First trip there today.. had a little bit of everything.. even used DVDs of old programs I love. Toys, puzzles, books, t-shirts, coffee mugs of course.. some items were a bit pricey but ultimately if its something you really want, the prices werent too bad. Will definitely go back in the future .

The last two times I shopped there I have bought books that were buy 2 get 1 free. The last two times I have gotten charged for the third book!!! I dont live in Fort Smith nor go to town very often so its usually too late to get the receipt fixed. I love books and your selection is wonderful just wish you could get this problem fixed!

LOVE THE SMELL OF NEW BOOKS!! that being said, BOOKSaMILLION is a typical large book store (barnes&noble) that has full priced books.. its hard to support LOCAL when the price difference is so obvious.. we still did because we were on vacation, its our thing, and we like to visit new book stores..

Not greeted. Asked for help several times never got it. Coffee was cold. Asked for a refund I was told since I took a sip and I would not be getting a refund. I left shortly there after I wont ver go back

Books-A-Million is great, as always, except for the manager at the Fort Smith location. I was at the counter asking for help locating a book and he was extremely rude. He was looking for my book in the computer and started talking and I asked what he said and he practically yelled I wasnt talking to you . Probably wont go back to that store again.

Great store. One of my favorites that I enjoy coming back to often. However the employees are rude.Looks like I’ll do more shopping for books on Amazon. Nice work 👍Also to any business leaders who may see this, any one you hire to be manager, make sure they would be someone who would treat your customers fairly.The reason why I said that they were rude is because they asked me to leave due to complaints about how I made them feel “uncomfortable” when all I did was just looked around the store. I didn’t do anything to them.They didn’t even explain what the complaints were.I understand that employees should feel safe, but there should also be fairness with the customers.

Stopped in for convo and coffee with a friend first coffee was amazing it was rainy so I definitely needed the pick-me-up (I had coffee of the day ☕ with a shot of espresso and cinnamon with non dairy creamer AMAZINGGGG the staff was awesome me and my girlfriend went over details of meet up I had shopped around before she arrived, I payed for my items and got a great discount on my membership club. Also ideal for date night 😊

Main theme is Harry Potter, the Occult and Witchcraft. Ill buy somewhere else next time Im looking for reading material.

Medical exemptions aside, my faith is far stronger than any virus. Yet i was still dicrimnated against bc I will not be forced to make the MEDICAL DECISION they want me to. I will be adding them the list of big companies that will be filed against. Good job guys.

I was there back in December of 2020. I saw at least 3 people in the store with no masks on. A women with no mask caught my attention and was asking a question to an employee. The employee didnt say a word to her about it. When I asked Are you guys mandating masks in the store? it was confirmed. No employees were enforcing the state mask mandate.Look, I get it. I dont want to wear a mask ether. But, it is the responsibility of the privately owned business to enforce their own rule. So, if you are concerned about getting Covid, dont come to this store.

I love going to this bookstore but they rearranged everything recently and its a little bit harder to find the section that Im looking for but they usually have the book that Im looking for in stock

People were great and prices were fair but it was really hard to find what I wanted. Also location has difficult parking and traffic out of the mini mall was near impossible.

The kids and I headed over to Books-A-Million one afternoon not long ago. I, on a mission to find books with covers for which I thought worked well to portrait the content of the books, and those books with covers that did this to a much lower standard. Anyway, after some time, I completed this mission and with some ease thanks to the wide catolog of books on hand. Ranging from autobiography to novels, non-fiction and all that fits in between. We even found a decent selection of doodads and souvenirs. On this occasion, I knew more or less what it was that I was looking for, so I did not require the assistance of the staff, which admittedly, there was plenty of all through the place. What I can say is, those that I spoke to while browsing and at the register were most willing to offer any help and had the kindest demeanor. That ended our great book adventure of the day with a smile on our face and a glow in our hearts. We will be back again!

Everyone there that has helped me with sending books to my son in jail has been so nice and patient with me.

Its a really nice place for book lovers and guide enthusiasts. Some of the prices may be high, but others arent so bad if you have enough time to look around. I bought a book here called Necropolis. Its about London and the history of all of the deaths and burials that have happened in and around the city. I love how you can just hang out there like youre at a local library but you get to read new books that you can buy and never have to bring back. Id visit again soon.

Love books a million very comfortable book store

Very rude Coffee bar employee wearing a 7-11 cap, messed up drink order. Was very rude when confronted. So I went up there because he didnt give a straw either. Asked for a straw and he very rudely once again said he gave her a straw. He did not. I used to LOVE going in BAM, but these little crybabies that they hire have got to go.

On a quest to get all the books in a series. So far this place had book #4. But now it looks as if Ill be ordering online.

Has every book you can think of.if youre looking for the new bestseller you need to stop in before they run out.they have the biggest magazine selection Ive ever seen! Prices are great. Not only book are at this location. They have a little but if everything. We got a lap desk, knee high socks, stranger things pen. The cashier was super nice. Clean, fun place.

This store has come a long way for the geeks at heart! Always has been cool, clean, with the smell of fresh coffee following you everywhere! But they have got a great handle on the unique gifts and collectables! If you love manga or graphic novels and awesome action figures, this is a great store to visit to actually physically see what your purchasing in person. For those who miss Hastings, this is the closest Ive seen in our area to support the inner geeks...

Every book except the one I was looking for

They have a great selection. My 7 yr old book work loves this store. The staffbis very helpful but not bothersome. Sometimes they can be a bit slow. We found most all the books we were looking for, but they can order you anything you need if they dont have it in stock. I believe they offer the service for free, and you can pick it up when it comes in. I love that you can get used books here for much cheaper, or sell your old books back. I have never sold my old reads back, but I have a few that may end up there.

Didnt find what I was looking for but the lady was really knowledgeable and helpful.

I love books, they have books. Also unique board games and collectable trading cards. I get lots of presents from this store.

We got lucky and they were doing a Harry potter-themed event. The location has as expected a lot of books. They are kept up with well and I did not find that people were putting books in incorrect places. I was able to see the signage well and find the locations of the sections I want it. The Joe Muggs coffee was good I would suggest going.

I was there looking for a particular book, they didnt have it. They have many, many books and I found a few that I liked.

I have no issues with the store and enjoy shopping there, but the checkout process is dreadful. I bought a couple items today, and the checkout lady made five attempts to sell me extras at the counter.No thanks, I dont want a rewards card. No thanks, I dont want free magazines. Yes, Im sure I dont the rewards card. No thanks, I dont want to donate $9.99 to the veteran coffee fund. I will just take my veteran buddy out for coffee instead. Again, im positive I dont want to save $3.23 on this purchase by purchasing a rewards card.I was a good sport and listened to the lady, but her persistence was enough to make me never want to return.

Standard chain book store, but they always have great deals and interesting finds. The staff is usually very helpful and courteous.

Store policy for return states that as long as you have recipt then you are able to return as long as you are within the 14 days. I needed to return a gift i had got for my husband but they would not let me. They could of easily given me a refund and if it was a big deal that i had written in the to and from section they could of damaged it out to satisfy the customer. Never will i buy again from here.
