My niece and I received excellent service from the moment we entered the store. We were greeted immediately and told someone would be with us. Although Joseph was the one that took care of our transaction, both gentlemen worked together as a team to answer my questions and care for my needs. As a result, I was able to buy a new phone for myself, transfer my phone to my husband, and as an added bonus buy an awesomely cool headset!!!

I didn’t even want to give this location 1 star, but I had to in order to write this review!! I am customer service oriented and know full well that you should greet your customers as the enter the building!! My husband and I walked in and stood there for approximately 10 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us!!! We left…… Maybe some training is needed if not on customer service just training on how to be a decent human being!!!! Obviously you don’t want our business. Zero stars for this location 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I have bought 3 Samsung phones from this At&t store. Sales people are pleasant, This week, the sales person answered questions and explained what he was doing when transferring everything to phone.Im happy with my new phone and my local AT&T STORE

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I could not get AT&T cable at my address, because Im way out west, but they went above and beyond to try to help me find Satellite service. Im probably going to change my cell phones to this place, when my contract is up with Verizon. They have a better plan for 25% less. I would recommend this place.

Horrible experience and will not be coming back because of one horrible employee. Went in last night to purchase 2 Apple watches after just purchasing 2 phones but from a different location (Still AT&T) and Adrian was horrendous. I understand it was getting late as I went in at 6:30 and they closed at 7 but then again they were still “open” for business and business is what I was giving them (I wasn’t standing around asking a bunch of questions without purchasing I knew exactly what I wanted and was trying to make it quick) but that is when things went from bad to worse. He was visually frustrated and was doing everything he could to have me order the watches and get them shipped to my house so he wouldn’t have to set it up. He tried to convince me over and over that I needed to wait to have both watches set up at once instead of setting the one up now and the other one after it arrives. After many times of him repeating excuses on why I should just Order them and me telling him no that I wanted the one they had in stock he storms off to get it and when coming back states that he is going to write notes on the account stating he warned me to order in case when setting up if there is a malfunction AT&T is not liable? It was his final (‘and most pathetic) attempt at trying to get me to order them so he can go home but at this point he was so rude I didn’t care how long it was going to take versus how I started the sale( I was very thoughtful about the time and trying to expedite the process so they can close up and go home). after starting to process the sale Adrian realized the watch was not in his inventory and with a smile on his face let me know “Your not going home with the watch tonight Bud” He explained that his inventory had a discrepancy but you can tell he wasn’t upset about it whatsoever. Absolutely horrible customer service but it gets better. I went in today to purchase 2 sets of Air Pods and unfortunately Adrian was the only member available. He was extremely rude again and when I simply asked if he had resolved the issue with the inventory discrepancy on the watch he replied “I don’t get paid to do that it’s not in my job description” instead of stating he didn’t know, or stating the truth ( He just does not have access to do so because he isn’t a manager). After I left I called to leave a message with the manager/owner about this terrible experience but it just so happened to be Adrian that picked up the phone and when I told him that I would like to speak with manager/owner the phone “mysteriously” hung up. When I called back Adrian stated that he couldn’t give out his bosses number But that he would pass along the message and have him call me back. I’m not holding my breath. I did not deserve to be treated like this after all of the business I have given AT&T and will be getting quotes from Verizon and T-Mobile because quality customer service is what I need from my cell phone carrier. I have been in the customer service industry for long time and have not received nor witnessed customer service as bad as this ever (hence the long and scathing review.)

Just had an awesome experience with Adrian!! He convinced me to go with the iPhone X MAX and I couldnt be happier that I finally went for it. He has a ton of patience and is very low pressure. I presume they are okay, but I told them I would be back in less than a month to buy a phone that sold for about $200.00, but when I returned, the cheapest phone, in the line I wanted, was about $600.00.I had a similar experience, perhaps worse, at Best Buy. They wanted to charge much more money, if I paid cash. And that, I still dont understand.

Ill be honest I don’t like going to the phone store, but Ryan and Jude made it a wonderful experience. They were very polite and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about my new phone and that all of my apps and personal things transferred over properly. I have to give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Jude and Ryan for a amazing experience . We had gone to the Vero beach location and had the worst of all worst experience. Jude made our experience at fort pierce AMAZING. He had great customer service, knowledgeable about product and policies, Eager to answer all our questions and concerns. We were so amazed at how much he knew about our new NOTE 9. I cant say enough about our experience . They gained us as loyal customers. Keep up the good work.

I had never been to this AT&T Store before in Fort Pierce by Walmart, but I have to say, as far as customer service goes, the employees were amazing. Adrian from Little Rock, AR was very helpful and friendly. Great job Adrian!! I will definitely go back to this store.

Last week I went in to the store to ask about my bill and look into getting a phone upgrade. Jude and Joel were extremely helpful with the whole process and very knowledgeable about the different upgrade options. They were even able to transfer everything (apps, photos, contacts, etc) from my old phone to my new one really easily! Thanks for the awesome customer service!

I wanted to take time out to really show this store how much I appreciated Adrian and Jude for OUTSTANDING customer service... my customer experience with them was amazing and they went above and beyond to not just help me but fix a problem they did not even create.... I will never go any where else and I wont ever call the call center. they are able to give you all At&t service (Direct tv, Internet, Home phone, wireless) all in the store, making your experience personal and wonderful. I cant even say thank you enough. I want to talk to the manager and distract manager at this location to inform them about the wonder employees they have. Received excellent assistance in setting up my smartphone at the AT&T store in Fort Pierce. Adrian Robinson was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and so polite and helpful. He is a credit to the store and I have to thank him from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to get it right, and explain to me exactly how to optimize my use of this new equipment. Although transferring all my photos and contacts to the new phone was tedious for him he did not act like he minded at all. Thanks, Adrian! You are one in a million, my friend.

Great customer service at this store. Joel L. even stayed after hours to help us work out an issue with a Samsung watch. He was super helpful, courteous and a worked with us until he solved the problem. Ended up buying a new Samsung watch and left one happy customer!

WOW. Great customer service, but TV records random shows. When I want to view recordings, it stalls. Better customer service than Comcast, but lousy reception. When I move I will reconsider which service I will pay for.

I walked into this store and was not even a knowledged. The only two employees that were there were with costumers, but didnt even greet me or let me know that they would attend me in a moment. This store just lost out on a big sale! I do not recommend this store for its poor service.

Just wanted to let AT&T know that a young man named Josh came to my door today. He was inquiring if he could quote me a price for bundling cable, Internet, WiFI & Security system. He was very well mannered & polite. Im happy with AT&T for my mobile, however I do use another company for the other stuff & im happy with it. However I just wanted AT&T to know that this kid came to my house around 3pm & then I saw him again on my street making my rounds again for doors that didnt open to him the first time at 6pm. I gotta hand it to the kid, hes persistent & displays awesome work ethic! Hes basically on the street, going door to door, in the heat with a smile on his face & a goal task in his heart. The second time on the street I offered him a bottle water & told him hes doing a great job! AT&T be proud - you have a wonderful young man working for you!

Jude Raymond was very helpful! If it wasnt for him, this ATT store would have gotten a 1 review rating .... I would have given a zero if possible, had it not been for Jude coming to the rescue.Ryan Leefers was the original agent to help me, his tag showed him as the manager and the customer service he gave, as well as his lack of concern for my issue, was far from satisfying. Heres what happened ...We bought a phone from Amazon for a gift for my mother in law. It showed it was ATT compatible. It had 5 star reviews, but for some reason, the phone wouldnt get service. I was told to come to the store to get a new SIM card. The store charges $5 per SIM card & Ryan didnt show any interest in going above to accommodate our situation. I was forced to call ATT customer service again. The agent on the phone wanted to help me, but we had exhausted all options but trying a new SIM card.While on the phone, Ryan left me to go help a customer who was buying new phones! So when the customer service agent needed to talk with him, I had to ask for someone else to help me, as he was now preoccupied helping the other customer! Thankfully, Jude came to my rescue.Jude worked diligently to help me. He went above & beyond, exhausting all available options to make the phone work, but the phone still wouldnt work. After spending almost 1.5 hrs in the store, even though the phone isnt working, Im confident it isnt because of ATT but an issue with the phone. Im also confident that if I would have had to deal with Ryan, I would have left an angry customer!Thank you Jude for putting customer satisfaction above a sale! ATT, Jude displayed the type of service you should be proud of.

I ordered an IPad and Directv service one week ago. The Ipad had to be transferred from Naples and I was told it would be here by Wednesday. It still has not arrived the employees at the store have no idea what is going on. I could have walked to Naples in a week! I ordered an item from state of Washington the same day and it will arrive tomorrow.
