Super clean store, floors, tables, food dispenser, counter .beautiful modern bathrooms super clean. 6 employees waiting to help with good attitude and good service . They have 5 new products available . Something very important, they have mask to protect themselves and customers. Thumbs up 👍 to this store.

Constantly out of something. Every time I stop in, I am met by a very cheerful employee. They then begin to tell me that they cannot fulfill my order because they are out of this or that. I get that sometimes, you run out of things but this is now a regular thing. Maybe offer a cookie or something instead of charging me full price for a drink that they only have 2/3s of the ingredients. The other location across town on Rodgers seems to be the place to go.

The thing about Starbucks that I love is no matter which Starbucks you go to your cold nitro brew with sweet cream and one shot of vanilla will always taste the same. Love it💞

This place is always busy, always friendly, and always delicious. I’ve received a cold mocha (ew for me) and Anna was so lovely to remake it for me. They have a lot of employees who are always working well and eager to meet your eye contact and provide wonderful customer service. I love coming here, even though it’s a tad bit cold during the summer. The sous vide egg bites are AMAZING and I bought a reusable coffee cup that gets me a discount every time I don’t waste paper cups, cardboard holders, and plastic lids :-) I need to buy Starbucks stock…

The hot coffees are always awesome. Theyre really hesitant on the cold coffees if you want 2 different milks its like they get grumpy. And I understand if you cant do certain things, But its always about how you present yourself while doing it.

My go to place for coffee. Im addicted. But. Evidently they are having a crisis with their white chocolate. They have none. No where. And dont know when they will be getting any back. Its ridiculous. Thats the most popular flavor. Plus they run out of the only milk I can drink, oat milk.

Drinks awesome as ever, but the guy checking us out didn’t apply my reward stars that we asked him to do and my stars expire today! He became very rude and dismissive saying it was too late.

The girl currently working has a terrible attitude. Her name is Tiffany. She’s also the only one working which ends up causing a long wait line. She’s also slamming stuff really hard and loud while making the drinks. She’s obviously angry and showing it.

Great staff and fast service. Love the size of this Starbucks.Edit- still love the physical location of this place. Such a cool location and it’s beautiful inside. Only reason I dropped it to four stars is my recent experience. I assume the long haired gentleman was the shift lead or manager. He was extremely frustrated with something and was very short tempered with his coworkers. Plus they had to make my drink three times. They lost my mobile order ticket and made it wrong twice.

Usually have no issues with my order, but the last (5) times in a row that we’ve been there, they’ve put cheese on my breakfast sandwich and the order clearly says “No Cheese.” Lactose intolerant and it ruins my sandwich. I don’t know how to be more clear when the sticker they have to peel off and put on my bag for my food says “No Cheese.”

Very friendly & fast service at this newer Starbucks! Includes a drive thru, large seating area, comfortable chairs and a full breakfast & snack menu. Good location on the newer side of town near developing areas. This Starbucks does not carry Nitro Brew Coffee.

Each time I go to this location, even when they are busy, the line moves quickly and everyone is always super friendly. Not to mention how good the drinks are! Any time you feel like mixing it up they are more than happy to help you figure it out, and if you dont like it, they will get you something you do. Absolutely love this Starbucks location.

As a local, this specific store is my good to, however, I have noticed a decline in customer service, waiting times, drink quality, and overall satisfaction of experience. The last four times I have visited this location, my beverage has been made incorrectly. Typically I don’t mind; as a prior barista I understand the chaos that occurs behind the bar, but honestly, I have been regularly disappointed that it shies me away from coming here.

This location is closest to my places. Truly surprised they don’t know my voice/name yet.

Hi, I came in tonight desiring to have my favorite Starbucks coffee beans ground but was informed that they would not do it for me. I went to Rogers Ave store and it was done gladly. I purchased gift cards for my family and enjoyed coffee with my wife. I left a nice tip in gratitude. A big miss guys! It left a bad “taste in my mouth.” CSG

The Batistas are always the sweetest and they always get my order right. If you wanna try something you havent before, try the drink in the picture!

When you go in to place an order and they reject your service and send you to the drive thru to place an order and the drive thru is wrapped around the building. When efficiency is not your strong suit, you lose money. Covid has been around for over a year and restaurants are open and allowing seating for customers, yet your company is still not functioning to its fullest. Figure it out. Manager needs to be held accountable for the way this store is being ran. High turn over rate and horrible customer service is a reflection of how the manager is running her store. Starbucks can produce profits without trying, but when customers get tired of horrible service, they take their business to the Rogers location or just learn to make coffee the Starbucks way at home.

I’ve been a frequent customer at this location and all the baristas have been very nice and accommodating, and I’ve never had a bad drink. However, my daughter had an interview with them and the manager was very rude, even on the phone! It’s no wonder they’re constantly hiring with a manager like that.

I ordered through the mobile app and I had ordered banana nut bread and a bacon and chicken panini, instead I got two slices of banana bread. I tried calling the store and no answer. I can never get ahold of the store when I call.

My favorite Starbucks location! Jessica and a Kelsey are always so nice and welcoming. As someone who visits Starbucks daily, I will go out of my way to visit this location.

Whenever I am in town, I always come to this Starbucks for work. I am a field agent so I’m usually away from my office all the time. The atmosphere here is fantastic and I never have any problems with my coffee. I used to be a barista so I know how crazy it can get. The Store Manager rocks! Definitely recommend this place!

The line today was absolutely nonsense. Couldnt see the menu and the lady taking the order kept trying to rush me. Nope. Waited in line 30 minutes and naw...yall need to figure something out.

This is my favorite Starbucks location to visit. They accidentally got my order wrong but fixed it super quickly and with a smile. Even gave me a tip on ordering exactly what I was looking for without having to do extra work to get my order just how I like it. This location is the one I reccomend to everyone.

This place is terrible. They can’t ever keep an employee for more than a few weeks and it leads to constant chaos. The manager Miranda is the cause of this, as she constantly pulls her employees to the back to belittle them and talk to them like they’re worthless. The worst part is that she doesn’t even realize she’s the entire problem. This place would be much better if she was gone. All of the employees are miserable.

2nd time with a person taking orders that doesnt listen to the answers of the questions she asks and cant seem to get the orders right. Shes super sweet but got the order wrong for both drinks and our orders are simple.

Every time I’ve come here I either have a great or bad experience. One time I ordered a cold brew and it took 45 minutes for me to get it because someone clocked out before making the drink. Just went in for a job interview and had to wait over an hour. I arrived on time, but no one alerted the manager I was there. Poor communication skills amongst staff.

Its the Starbucks we all know and love. The employees are quick and make a mean cup. Its just a chain so we all know the quality to expect.

Guess it was restocking day. Hallway to restrooms was filled with boxes. This made using my cane hard.The coffee - I ordered the cold brew. Not as bitter as their regular stuff. 20 minutes after being served and drinking the last drop the cup was still 90%full of ice. Guess I didnt get much coffee.

My sugar-free mocha was great and lady at window was very nice.

Super clean location with friendly staff. It is close to all the large shops in the area.My only issue is that staff seemed to have some difficulty in prioritizing drive through customers and sit in customers. Regardless, the drinks were great and everyone was delightful.

SLOWEST STARBUCKS STORE. GETTING WORSE UNDER NEW MANAGER AND STAFF.VERY UNORGANIZED DURING BUSY HOURS.This was a great Starbucks location with nice interior design. I went here almost every week. The last 2 visits were the nightmares. I order 2 same drinks. They let me waited for 30 mins, few people who came after me got their drinks way ahead of me, my drinks came out wrong. They had to redone it. This happened to me twice. I dont mind to wait but has to be in the right order. Unbelievable. There were 6 staffs at the time. How come they did this to me twice?I have brought this to the region managers, hopefully they will make some improvement.

This Starbucks is very spacious and laid out much better than some of the other locations. Also, the store manager (I think her name is Miranda) has done an excellent job at keeping the store clean and organized, and the staff here is friendly and well trained.

DISABLE MOBILE ORDERING IF WE CANT PICK UP IN STORE. Sitting in drive thru for 20 plus minutes while our stuff melts is not acceptable. The point of mobile ordering is to get it and go.

Starbucks was clean and nicely stocked with merchandise. The team members were fast and efficient. Only inconvenience how the parking lot is positioned. Very tight if you have a truck and want to park. Other than that my experience was excellent.

I have been to many Starbucks. And this one is just as great as the rest. Customer service is amazing as always. Very friendly fast service. Drinks are over priced. But have been for years. The drive thru is very fast.
