The proprietor was very kind, however the bridal selection wasnt great (in the size we needed). Also the store is in a sketchy bit of town. Prices were very reasonable though

Great service, she works with you and will be very straight forward. She isnt rude but i can see how people may think she is. Her service was out standing and their selection is HUGE. She even has a layaway option if you cant afford all of it or will even attempt to order the dress you want.

The owner has always been friendly and helpful. Ive come to her since 2004 for all of my dress needs.

Ok place to go

After a long day of looking I was really hoping to find the dress here and after going I would never return for anything in the world! The old lady was rude and hateful. Not helpful at all!! Her “designer” $900 dresses were full of stains, smelled stale and were just dirty looking. And the 900 dollar price tag is her “30%-70%” off price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Talk about trying to mess someone over. Wouldn’t even give it a star rating.

I rented my 6th grade homecoming dress from here several several years ago! It was beautiful I felt like belle from beauty and the beast! I went back on my JR prom though I didn’t find what I was looking for she was very helpful and kind in helping me look! I can’t wait to take my daughter tomorrow to look for a pageant dress

The Sweet Nice Lady who runs this location has been nothing but kind, considerate, understanding when things are tough, and oh so very helpful with things. I have never heard a bad word or any thing from her never seen any type of hatefulness from her or anyone she has in there helping her. I will continue to go in there even if I dont need anything from her store just because she is so sweet and loving person.

The lady if you want to call her that is a hateful scag. She calls brides to be fat. Horrible customer service and if it were me she did that to... Wow! Thats all Ill say is sheep ups definitely regret it.
