New to Ft Pierce we go into get a hotspot, the address wouldn’t go through correctly and then come to find out Comcast has bulk agreements with our new Condo, so in the attempt to get all services from Boost, I ended up splitting my service between Comcast Xfinity and Boost Xfinity, Seriously more complex than should be allowed!!!

Went to my phone put back to its original plan they gave me the run around said I had to take it to the place where I bought it

Terrible customer service from a female employee yesterday. She never greeted me or left her area beside the front desk. I asked her a couple of questions about apple phones and she said iPhones are over there. I was so disgusted with her I told her in to her face. I ended up going to T-Mobile. Great customer service there. Visit and learn how to treat people equally. Also, wear a mask!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a new phone because my old one broke. I switched out the sim card and the new phone would not work with the sim. I took the new phone in and was told I would have to wait 30 days because I had just paid my bill and I could not use the new phone until the next billing cycle. I told the lady I wanted to close my account and she said I would have to call customer service. She was basically a bump on a log. I have closed my account and will never use Boost or step into this store again!
