This stores Vision Center recently got a new remodel and have changed almost everything but it is super neat and professional I love it. I came in for my first pair and I love my glasses. No complaints at all. Very affordable, love the options, staff were amazing. Definitely getting my glasses here from now on.

This place needs to be completely overhauled with new management, and new employees. Rude, and completely just a broken system. I cant believe Walmart would have such people in there establishment.

I called them an asked if they can tighten my glasses an put one lenses in the other an she said i cant replace that an thats not what i asked an got mad when i said thats not what i asked an jus kept sighing if u did not want to work then u should have never went in

Dr was extremely rude to my 3 year old. If he doesnt like kids there should be a sign stating that no kids are allowed. I was proud because my 3yo was being good and when he started whispering his ABCs the Dr said youre gonna have to be quiet or you will have to go sit outside by yourself. The receptionist were not friendly at all. The lady who helped my 8yo pick out his glasses was nice and apologized for the Dr.

So i CALLED before coming in to see the dr. And tried to ask if I need to make an appointment so when i did call the receptionist just said come in between 1 and 3pm and that I didnt need to make an appointment ...so i walked in at 2:45pm and got turned away... so you(receptionist) lied when we called to complaint at 2:50and said you didnt say 1 to 3pm( you basically are calling me as a patient a liar to feel less in the wrong for yourself i guess you really shouldnt slander ones character)so not only do you not give the right info but you lied about what you told me over the phone .that is why it was asked if phone was recorded which yall should invest in so the receptionist can be held accountable for future mistakes...next time give right info so people do not waste time to drive there when they live 30 minutes else where ..i will be going elsewhere!

Receptionist was very helpful in the optometrist side, my vision insurance doesnt have a number so all my info had to be retrieved from the company, the doc was pleasant and happy to answer questions, not sure what all the one stars are about, but the golden rule of service is bound to apply. Be nice to others and theyll do their best to be nice back. Rose on the glasses side was a delight and very helpful too. Would reccommend.

I really wish I would have read these reviews befor going.The dr. Was extremely rude. Honestly I dont even think he was in the room for 5 mins with me. Then when I asked a question he got frustrated, and couldnt/wouldnt explain anything.I called around befor going here. I was under the impression it was the cheapest place around to renew a script. When I went to pay, and leave the visit cost me $30 more then I was quoted over the phone.Smh

Horrible customer service. No even an apology for calling me saying my glasses were ready for pickup and I told them I would be there between 1:30 and 2 to pick them up. When I arrived they told me it would be at least 45 minutes before I could pick them up because they didnt have a licensed optician a duty at the time because she had to go to lunch. I didnt have 45 minutes to spare. So I went and got my specs elsewhere and came back later and got a refund for the glasses I had ordered from Walmart. When I told them I needed a refund for the glasses they lady said well and was acting for put off and was very rude. Still no apologies.

I noticed that the reviews are pretty bad on here I wish I would have looked at this years ago as my experience was about the same as everyone elses. I was a walk in it was his lunch break he said he could wait to take his lunch. Ive been having eye problems he messed with my eyes for about 15 minutes did the little eye check deal he said my eye vision was good well I know for a fact that I needed reading glasses because I was told when i was younger and i wore reading glasses. he didnt notice that and I told him that I was seeing spots he kind of chuckled and said he didnt know what to tell me since then I kind of refuse to see an eye doctor about my problems but its gotten worse. Ill give an update later on what the new doctor says.

Awful. Just awful. The girls at the front desk were more interested in taking personal phone calls and online shopping. They were so disorganized and uninterested in their customers.

Theyre incapable of even prescribing lenses because theyll end up kicking you out from their low IQ and they get upset from the littlest things. Brought my kid into she just sat there and they said that she kept picking up magazines I ended up just leaving. Its not what there for...

I have really bad vision, and got contacts, however they arent strong enoigh. They said they are booked up and cant see me, but when I MADE an appointment I was there for over an hour because they were letting all these walk in patients go ahead of me even though I had an appointment. I am going to get this straightened out and never go back there again.
