Paula was very thorough explaining my unique prescription needs. She took the time to find me the best discounts for my glasses and sunglasses. I will definitely come back to Lenscrafters for my future vision needs.

The best place in Fort Smith to fill an prescription for eyewear. The ladies are awesome, nice, and will really go out of the way to make sure youre happy. My last pair of glasses was ready the next day, with progressive lenses. I ordered another pair for driving today and they will be ready by five. I recommend you give them a visit. The hardest thing about the whole visit: narrowing down what frames I wanted, so many styles.As for the doctor next door... Id give them 1 star. My insurance covers eye exams at 100%. After he engaged in small talk about my hobbies and employment, he did his 5-minute. I did feel like he really cared about his patients or what they were saying. At check out, I was told I had to pay an extra $25 because it was now considered a medical exam. AND, I would have to pay cash because the credit card reader was offline. All the doctor did was look in my eye, like a ready eye doctor would. When I told the guy I didnt have cash he walk to the back for 15 seconds and cam back to tell me it was a mistake. I felt like I was being scammed for 25 bucks.I wont get my eyes checked, but I loved the Ladies next door. Thats why Im still giving the 5 stars.

Staff in the store was immediately rude and took a tone with us, telling us to wear masks while ignoring other customers who were not wearing masks and had been there long before we entered; immediately after this she turned around to take a call and ignored us completely. The woman working there sounded perpetually annoyed and we watched another customer walk out after also being fed up with her brand of customer service.The woman working the desk in the doctor’s side next door was awesome, she was very friendly and helpful, if only the rest of them were as welcoming as she was!

I was so impressed with the professionalism that I received from Racheal, she made sure to explain all my options & answered any questions I had! Absolutely the best customer service I have had anywhere in a very long time! I recommend to anyone looking to buy glasses to give them a chance because Racheal sure knows her business!

I am a retired retail District Manager, so I can be critical in my own mind regarding customer service. Racheal assisted me and I could not have been more pleased. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but very personable as well. LensCrafters also had so many wonderful frames to choose from. I highly recommend the location in the Central Mall in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Was not pleased with the service given at all. Lady just laid glasses on counter and said pick and Ill be back. Was gone ~15 minutes and came back and just said follow me. Didnt ask about anything and practically ran the length of the store expecting us to be right behind her. My wife walks with a cane and you could see the irritation in the employees face while waiting on us. Made my wife uncomfortable enough that she walked out into the mall to sit and wait. When I went back to get glasses same employee was rude again. She couldnt put the side shields back on glasses and called another employee over to assist. That lady took the time to show me how to do that and was very helpful. The other never came back. Would not go back.

Been going here for 10 years and they were extremely nice. The moment that I step in there I get greeted and ask if I needed help and they had remembered me from other times that I have gone there. The whole experience was excellent and getting my glasses adjusted, which they recommend you doing,is always spot on. I have had others tell me about the experience they have in other places and have heard at least one problem when they leave with their glasses. I well go here every time I am needing glasses, and will always recommend lenscrafters to all others.

From the moment I walked into the waiting room I was greeted kindly and was complemented on my outfit. The front desk workers are friendly as well as the doctor and sales associates. Glasses are pricy but highly recommend for the best overall quality.

Was told 2 weeks to get my glasses. Its been over 3 weeks now. Every week they add another week. Will not be using them in the future. Another date they set has come and passed. Now I have a lady calling me to tell me my glasses are backed ordered because of covid. Why wasnt I told this over 3 weeks ago when I bought them? They just want your money and will get your glasses on their time.

I had an incredible experience with the optometrist attached to this LensCrafters location. He had a great personality that made my short first time visit worth while. Once I was taken back for prep, it was quick work getting me fitted for new contacts. I will definitely repeat business.

I bought glasses at lenscrafters first time the lady acted like i annoyed her and didnt want to adjust them or makesure they fit .I still have a pair of glasses i cant wear messed up the bifocals or something now my glasses make me dizzy and give me head aches ..Wont be going back 600.oo dollars down the drain !!

I love this place! I bought my glasses 4 years ago from the awesome people that work here! They helped me with everything and just yesterday I broke the thread that holds the lenses in place by accident and it snapped! I was really sad and then today I called LensCrafters and they told me to bring them and they will repair them for free! It was such a nice experience, the expert working there got my glasses fixed with new thread in less then 15 minutes and also tightened up the bolts and made them like new! Thank you So much LensCrafters! This is an amazing place to get glasses! Will buy my next pair from them! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m leaving this review bc of how my dad was treated: my dad who’s in his 70s was looking at the glasses at this store when I’m assuming the manager (dark hair, avg size and glasses) yelled at my dad to “EITHER STAY IN OR LEAVE!!” .... bc of the corona virus rules they have. This is just plain rude. Thankfully he told her that he has no plans returning. I’ve bought at least 5 pairs of glasses from LensCrafters and my mom has bought at least 2 pair that I know of. That’s a lot of business to lose. Yes I’m all for safety but that doesn’t give you a reason to be a n@zi about it.

The sales person helping me did an excellent job, she is an asset! I would wait in line for her help before having someone else assist, she’s top notch!

Appointment scheduled for 3:30pm, was not seen until 4:55pm. The optometrist was not the name on the door. This optometrist wa an older gentleman that cared more about asking mine and my husbands hobbies and place of employment than having the respect of time and since of urgency. The lady at the front desk lacked a since of urgency as well. She didnt ask for my insurance card until i had waited an hour after my appointment had been scheduled. I would highly recommend anyone interested in finding an optometrist look elsewhere. They genuinely lack care for their patients, and have zero respect for time.

Jesus this place smells like cigarettes!!! It’s almost hard to breath in there! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Not to mention the manager is extremely rude idk what her problem is but I’m surprised she’s a manager absolutely terrible!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I have always had good results using the doctor attached to your facility until this last visit. He was rude, unorganized and did a high end exam without consulting with me. I had marked I didnt want the higher exam. The clerk wasnt helpful when she gave me the exam price. I didnt go back and get my glasses after I found frames and waited 2 hours on the exam completion. Paula was more than generous on helping me and talking to me about the situation. I will no longer be using you being associated with the doctor.

In spite of the poor reviews, I went to LensCrafters and received excellent service. The optometrist was respectful and concerned about my blood pressure and eye health. The sales associate was extremely helpful with selecting the best eyeglasses for me, including all of the available lens options. I went there over lunch, completed and eye exam, purchased glasses and was back to work within an hour. The eye glasses arrived much sooner than expected. Ill definitely be a repeat customer!

Went in to see about replacing my broken frames. Found a pair of Oakley frames, and even though I had near new lenses, they need to make new ones to fit. I gave them my prescription, and even though they said it would take 10 days to get in, i was called four days later that they arrived. I was in, and out quickly, and the lenses are way better made, and I even see better than what was made for me by another eye center. I definitely recommend them, and will use Lenscrafters for all my future eyewear.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Once I was told the outrageous price, I told them I would think about it. I returned about 15 minutes later and the same lady ignored me. When I asked her where she had put the frames back she replied she didnt know! Just didnt care at all since I told her I would only be purchasing the frames at this time. I ended up having to look for a pair. The only reason I was there in the first place was due to my insurance provider. Then I was told I would have to wait after she got done with a customer. Even the manager on site seemed rude and their attitude completely changed after I informed them I would only get the frames. Worst experience ever. You could totally see they only care about you if you are willing to spend a ridiculous amount of money for glasses. WORST PLACE FOR YOUR GLASSES.

If I could give zero stars I would. I showed up for an eye exam appointment and was told that the doctor was out and would not be back for a week. I rescheduled (yeah, I’m dumb) and was called a couple of hours before and told they cancelled my appointment because the doctor was out again!!! Save yourself time and money and go ANYWHERE else.

Was in here a few days ago the manager was so rude to me and my mother who we were actually looking at glasses for and not to mention she REEKED of cigarette smoke!!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Never doing business here again that’s for sure!

I was in and out . My eye exam was $99 and my glasses plus lenses were $170. The lady respected my budget and helped me choose glasses I really really like. They cant do them in an hour but I got them the same day.

My husband was ripped off for eye test of 138.00 would not give him a presqrition told him he had cataracts should go see Dr Christopher Greer he would set up the reference with Dr Greer... havent recieved call from Dr.Greer. Told my husband he better book appointment in morning cause they drink in after noon and get drunk, and that Dr Greer is an alcoholic...my husband thought he was in lens crafters and was sent next door to the optometrist, Oh there is no digital machine like commercials on tv have just a regular machine instead of looking straight you look to the side wall. He also yelled at him cant you see the wall. This place is a joke.

I am a customer with a degree and I have served my Country in both peace and war time. Recently the General Manager at the Fort Smith, Arkansas location on Rogers Ave. treated me with the most disrespect I have ever experienced. I work for a company that tries very hard to improve the lives of our youth and our future and the students in my charge were treated as if they didnt exist. I dont appreciate this and as a professional in the Customer Service industry I would hope that LensCrafters does not support this type of treatment for any customer. All other associates in the Fort Smith, Arkansas store treated us so well but unfortunately it was the person in charge that made the store look bad. As a customer and patron I wont be back and I will encourage the community to take a closer look at their choices before coming back to LensCrafters in Fort Smith.

I used the dr next door to Lens Crafters. Got my eyes checked then went into LensCrafters. I was quoted the wrong price for the frames and lenses. The price was over $100 more than I was told. I went to another optical store and ordered glasses that were 1/2 the price of Lens Crafter’s without using my insurance. Got the glasses but could not see well when wearing them. Went back to the place I purchased the glasses and they matched the prescription. I called the dr’s office where my eyes were checked and was told they would charge me a $25 reassessment fee. I had my eyes checked at a different dr’s office and the prescription was totally different that the first one.

There are two separate parts-The eye exam section and the glasses purchase section.The eye exam part- My eye exam cost 90$. (With insurance was a 10$ copay). I didnt get dilation or anything.Which Id always gotten at different eye doctor exams. A machine examined my eyes which is supposed to be the most accurate method. That was pretty neat.My husband saw the doctor and he said my husband was wasting his and the doctors time since he didnt have problems. He just wanted to make sure he was in good health and actually use the insurance we pay for. I saw the doctor and told him about problems I had but he kept insinuating I couldnt afford to get my problems taken care of without even sharing costs or solutions. I saw him for all of 3 minutes. The office wasnt busy but he was rushing me out of there.I needed glasses. I said I didnt realize how bad my eyes were. He replied Im going to write this prescription. Get glasses or dont. I cant force you and it aint my business. I cant in good conscience recommend this Malcolm Hutchins person to anyone who wants good care for their eyes.The glasses part of the business-The people over there were incredibly patient and helpful. Though the cost is a bit on the higher side for products I feel the professionals there know what theyre doing. Though my glasses were done a lot later than they said and when I picked them up they were incredibly dirty. Though they say you can bring them in for cleaning and adjustments at no extra charge. Wish I could rate these two places separately.

As far as LensCrafters they have done great....but, they have a Dr. Hutchins next door that they use and he will rip you off.. I have vision insurance that has a $10 copay which includes dilation and refraction...when he dilated my pupils he charged me medical because my optical nerves was swollen and he said that made it medical and charged me $84.00. I have a $20 copay on medical...but he charged me because my deductible hasnt been met and according to my insurance that was wrong...he charged both me and my vision...WHAT A THIEVE!!!!

Worst experience ever for the eye exam. The whole thing is a scam and I encourage you to find a reputable location. They charged my card and refused to give me a statement when I asked. When I tried to cancel my contact order because the contacts were terrible, I was charged $140 for a fitting fee and funds were never returned. My insurance said that was definitely a scam and apologized for the bad experience but they couldnt do anything. Its a shame because I liked the dr, but their business practice is quite unethical and customer service does not exist.

The young guy that helped us is really pushy and had no patience. I have insurance and he didn’t ask about anything I wanted to add such as insurance and such on the glasses. He just added allhe could cuz he works on commission. I’ve been a customer here for my son for 3 years and just figured all places were like this. But I won’t go back .

Scammers! I go in for an exam and contact lense, come out with no dilated eyes and no contacts. A few weeks go by and I check my benefits online and theres a claim on there for contacts I never ordered or received! I understand people makes mistakes, but come on...this isnt a mistake. They lied and said they were going to fix it and have my glasses ready but neither has yet to be true!

This place is terrible. My son had an eye exam from.the doctor next door then went over to lense crafters to get contacts, they stated it was going to be 175 dollars. We lived in Colorado and used colorado springs eye care and for the exact contacts we paid 74 dollars for a 6 month supply and that was with the exam. The girl was a complete moron and tried to tell me that all stores charge the same. Um incorrect. All stores do not charge the same and lense crafters is one of those shady places that tries to get every penny they can out of you. I told the girl over the phone to send my son with his prescription and Id purchase the contacts myself online. She then got an attitude with me and said well I have to charge you 90 dollars if I give him the prescription. Really? Ive never had to pay 90 dollars to receive my eye prescription anywhere. Do not go to this place. They are unprofessional, rude and charge you random pricing instead of following insurance guidelines.

I went there spent over $500 on glasses bought the insurance 3 weeks later I noticed my lense loose drove the 70 miles back to the store to get them fixed so I wouldnt loose a lense. Went in and was told it wasnt broke and if they tried to fix them by tightening they might break so they couldnt repair them. The guy was very rude as well and got worse when I sled him if they could take the lense out and re do the string. He said he has 30 years experience and wasnt going to do anything and he didnt think its loose enough to fall out. So they are just going to rattle till the lense falls out because he was to lazy to repair them. I would not do any business with them and I will not do any business with them again.

LensCrafters May be a little more costly than other places but their products have always lasted very well since I started using them over 15 years ago.Rachel is the best at service, friendliness, helping and answering any questions you may have. Brianna did my order and fitting and she, too, was very thorough, friendly and quick.Worth the extra money for the easy experience.
