The store itself has good deals if you catch them on time, but product stock is always a its there then its gone sort of style.General associates are very nice and will assist you the best they can, however management on the other hand can be a bit too blunt, or even rude, to both customers and associates alike.The Manager at this location, Chad, can be rather coarse towards some people, especially customers who are confused on big rewards or credit cards and just want kind assistance.Overall I rate it a 2 star store, can get some neat finds there but unfortunately I can find much more at a ross for much much less.

Big lots is a great story and has great original costumer service, ❤️ with is very very important to me, I get greeted when I walk in and thanked for my business when I leave ❤️ and I am not expected to work there when I’m ready to cash out ❤️❤️❤️😃👍👍👍👍 because I have not been trained to work there, and cash myself out, and I feel very appreciated as a costumer every time I go to Big Lots, and there prices are compatible with all the other franchises in all the other stores and all the other states. So I have to say THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT BIG LOTS AND for the bes costumer service in our states. ❤️😃

I will not be shopping here again. My roommate advised against shopping here because he was employed there & I should have listened. Because it had been over 30 days (about three months) since I bought a small deep fryer, I was not allowed to return the product or exchange it for a functional unit. My mother is a long time customer & I will now advise her not to shop here.

Big lots has a lot of great decorative items for you home at decent prices. The kitchen products are of good quality at a great price. The furniture they have is unique from other places. They also sell beds sets, which is great. If you sign up for the rewards program, you can get some fantastic great deals.

My favorite go to when I am low on cash lol. No really I have gotten some really great things at a great price. I got a beautiful Christmas tree there, about a $300 tree for about $100. Not bad.

Small store that seemed dank and dirty. Wheel chair kept squeezing and hitting back of my mothers heels due to being so close to the pedals. The prices are also more expensive than other local stores.

This a favorite store of mine; you never know what treasures youll find. I only bought a few gifts but saw many other desirable things. Staff were helpful and fun. Parking was ample, but the speed bumps are annoying.
