Very cozy, I was passing (road trip) by and got a lot of homework done while enjoying my coffee, very spacious, I was the only 1 there tho, everybody just orders to go. Unfortunately they do not cook (temporarily due to covid), they do have pastries/muffins. Parking (metered from 8am till 5 pm, up to 2h, accepts coins only). The space is beautiful and features art work for purchase!

My friend and I decided to take a road trip to the Grand Canyon, and we stopped in Arkansas on the way at this cute little coffee shop! Downtown Fort Smith is so cool! The batista was super helpful here and had great suggestions! The coffee was DELICIOUS. If you find yourself in the area, try out the Cheyenne! I helped to create it, it is a Red Velvet and Marshmallow flavored coffee! We will stop here again if we ever find ourselves in the area! Loved the aesthetic - tons of paintings by local artists, soaps, and candles!! Owner was super friendly :)

Really cute atmosphere. LOVED my chocolate covered strawberry latte! Stuffed waffle was just okay and a little over priced. Would definitely come back

The coffee is amazing! I had a blended coffee and it was really delicious, and I bought some of their whole beans and have always gotten great flavor from those.

Nice place, informative staff, peculiar winter hours, yummy snacks, nice and nutty americano. Only negative was the drip coffee you pour yourself was dramatically cooler than the newly poured americano. Maybe just old, just noting it so maybe they could keep an eye on it. No one likes tepid coffee.

Great coffee shop! My favorite spot in my hometown. Beans roasted on site, delicious drinks. Homeade syrups are wonderful. The lavender syrup is a favorite. Friendly staff. Wonderful art for sale, a great place to stop.

Great local coffee. The mocha wasnt too sweet, which we appreciate! This will definitely be our go-to when we come to the fort. When you come to Fayetteville, wed love for you to come try our little cafe. Good Dog Cafe.

We were pleased to find this little gem in the downtown area of Fort Smith. Perfect place to grab coffees and breakfast on our way out of town. The baristas shared a lot about the different coffees they roast in house. 💜 this place and will be ordering fresh roasted coffee beans from them. We’ll stop back by if we’re ever passing through the area.

Fantastic coffee, exceptional service, and the perfect coffee shop atmosphere. When you walk into the shop, its like walking into a different world. The chaos of the outside world is quickly forgotten once youre surrounded with the soothing and relaxing atmosphere of local artists works on the walls, local writers books on the tables, comfy seating areas, and the smell of fresh brewed coffee. The service is wonderful and like going to a friends house for a cup of coffee and good conversation. I definitely reccomend stopping in and saying hello. Feed your stomach and possibly your soul.

This place has a wonderful vibe and staff. Not only is it decorated beautifully, the coffee is probably the best Ive ever had. While I was there, I managed to dump almost an entire cup of coffee on the ground and the staff quickly came to the rescue and cleaned up the mess for me. They even offered to make me a new cup for free. The staff are some of the nicest people youll meet and the overall atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. This place is fantastic and you should definitely try it out, you wont regret it!

I hate to be that person. To give a new coffee place a low star review. The location is slightly odd. They set up about a block from another coffee shop. The street parking can be a bit difficult to navigate. The employees were incredibly kind and the decor was unique and refreshing. Why the low review? I wanted a hot chocolate instead of coffee this morning. I ordered it with no whip. It came with whip. Oh well I bet it still tastes delicious!!!?? Nope. It tastes like they warmed milk and put one bar of chocolate in it perhaps. Or maybe its a powder mix that they added half milk half water? :[ I know theyre probably trying to be known for their coffee but everything else should taste like just as much effort went into making it. Or maybe they should just serve coffee.

In my opinion the best tasting coffee in town. Their location is a little hidden and even locals don’t always know about this hidden gem. The staff is always super friendly and everything I have ever tried has been absolutely delish! They roast their coffee on site and most if not all their coffee is organic. I have literally tired all the different types of coffee they sell. My two favorite types are their Mexico Chiapas, and the Sumatra Gayo. Honestly, I’ve tried many different brands of coffee and I always keep coming back to the Artistic Bean. If all you’ve ever known is Starbucks (or some other coffee shop) you are absolutely missing out if you don’t come try a cup of their exceptional coffee!

Ive traveled quite a bit and although I certainly dont consider myself a coffee expert, this is in the top 10 on my list of favorite coffee shops. Small batch roasted on premises, all organic or natural ingredients, homemade mocha syrup and their attention to detail, like the cool foam art or the manual espresso press, sets them apart from almost every other coffee shop Ive been to. The staff is great and very knowledgeable about all of their products. Bravo Zulu to the Artistic Bean crew.

The coffee shop itself is very nice and the ambiance is great. I love to support local businesses whenever I can, but my biggest complaint is how rude the barista was when I requested to use my own cup (in order to avoid the wasteful single use cups that they offer for all of their drinks). The barista was rude exclaiming that they do not allow outside food or drink in the shop (Keep in mind that I had an EMPTY cup in my hands that would save them the cost of one of their single use cups). She then proceeded to ask if my cup was affiliated with any other coffee shops, and I said no. I literally had a brand-less reusable tumbler with me. I completely understand if they do not care enough about the environment enough to offer a discount for bringing your own cup, but to be that rude to me for a simple accommodation was very unwelcoming. In the end she finally let me use my cup after I had to prove to her that my cup wasnt from Starbucks. She was giving me a hard time, because apparently too many people have been bringing their own cups from Starbucks. And that my friends, is how you lose customers to Starbucks. Im just gonna keep my business with the Fort Smith Coffee Company, because clearly the Artistic Bean has some issues they need to work out. I have never had a problem bringing my own cup to the Fort Smith Coffee Company. They even offer a discount for ANY BRANDED cup. GO TO FORT SMITH COFFEE COMPANY INSTEAD (the coffee tastes better too, and theres free parking)!Whats funny is they offer a 10% discount for bringing in their branded reusable cups. So health regulations dont apply to the cups if it has their brand on it, thats hilarious.

The Artistic Bean is the best place around for coffee, art, and music. Plus they have great employees, wonderful owners, and quick tasty food at a good price. Wether youre looking for a morning coffee grab, Friday night music, a place to relax and get some work done, or just a chill spot to enjoy coffee and beautiful art.

Everything here is amazing, local, organic and made in house. Each time I go in, Im more amazed at how good the coffee is. I buy it to drink at home now. The Sumatra is the best.

Nicest staff! Warm and welcoming, even for our small business meeting.

I ask for a drink that was cold, sweet, strong, and creamy..... What I was served hit all four marks perfectly. I throughly enjoyed the drink and was somewhat saddened by the sound of the slurping air bubbles made from the straw as the last few tablespoons of the concoction was pulled towards my throat hole.

They dont like putting coffee in ceramic cups here. You most likely will get paper. The parking is almost non-existent. Coffee about average, prices on the deep end. Cool old building just bad location.

This is a very cozy place to relax down town w/plush couches or tables to sit at. I see snack type food but I wouldnt make this a meal stop. There are books & magazines to read. Friendly staff (Hunter & Hai) working. Interesting art to view also for purchase. Fresh, home made & organic treats for in store or take home purchase. Clean bathrooms. Genuine, unique wall art. Hand crafted pottery for sale. Freshly modeled & barely opened complete w/marble flooring. It really was expensive almost $8 for a cup of ice frappe & a bite size chocolate bar that tastes greasy but it is a Nice Treat to INdulge in trying something new. Convenient location downtown, tempting & inviting. Maybe nice for a Fancier & more relaxed coffee shop first date but I personally would probably Not make this my usual Saturday (any day) hang out.
