It is a great store to find items from your favorite shows and more. Pretty pricey though, but maybe not to all. 28 bucks for a shirt is high to me.

Uniquely designed for the folks that love the musical arts and many, many more! Indescribable feels and such a thriving live vibe for all ages! Simply cant recommend a better spot to stop and shop!!!

Great store, terrible employees. The woman at the door was equally friendly to everyone that went in, but the 2 at the counter acted like we werent there and took our items to hold while we shopped but not the items of the white shoppers.

Too small. Barely room to move and then you have the exit door locked forcing all breath traffic in and out the same door! WTEF? What happened to separate entry and exit doors due to COVID? Or is this Arkansas logic to have everyone breathing on each others necks? FML... I cant with you people!!

The girls working were really great! Social distancing and COVID protocols were fully in effect. Nice layout, although the Funk Pops! were spread around the store to match different displays.

So over priced and i dont feel like they had much to offer yet at the same time it hasnt changed in years. Wish i could go in there amd just be wowed. Yet its litterally same stuff as spencers.

So. I ordered something online. Received the email saying it was available to pick up! Went to get it, there were two cashiers. One was older and one was younger. The younger one asked my name and went to get the package. The older one never made eye contact with me. When my package came to the counter it was a super beat up box that was half open. Still not making eye contact she says would you like to open it and make sure its correct. I laughed and said well since its already open sure!! She was all annoyed and said well thats how it showed up. --- so I came and got it 3 days after it arrived which means they had plenty of time to take it out of the box and just stick it in a sack... butttt they didnt. Whatever. I guess Im not hip enough to buy things there and be treated like an actual person. --- she never said thanks or have a good day or anything... Ill just ship it to my house from now on.

Love this store and the variety of different items they carry. They have stuff for little ones and for those older but young at heart like myself. I dig the t-shirts they carry. They have something for everyone there. I purchased quite a bit there for Christmas this year and the gifts were all loved very much!! They even from time to time give out Hot Topic dollars not sure if thats correct name but, what it is, is a paper looks like money in a way and for every certain dollar amount you spend they give you money back to spend at a future date. So its like 2 gifts in one. It was great. Will always be a Hit Topic fan and shopper.

Too expensive when they expect to stay open for business. Store is too small for all the stuff they got. Claustrophobic trigger.

This Hot Topic is small and crammed, and since Im 65 and 250lbs I can barely fit between aisles/racks.. But all of the employees Ive ever met there were nice and helpful when I needed assistance.. So even though I feel awkward while shimmying around the store, and super in-the-way when its crowded, I still go in pretty often for Funko Pops and the occasional Dragon Ball item..

My kiddo loves HT but the larger sizes in womens clothes is not really larger sizes...I know that expanded sizes are available on their website (and kudos for actually including a plus sized model on your current swimwear posters), but why not have a few of those sizes available in the store?

Usually love this store but went into the store on December 22 and had a very negative experience. My niece wanted to purchase two BTS t shirts and the store had a sign that stated entire store 50% but when I got to the register, a very haughty and nasty young man waited on my niece. The two t shirts came to 54.00 and they were 25.00 each. But one should have been 50% off. When I asked he said everything except the BTS shirts were 50% off. I said it should say on your sign everything is 50% off with exceptions. But it didnt state that anywhere. He just gave me a dirty look and was very dismissive. Not happy. This guy needs to be fired and hot topic needs to be more clear with their customers.

Always great, and the employees are always extremely nice and welcoming. Especially the one we had today (Whitney, I think was her name) who was very helpful and so polite to me and my mother.

The manager was very rude and very argumentative and basically call me a lier on a and was yelling at me in front of my daughter subject/conversation she was not even a part of i will not step foot in another one

This has been my favorite store for years! I love it!!!

They asked me to sign uP for a store credit card & I said no b/c I didnt want de hard pull on my credit & they lied & said theres not & if there was it would be soft & I still argued that I didnt want it but they weaseled de information out of me anyways in de check out standard procedure & hit my credit & I took it to de BBB but they have not taken de pull off my credit & they did not approve me for credit either which is super ridiculous b/c I have good credit. Their employees are sneaky liars. My advice is shop somewhere else. My best guess is they get bored & pick on people. Its not worth it. Happy holidays.
