This pharmacy has lied to me multiple times about when my prescription was ready. This was after they claimed that the insurance company wasn’t covering it and wanted me to pay out of pocket. I called the insurance company and they were super confused as to why they said it wasn’t covered. The prescription was covered and has been for awhile now. After many trips to the pharmacy I finally received my prescription only to realize they gave me the wrong dose. I asked them about it, to which they responded, ‘yes, we saw that the doctor sent in a higher dose but thought it was weird cause it wasn’t like that before.’ So they changed my prescription which was not their place to do so!! They did not apologize or anything of the sort. I’ll give them one more chance but getting my prescription a week late is never ok! I would never recommend this place!

This Walmart pharmacy is aweful. I just happened to be at this location & needed to drop off a script. Never again. Everyone in the back just looks at the long line of people waiting & it took a week to fill the script. Just go to a different walmart they want you to anyway

Completely rude and disrespectful with no remorse for their own actions. She rudely stated thete are short handed been waiting 2 hrs after i was old 30 mins. Ill be going somewhere else. She turned her nametag over so i couldnt get her name.

I was out of medication. And sadly in the middle of an anxiety attack from h***. Im a healthcare worker. So I called ahead and verified prescriptions and card. Well a one hour wait was 5 hours I finally had to go up there. The first person I spoken to was horrid. They were not going to take my card and suddenly did not have two of my scripts. Sadly I lost it the third time she blamed someone else for the issues. I asked for a manager. This angel in a lab coat came over I explained what I could and she said let me look and help. I asked if there was somewhere less conges9for me to wait since I come into contact with covid via my job. She had me move to my car and ten minutes later I had all my scripts and was headed home. Thankfully they have managers that care.(Ps. scripts were not controlled substances)

Wait is always long! They are never nice! If you want the curb side pick up they are always full and theres only 4, if theyre full they wont deliver to any other parking spot!

Best pharmacy in town always go out of there way to help you

These folks are fine ! Seen them putting up with a lot from the Im entitled or better than you class while waiting to pick up my Dads prescriptions ..... personally, never had a problem ......

We were having a hard time getting a prescription (the doctor had written a prescription that most pharmacies in Fort Smith didnt carry) for my son with bronchitis and it was right at closing time. Leon and his staff went way above and beyond to make sure we got our prescription before they closed. I cant thank them enough for how caring they were!!

Nice people, it takes awhile to get you perception but you can just walk around and wait.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER! THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOB CORRECT, TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT CALL THE DOCTOR OFFICE TO FIX THE ISSUE AT HAND WHEN I HAVE FAMILY WHO WORKS IN A BETTER WALMART PHARMACY,SO I KNOW THEY COULD HAVE DONE SO, ALSO THE DAMN GIRK WITH GLASSES AND A PONY TALE ALWAYS TRYING TO GET ME TO STEP ASIDE AND WAIT FOR THE PHARMACIST TO TELL ME HOW TO USE A MEDICINE MY SONS BEEN USING FOR A YEAR NOW, AND NOT WANTING TO GIVE IT TO ME UNLESS DONE SO, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO CONSULT. THEY NEED CROSS TRAINING AND BETTER SERVICE! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!

The staff is unfriendly even on the phone(which you have to let in ring 15 or 20 times before someone picks up) when people are sick they shouldnt have to deal with rude and unfriendly employees.they really need to work on this..alot..

Service was extremely long. When we dropped off one prescription at 5:30pm, we were told that it would take 45 mins to fill it. We waited for 1 hr at Walmart before going to pharmacy to check. Pharmacy technician informed us that prescription cannot be filled because it was too soon to fill it. The prescription was sent electronically to another store and that is why it apparently was showing duplicate. So, we waited an hour just to find out that noone even started filling our prescription. We should have been informed of this when prescription was dropped off to be filled. Now we were told to wait additional 30 mins for the prescription to be filled. Terrible service!!!

Aboslutely the most worst pharmacy service in town. Dr called in order. 30 mins later I check on status in PICKUP line but told no order was in. PICKUP line Pharmacy cleck tells me I have to stand in the other line to see if I have a call in order. DROPOFF clerk says, I have no order. I was informed by a waiting customer who was all to familiar with the routine I was being put through that the order was likely on the voicemail recorder but the clerks with no customer service training were just too lazy to check the machine. WalMart Pharmacy has worst service ever. Total waste of my time. I called my doctor who called it into new pharmacy.

Worst customer service in this entire town. Send text that rx is ready, and even after a phone call to verify it is so- wait for 30 minutes in line cause they cant get their crap together only to be told they cant find the rx!!! Finding another pharmacy STAAT!!!

Just called to check if my prescription had been called in from my dr. The women that answer said I have nothing called in for you while saying thank you she just hung up.. Very rude
