When the tech came to get the truck, my husband tried to explain what he wanted. He didn’t want to listen, just said he knew. He did not repair, and did not ask us what tire we wanted, just put a new one on. He also did not put the spare back on the holder under the truck bed as we requested. Now we have a tire we did not pick out, and we’ll have to find someone else to put the spare on the carrier.

Its hard to find things now that they have rearranged the aisles. Some of the aisles are too small.

Hate calling and right now the one in Fort Payne AL is remodeling and moving their stock to different areas so it can be confusing but most staff is friendly but they sometimes are short handed but they will assist when they can

Crowded! Why have all those check stands if their not going to use them? Walmart took over the world put places like Kmart out of business. They can afford a few more cashiers but I love Walmart. Not hating on them. Just a suggestion.

Once again Walmart Fort Payne curbside pick up is not able to complete the order I placed the previous day..of course nobody can tell you that until you drive 20 mins to the store and 20 mins back home with out groceries. This is the third time that not only was the order not ready at the pick up time. It wasnt even ready on the pick up day. And just to add insult to injury they dont release the pending charges on your card for at least 3 days and there is no way to just cancel the order. Will never use Fort Payne Walmart againWill try Scottsboro and see if its more together

Went and got a new TV. Lighting got mine. The lady working in electronics was a very nice person. Very helpful and friendly. Go meet these folks for yourself...

Other than not being able to get any help everything else was ok.The lady in garden center was really nice and helpful

Big signs out front say must wear a mask but when you go inside the store lots of the customers walking around do not have mask on and are not social distancing. The only way I feel safe going in there to shop is to go at seven in the morning. Theres hardly anyone there at that time. But a lot of times the shelves arent stocked at that time of morning so then I cant get what I went for.

The guy working the self checkout was very helpful when I needed a price check.

It took a long time time to check out. It is worth noteing that Walmart implemented a policy to stop keep your pants up and no obscene language. It took months to get it done. My point is you can make a change if you put some effort into it. Consider unwanted phone call over and over.

This is the first time I have ever wrote a review on anything but I was treated so poorly getting my oil changed at Walmart in fort Payne al I just had to say something. They let me stand waiting on someone to help me 20 min with the door locked so I couldn’t talk to the men that changed my oil I had to yell at them though a little window. Which they was no help they just rolled there eye and said somebody will be there in a little while and after it was time for them to close here one of them come and finally got my car back after a 30 min wait

Ive went to Walmart, like many others my whole life. Its the one place where you can do your taxes get a haircut an eye exam and vehicle serviced. All while you clothes shop and get groceries or perhaps a general tso snack. My personal favorite. Customer service is usually always on point. Also, they seem very relaxed during the pandemic which always helps with nerves.

I was met by a friendly staff. The store was clean and well stocked. I was able to quickly find my items. The store was crowded, but there were alot of check out counters open to handle the extra volume.

So frustrating how they never seem to have the printer ink I need in stock. Also how that when I check availability of something on the store app which shows in stock, only to get to the store and its nowhere to be found. Other than that, pretty decent store considering theres not much else to choose from.

This store is good for different things. I have a very hard time getting anyone to answer the phone. They wasnt very nice at the deli either.

It was ok, I guess. I couldnt find a couple grocery items I was looking for. Associates who were stocking/pulling pick up orders apparently think they are more important than customers. I dont think my cashier said a word to me until she told me my total. Its nice to have a few self check outs available if you have just a few things and want to hurry through, but if its busy and there are more self check outs open than those manned by associates there is a problem. If I have to wait on Associates to finish what they are doing and finally get out of my way without even an offer of apology then I have to check out and bag all of my own groceries and GM, shouldnt I either get a big discount or get a paycheck??

I dont know who designed the layout of the merchandise but it is bizarre! Its hard to find anything. Some aisles go in one direction and some go perpendicular to that. Its crazy!

No chicken nothing but burgers no salad had ran out of everything no one in there but one other couple we had to wait over an hour for our burgers 😫

Selection is small and limited. Customer service was terrible. I recommend local owned stores to keep america great.

Rating is mainly for evening to close; If you need help in electronics after 9 its nearly impossible. After 8 or so, pallets start coming out to be stocked on shelves, blocking isles.

They just have what I usually need. Most of the time. Now the online Walmart needs more update cause I have tried to order from online they say don’t have it but when I go it’s usually there. Or they seem to cancel my orders way way too much

This review is one star because of a single reason. The entire store smells like a DEAD BODY. I have no idea how such a nasty and putrid odor could possibly be all over the store. Yet it is. Seriously. Walmart needs to check the vents for a cadaver.

Walmart is so greedy and profit oriented that it will not hire enough cashiers or floor employees to serve the customers. I am just leaving after standing in line for scanning my groceries as a last resort. Stood in line to do that. Foodland will have my business from now on. They are much more customer oriented. Yes I will pay a little more but service is 100 per cent better and worth every penny!Walmart you should discount groceries that customers are forced to scan. Look how many salaries you are saving.

After 2 failed attempts at trying to pick up a black friday deal I had ordered online, I asked to speak to a manager on my third trip to the store. The manager Logan wouldnt even come to customer service to speak to me about the issue. Thank goodness for a great team lead named Phillip who went out of his way to help me pick up my item. I would suggest doing online pickup at a different location because the manager here does nothing to help a customer.
