Unbelievable selection of wigs, synthetics, human, and blends. Huge array of extensions. Hair and beauty supplies. Was plenty surprised at the shopping options. Drove 2 hours to get there and it was worth it. Every sales person that assisted me was very kind and patient.

Bought a wig there they weren’t very helpful on what type to buy and went home and tried it on didn’t cut the lace or anything and it didn’t fit called the next day and they won’t exchange or do a return now I’m stuck with something that I can’t wear

I absolutely love this store! And the lady that owns it is always so friendly and helpful! I have had 11 brain surgeries and so I wear wigs most of the time... She always have a nice selection and wonderful prices. She also has a lot of hair care products and a few clothing items. all at very reasonable prices. The only thing that I dislike is that you can only try on 3 wigs. Thats not really fair to the customer

Even though its 51 minutes away, they have more variety and colors. And they are reasonable in prices.

I recently went in there to get clip in hair extensions and the workers gave me sew in hair extensions and I didn’t realize until I had arrived home. I opened the package to put them on and before I noticed it wasn’t clips so I took them back and the worker wouldn’t let me exchange. I would’ve understood if I tried them on but I just opened them so we’re stuck with them. Also to top it off they were being rude about it and it was just a horrible experience. Now I’m stuck with hair I’m never going to use when I could’ve just exchanged or whatever the case may be. Please fix this. It wasn’t even 10 minutes after we bought the hair.

Took my sister here to buy a wig, as she was undergoing chemotherapy. Completely unhelpful staff, did not feel welcome at all.
