Prices are a little high especially on the combs and brushes. Service is good and generally find everything I need.

These ladies were so friendly and helpful. Its a smaller store than in used to, but it has everything I was looking for.

Being one of only two professional beauty supply stores in the area, it leaves a lot to be desired. Constantly out of products I need, they dont follow up when you order something, staff isnt as informed as they should be. It is better than State.

Super rude employee talks to ppl like trash bc they didnt know they needed a license to buy products from them. Dont accidentally walk in there you will get bombarded with a rude employee especially if you dont have a license. Just thought it was a hair products store who doesnt like to take care of their hair duh. Also would be nice if open to the general public.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you call, they have no problem checking to see if they have items in stock and holding items for you to pickup on another day.

I don’t think it’s good business in my opinion to not take back a straightener with a receipt that’s never even been opened. I drove all the way from another state to return an item I just bought 3 days ago. Was told it had just changed a couple weeks back.
