A wonderful shop with an array of different styles! But what Id like to talk about most of all was Jade. She was helping me try on dresses, zipped me up with every one. Clipped things and fastened things. She was incredibly helpful. She even fanned out my dresses repeatedly as I turned. She went above and beyond. This is a great shop and Ill definitely be back if I need another formal dress.

Came in from out of town for an appt after going to another prom place down the street on the corner where my daughter was body shamed horribly in front of everyone in the store by a worker!! She was almost in tears and really did not continue shopping. Upon arriving at Always & Forever, the staff were so kind and inviting even with the restrictions. We had Aubrey and she was absolutely a blessing and boosted my daughters confidence. Within fifteen minutes, she was trying dresses and found the one. Everyone was so kind and showed great professional behavior. Thank you for a great experience. We couldnt be happier and will be back again!!

Walked out with I dress that I was so in love with! But then come to find out I was sold a size 6 when I’m a size zero the lady had me under the impression it would just need a few alterations and I didn’t know it was a size 6 until I had already purchased and left the store. Now my dress is being altered and need major alterations even have to change my favorite part of the dress. It is sad that they wouldn’t tell me that it was going to need so much work or just simply order it in my size especially when I spent over $1600 on this dress. I am very saddened because I alway had good experiences before.

I walk in with sweatpants on with already in a bad mood from another bridal store ( we didnt think we was dress shopping ) But on the 15th of Jan 2020 we walked just to looked and I walked out with a dress or my sister and a dress for me for my nieces ( my sisters oldest daughter wedding) and this Lady we so sweet and she has even put me in a better mood that day . I went here for 2 Proms and they delivered everything perfectly. later on in life I chose another place and immediately regretted it. I will be going back and loving it.

You shouldnt have to pay $50 to have someone come in with you to try on dresses then have a card on file right away thats a joke

My name is Kelly Cormier I went to always and Forever in Fort Smith Arkansas on Waldron Road I went with money to spend and I was turned away at the door because I am medically disabled and cannot and never have worn a mask so they proceeded to discriminate against me and refuse service to me because of my medical condition and I told the girl at the door about the medical condition and she said sorry you still can’t come in so they are more than willing and happy to not only refuse you service but to discriminate against the handicapped and that is an always and forever in Fort Smith Arkansas

I purchased my wedding dress here. They were very nice here but I am in no way happy with my purchase. The sales associate told me I was not allowed to take photos of myself in any of the dresses I try on before agreeing to purchase them. Had I known that before my appointment I would have shopped elsewhere. I ended buying a dress straight off the rack and taking it home day of instead of taking my measurements and ordering a dress ( the sales associate told me it was a “perfect fit” and I did not need to order a different size). My family was allowed to take pictures after I agreed to purchase the dress. When I got home and looked at the pictures I was not happy. My dress is a strapless A-line and looks great in the front but it is noticeably ill fitting in the back. I looked up an Essence of Australia sizing chart and according to my measurements the dress I purchased was one size too small in the waist. Suffice to say I’m really disappointed. Now I have to spend a lot more money on an already very expensive dress in the hopes a seamstress can fix the fit problem.****Update: After posting this review the manager of the store called me to see how she could fix the problem. She was very nice, professional, and sympathetic to my situation. She said if I brought in my dress they would take my measurements and order the same dress in the correct size. It was really nice of this bridal store to go the extra mile to fix the problem, when they could have easily said all sales are final. I appreciate them working with me.

Great place to get a formal dress. Staff was pretty great. Only issue at all was I wasnt allowed in the back to look at dress without her coming all the way out. Some people arent comfortable with parading around in front of a bunch of strangers. All around though, good experience. Also had a really great sale going on!

What a wonderful business! They cater to girls and women to ensure they feel very special at crucial, at least to them, times of their lives. I have attended several events they have hosted, and it is always about their customers. They are always friendly and helpful when I visit the store too.

We were looking for a Homecoming ballgown. The assistants at Always and Forever were the best. Weve shopped for Prom and other event dresses before, but never have been 100% satisfied with the service provided. Not so with Always and Forever.The ladies were extremely attentive to my daughters needs, and were genuinely pleasant. We were in the store for only an hour, tried on several dresses, and when the hard choices were before us, helped direct us in choosing the perfect dress. (And lets be honest, when has anyone had their dress shopping done in an hour?) We have decided we will never waste our time in any other store except for A&F. The attendants were very coordinated, didnt waste our time, made everything smooth and efficient, and were very helpful in helping make our possible selections. Our choice was in under budget and we were extremely pleased with everything, from the time we entered the door and well after we left.In addition, I was looking for a particular dress. The day prior to shopping, I direct messaged A&F via Instagram and asked about the particulars of the dress. I had my message answered, and even had other suggestions given to me. Since we live 3 hours away, it was important for us to not drive to a location that had nothing to offer. Once I saw a few other suggestions, I knew we needed to make the drive.Thank you ladies for your excellent service!

I had the best experience at Always and Forever! I had scheduled an appointment through their website, and was contacted within a day or so. They called me a couple of days beforehand to confirm the appointment and answer any questions that I had. When I arrived, they took me and my mom right back and started asking questions about my wedding. Whitney was my consultant and she was the best! I really had no idea what kind of dress I wanted (other than sparkly). She was so kind and patient with me! I really liked how they let me look at the dresses and pick ones that I liked and wanted to try on. There are some places where the consultants just pull dresses that they think you would like(while you sit in the dressing room), but not here -- and I loved that! The store was set up to where you dont even notice the other brides that are there also, so you can really focus on your appointment and guests.They provided a robe in the dressing room, so if you wanted to go look at more wedding dresses then you could just slip that on. I am more of a modest person, so I was really happy when the consultant would step out of the dressing room to let me step into a dress. Once it was on, she would step back in and zip/button/lace me up.I would not normally give out 5 stars, but I truly had the best experience here and will recommend it to everyone I know.Thank you very much for the best time that Ive had shopping!

I love this store as soon as I walked in I wouldnt even in the store yet I was in the parking lot and the lady was so nice and she asked me to come in and McKayla was my lady that helped me and I got a yellow wedding dress and it had a high-neck on it and it was absolutely beautiful and she was amazing and I love them they were very helpful

The young lady was helpful to her ability. She couldnt really show me anything without an appointment. I was disappointed that the dresses they had on clearance were only there because they had issues. Wanting $150.00 for a dress that has a hole and tearing snag is a bit ridiculous but, this is my opinion.

This place is great. The best part of their service is they track where their dresses go locally. Girls dont end up with the same dresses at the same events. Tulsa is a no-go for local events.

Horrible. I walked in the store wearing jeans and and was judged. I wasnt greeted at all when I arrived. Finally someone noticed me and asked if I knew a designer I liked. I said that I didnt have a designer in mind but I know I wanted ballgown style. Sales clerk said clearance is over there and walked away. So then I asked other sales person if I could try one on and she said come back when you have family with you. I got no card and no-one told me I could make an appt. At that point I was done and walked out. Just because I didnt look like I had money I wasnt going to get any service.

Went in one day with my sister and went to take her the dress and Im a little bigger and the lady I took it to looked me straight in the eye and said Hun thats not going to fit you you need to get another size. It honestly really hurt my feelings.
