I had to pretty much beg to be shown phones. Then Madelyn decided moving my mothers contacts was too much work and she didnt want to do it. When I spent almost $400 on new phones for us she told us she would move our contacts. She got to g on my moms phone and told her she wasnt going to finish. Terrible customer service and a crew that doesnt know what theyre doing.

So after spending almost $2k there in one day, we get home (over an hour away) to notice they gave us an empty box for the smart watch. We had to call up there several times to get an answer, but the only answer they could come up with is come up and we’ll give you one. We explained we don’t live close, the only reason we drove to this location is they were the only ones that had 4 of the phones we needed for Christmas presents. We asked if they could mail us the watch, and the response was no. Just whenever we come up to fort smith stop by and they’ll give it to us.

I always go to this location, I love how sweet the employees are! They will try their best to help you out with anything! Ask for Catherine or gabby to have an amazing customer service experience

Well i got my phone. The worker there at this store asked me what date i wanted my phone bill to be do i told them on the 3rd that where they put it. Now the customer service turned my phone off on the 2nd snd they tell me that they want to turn my phone back on untill i pay the bill. Will here is where i have the problem if u know that the the cricket coustomer service cut the phone off at the wrong day why not turn it on becouse it crickets mess up. I well never go to cricket again .

Phone service was messed up. Couldn’t hear callers or they hear me. Went to Cricket, spoke with Ana who told me to file an insurance claim and asked if I dropped my phone in water. They gave me a phone number. I asked to use her store phone because I couldn’t hear or be heard. She looked mad but agreed. Through the 1800 cricket number I would push buttons on the phone for prompts, informed Ana the buttons weren’t working and she, in an angry and snide tone, told me “they work for me.”Informed the guy at 1800crickrt (phone call was recorded as my proof) that I was basically called a liar. He apologized for her and then began to fix my phone, after asking me several times what city I was in, I told him repeatedly, he informed me that he couldn’t hear me, I raised my voice (I was positioned in the middle to front of he store talking on phone, Ana was in back of store making mean faces to me, I ignored her) When the operator at 1800crickrt asked me to speak up, I did, and used my index finger (now a little frustrated that I had to keepRepeating myself and thinking of how bad cricket service is) to tap the counter of a display with each syllable “Fort Smith, Arkansas” and repeated “Arkansas” (because the phone operator kept referring to it as Arizona).He sorted the problem and had me hang up, turn my phone off and he would call me back. I looked up to see Ana mean mugging meAgain and asked her name. She said, “Ana and you can leave the store now.” I asked her, “what?” She said, “I’m calling police.” I said, “call them, I’ll be in my car and I walked outside and sat in my car to wait for police.” Phone was fixed by 1800cricket operator so.i began to call other cricket stores to get Ama’s Managers information to file a complaint. When the police took me to jail (on a warrant that turned out to be someone else and I was released) I went back to Cricket to get my vehicle and find a manager or an attorney, Ana had my vehicle towed.If you have a chance to go anywhere else, please do. This lady is unprofessional and mean. She doesn’t belong in customer service. Her store manager backed her story up and said video shows me tap my finger.So I called 1800cricket and requested an audio clip of everything that happened.I will speak to my attorney tomorrow as it turns out Ana called police and told them I was drunk. (I don’t drink or do drugs)After 7 years, I will be leaving Cricket service as well as taking the advice on what to do next with my attorney.

The people that work here dont even attempt to help with any problems. They actually ask you to call customer service? Lazy employees and poor business practices. Stay away! There are plenty of other options for phones, choose ANY one of them. Cricket is on its way out as it should be.

Excellent place I love the people there I go and visit with them theyre always eager to help you there always eager to give you what you need and are always there to help you and you cant find anybody else customer service sucks but I tell you what going into their stores at best thing you could ever do

I bought Cricket phone and Amazon app was installed there by default. I cannot delete it. It consumes memory and tracks the location.
