They always have lots of craft stuff, decorations for the upcoming holidays,snacks & the cashiers are all so super friendly. And I get everything on my list without breaking the bank or my budget.Love shopping there!!

My first visit to this Dollar Store location and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Berta. She was friendly from beginning to end of my shopping experience. She said hi as customers entered the store and very friendly at check out. The store was clean and well lighted. This store knows the true meaning of good customer service. A good shopping atmosphere. My second visit to this store a few weeks later and Bobbie was at the register and she was also very friendly and customer oriented. This store must have a high standard on hiring employees. Another good shopping experience, thanks to Bobbie. Keep up the good work.

This Dollar Tree has the best selection around. They still have full size bags of many things instead of what I call Dollar Tree size which seems to be the case at the others in my area.

Fun to take grandkids to give them money and let them pic out like 5 things.

You can find things you didnt even know you needed and all for a $1.00. They take EBT for Arkansas and Oklahoma too

The store is big and nice. Many food options, and opyions in genreal. Im rating a star down only due to the cashier my client had. Best dollar tree in Fort Smith, AR. Even though I do like the Kitchen plates, cups, and bowls better at the Dollar Tree across the street from Zero Wal-Mart better. Id go here for Birthday party stuff, cleaning supply, and food if I had to get food from a Dollar Tree.

Great store! This Dollar Tree is the largest in the Van Buren & Fort Smith area. They do need to work on entry way cleanliness. When entering the building it is always dirty. But, they do offer more products than other stores in the area and have a nice freezer section and a good dry goods section.

Usually find what Im looking for when I go there occasionally they will have the exact item I would like to have but overall its a good place to shop for essentials

I love shopping here. Its the best resale shop around. Cheap prices but good quality things. Definitely recommend them.

Xmas bags 1 dollar each, 3 or more at walmart

Typical Dollar Tree. Not clean but not dirty. The staff all seem nice and helpful. Great place to get your Xmas wrapping paper and supplies.

The workers here are very diverse and kind, dispite all the holdiay craziness they have kept the store pretty clean and organized.

They are ok they dont keep there stuff on the shelfs long enough to go back and get what you wanted. I think they also put there holiday stuff out to early.

My daughter and I visit this one often. They almost always have something interesting, as well as some favorites. But what I LOVE about this one is the employees. Never a bad experience, even in the midst of problems or being busy.

Dollar tree is one of my favorite stores and for this store to be so big, there should be more of each selection of items as in the arts and crafts and toys for kids etc.. I did end up finding some things to make due for what I needed but was quite disappointed

The place is very dreary. There are not many products to look at at all. The lighting was horrendous and dim. The floors are ugly and all around it felt depressing. Similar to a store on its last legs. They need a serious makeover or something.

I absolutely love this Dollar Tree! It is very organized, well stocked, and by far one of the biggest I have been in so far. The card selection was great. The staff was friendly. They could clean the front entrance with a good scrub, but overall a great Dollar Tree store!

I went to this Dollar Tree 2 weeks ago and purchased my sons Graduation Balloon Bouquets. The Assistant Manager took her time with me allowed me to pick threw each balloon they had to offer and helped me organize the way I wanted them. I went back today to have them blown up and make my sons bouqets. She stepped in blew them up and created Gorgeous Bouquets and even convinced me to make a Goodie gift basket for my son as well. The other the Assistant Manger was there as well and stepped in and helped as well as the entire staff! I love the fact that EVERYONE was so Friendly and helpful she went around the store and collected items that she thought my son liked based on our conversation!! Thank you to the morning crew of Dollar Tree on Rogers Ave! You helped me make my SONS GRADUATION DAY A LITTLE MORE SWEETER!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

You really cant beat Dollar Tree for everyday needs. This location though is laid out like spokes on a wheel. I personally dont like that and makes items harder to find if you just pop in for a couple of things.

Much bigger inside then i thought, wish things (i.e. activity books for small children) where organized better. and not all on the bottom of a shelf...for someone like me with a bad back, it is hard to bend over or squat down to look through the books

I have been a faithful customer for a long time I never did anything bad & I lost my car keys one day & came back in looking for them as to retrace my tracks & I came straight to a register & asked to speak to a manager & they took my name & number. They said I could walk de way through de store in case I dropped them in de floor. I never touched a single thing. A girl working she said her names Megan she followed me around & outside screaming & shouting that I stole something. I let them search me & of course I didnt take anything. I came back to do my regular grocery list & I asked for an apology & she kept saying if no there aint no if because I didnt steal anything. Her friend said hers name Jessica working said she was a manager & they started yelling at me that they will call de cops because they think I stole something but I never touched anything so I asked them to proceed to call de cops. I understand, to be honest, but I deserve an apology. I understand how they followed me around & watch me not touching anything & proceeded to harass me knowing that I had a very bad day already. They need to get rid of that Jessica & Megan for real. If thats even their real names because de lady that helped me look for my keys I thought hers name was also Jessica & Megan took a long time to tell me her name like she forgot or used a fake name. Everyone else is so kind & professional & alert without being paranoid. I cant believe they did that to me. Ive never had a problem there before. It really changed how I feel about de store.
