Id give zero starts if that were possible. Ive had every service in the area. Ive been trying to see which service is the best. Like i said ive tried them all. Boost is extremely slow, drops calls, and if you have Facebook messanger. Forget about even trying to call anyone on it. It wont work.Metro is by far the best in this area

I am so happy I have been asked to write this door I have to give Renee and his staff five-stars if there was higher I go higher these people have pulled me out of a bind theyre not there to take your money trust me they didnt make a penny off of me and they helped me they are just caring people think theyre human and you know that takes a lot to be a human person to work somewhere I would highly recommend the store to everybody I highly recommend boost. Boost has been an awesome awesome cell phone carrier for me not one time I thought I had a problem and you know I know many people that have boost and even when they cant pay their bill they still can get calls they still can make calls they still get texts so its really by far one of the best cell phone carriers I know out there so if you want to get cell phone service and youre looking to change boost is your number one place I highly recommend you go there you wont be sorry

The worst phone company ever. They tell you something then go back on what they said or say they never said. The customer service is absolutely terrible they will talk amongst them selfs before helping you.

Long story but I changed my rating for this spot for a total disrespect to me so I give this place a zero for having are for their customers!!!!!! They are other places that have the same service with much better care for his customers!!!! I was with them for over a year with not even having a late payment and still was talked to like I am nothing to this man.....

Im getting really frustrated with my service been a customer for about 7 yrs but the service is always messing up along with the internet I have a family plan of 4 lines but its really starting to suck bad. Im about to switch to another carrier

U have to wait while they talk on phone. They dont acknowledge you thru the door. The female who works here is so rude. The owner is hardly ever in. I cant believe it. One year, smh
