These folks are great, and super trustworthy. Brought my phone in thinking the charging port needed tightening/fixing, which wouldve been a $50 fix; instead, the guy at the front desk saw that it just needed a thorough clean, did it really quick in the back, and brought it back and said no charge! They really are focused on getting your phone fixed, not just making an extra buck off of you. Cant recommend em enough

I went in to see if they could fix an iPhone X it wasn’t charging properly and we tried different cords/ outlets. Johnathon was the associate that helped us and cleaned the phone for us at no charge! He cleaned the phone really quick and tested to make sure the device worked afterwards. Very pleased with the service that they provided.

Ive had to take my daughters phone to have the screen replaced twice in the last few months. This time I also had them replace the battery. They had the parts in stock and fixed it in a timely manner and for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend this place.

Would not recommend replaced screen Monday and within less than a day it cracked not dropped or hit on anything my father done the same thing.

Just stopped by after Verizon couldnt fix my phone on two separate occasions. It wasnt charging and having some software issues. Rob had it all fixed in less than ten minuets. So thank you Rob. Verizon wanted me to factory reset when I was pretty sure it was due to an update and both verizon emolpyees and me tried to clean the port. Whatever Rob did worked and I have a little more time now to save up for a new phone.

Took my phone in a week ago for a simple screen replacement which was supposed to be a same day repair. When we went to go pick the phone up they said that they THEY had broke the wire for the power button which would cost me ME and extra $50. Well by the time it was all said and done they did offer to pay for the part THEY broke oh so kind of them and it would be ready monday by close. Yeah well a week later they still have my phone which according to them is still not fixed. I work in retail I know things happen that are out of anyones but I can also tell when Im getting the run around and getting played for a fool. Well this fool has had enough of their games.

These guys are amazing! Rob and Jonathan.....the BEST service ever! I went in to get a new battery for my iPad. When things didn’t go as planned, they stuck with it until they realized it wasn’t going to work. So they replaced the iPad with a much newer one! These guys are always respectful and take time to answer questions with each customer. They have been respectful and kind every time I’ve been there. And not just to me. To everyone. They give each customer undivided attention and assure each person quality care. It’s not fun to have phone issues. But they sure make it a lot easier to deal with.

I paid $300 for my daughters phone to get fixed for the screen to not be put on right and ultimately end in the led board cracked. I am very, very unhappy. I paid an extra $70, which I still have the receipt for, for a screen you could supposedly hit a hammer with. I was falsely informed. I either paid for something that was falsely advertised or I paid for something I didn’t receive. I believe I either deserve my phone to be fixed properly or I deserve a refund. I don’t have the money to be wasting on a company that didn’t fix what I paid for.

Jonathan was amazing. I needed a screen protector put on an Apple Watch that I had purchased from another company. That company’s policy would not allow them to do so currently. When I called The Phone Doctor they told me to bring it in and they would put it on for me. Jonathan actually put it on perfectly within minutes! Thanks so much!!! I would definitely give more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if google would allow me to do so!

Three weeks ago I went into phone doctors because my charger port would not keep the charger cord in & I told the guy I needed my port repaired he proceeded to put it on a charger & claimed my battery was not holding a charge I explained it was a brand new phone only two months old said he could order a battery & replace it I called when it was to be in & they hadnt even ordered it so they finally actually ordered it which it took yet another week of waiting so when it came in I took my phone in for them to replace it got it home after paying 50.00 for this battery & guess what the problem I originally told them with the charging port still is the problem the phone died before the next day because I couldnt get the charger to stay in the port!! Wasted $50. Because they wouldnt listen to me when I told them what the problem was. I will never recommend them to anyone & will never use them again. I deserve a refund!

Prices are to high and never have a lot of options. Especially since the new owners took over and gadget grave closed

I left my phone there to have the screen fixed, i know they dont always go as planned. I asked how much, they said $80 so i gave them my # they said they call when it was ready. I ended up in the hospital so after a couple of weeks, i called the phone # that was given, i left a messaage. i asked a family member to go by there. Which family did and picked the phone up, they charged them $99 and i cant get it on. Now i have used them in the past and on same phone with no problems. I hope maybe this will get retified?

Was referred to phone doctor. Tyler was very precessional and courteous. He explained exactly what they would have to do to fix the phone. Also told about liquid glass protection that we did purchase. Very fast service. Dropped the phone off at noon and was ready at 2pm. Would for sure recommend phone doctor to people and will use again. Thanks Tyler for all your help.

My wifes phone was in this place 4 times in a matter of a couple of weeks. First they ordered the wrong parts even though the notes clearly stated what part was needed, then the parts ordered was defective and had to be replaced again. Every time we went in we were told they would call when the parts were in stock, never happened. The last time I went in to pick up the phone I was told it would be ready by 2:00pm, when I got there they had not even started the replacement of the defective part. We tried to call on many occasions but the phone transferred to the Fayetteville store almost every time we tried to call. Out of the 5 different people we spoke to on our many trips in to the store only 1 was remotely what I would consider polite and professional. I could go on but I believe you get the picture.

Tyler did an AMAZING job. they had my phone repaired within the hour. it looks fantastic and it works perfectly. definitely worth the cost. :)

I left very disappointed however I knew that phone Doctors was right down the road to the AT&T store I just came from. I have been in there before to buy a screen protector and to get one of my old phones fixed years ago. Today there was two gentlemen the air Clay and Rob I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. When I walked into the store I was greeted by both gentlemen. I explained my situation and what it happened just at the AT&T store I brought in my charger and my phone case. Clay was working in the back and told me that Rob was about to make my day. And that is exactly what happened. Rob took the time to clean out my charging port and before I left he made sure that my charging cord and my charging cell phone case worked with my phone perfectly. He fixed all that for me. After spending over $1000 on a new iPhone I’m pretty sure anyone would understand the frustration of something that we paid so much for not working. I cannot think clearly and Rob enough for the hospitality and making sure that this was fixed. I highly recommend phone Doctors. Just ask for Clay and Rob!!

Took my phone in for a screen replacement they ended up breaking another part doing the screen that was fine things happen but to turn around and try and charge me to replace the part they broke I dont think so then what was supposed to be two days ended up being a week before I even got my phone back and lets not forget about dodging all my cals when I tried to call and see what was going on I got nothing but the run around when I had to finally go into the store for failure to answer my calls Ill go back

They are pretty nice. The cost of repairs are a little pricey but, it is what it is I guess. They did get my wifes phone fixed pretty quickly though.

I went in about a week ago to have them look at my phone. Turns out it was just a speaker that needed to be cleaned out. Jonathan was super nice, quick, and professional! I highly reccomend Phone Doctors!

My I phone was a mess But they got me fixed up. Rob was great and helped me understand everything. These guys are great. Stop in with any questions. He even showed me that there wasnt anything wrong with my wifes phone. The charging port just needed cleaned. No charge for that one!!!!

Where to start...First off, I paid $385 for an S20 screen replacement. The guy at the counter told me on the phone that I had to pay for the screen before they could even order the part. So I go into the store on Monday. I waited 45 minutes just to pay for the phone screen. Flash forward to Wednesday.. I go back to the store after not hearing anything from the store. It was around 3 or so. I was told by the worker there that the part was in (they had my phone number and never called), but that they would not be able to make the repair by the end of the work day. Not such a big deal. Flash forward Thursday. My girl had called Thursday around noon. My girlfriend called the store to ask if the phone had been repaired. The guy told her he couldnt tell her anything, and that I needed to come into the store. I rush all the way from Muldrow to get to the store around 3 PM. This is when the horror story comes into play. They ordered the wrong phone screen and did not notify either of us that this was the case, AND they broke my back glass on my phone as well. At no point on Thursday did they ever offer me a loaner phone, as I expected that they would. I was told that they overnighted the part that would be in Friday around noon. So on Friday, I get to the store around 2:45. The technician said that the phone repair was complete. He grabs the phone, and I look it over. He informs me that the back glass hadnt set in. So in other words, he gave me a phone back that had not been fully repaired. These guys are a freaking joke. If youre considering using the phone doctors (lol), then I would turn straight around and run away as fast as you can. They told me that I had a 1 year warranty on the phone, as long as there wasnt any physical damage to the device (lol). What a useless warranty and an even more useless company. I will be sharing this information with a few friends when I see them, so that they can avoid the enormous headache Ive endured with these jokers this week. Im a business man, and this is by far some of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. You guys seriously suck balls, and I hope you lose business over this review. End rant.

Took longer than thought but wasnt their fault. Fixed my phone right up though. Dont break your Galaxy s10 screen, new screen was about $350.

Couldnt even get them to answer the phone in Fort Smith.

I brought in my phone with a malfunctioning screen, they fixed it for a great price, 72 hours after I got my phone back I put the phone into my pocket, working fine, pulled it out with a cracked screen and the screen was not working at all, they said they couldnt warranty the screen but that I could pay them to install another one.

Thought I would need to get my ear speaker replaced on my S8 Active. Rob cleaned it out and it now sounds good as new! Thanks Rob.

This place rocks!! I was on a trip from Albuquerque to Atlanta, stopping in Fort Smith to visit a friend when I cracked the glass on my iPhone. It was one hour before they closed for the day and I needed to leave for Atlanta early the next morning. They were willing to replace it for me at the last minute and were so nice about it!!
