Buyer Beware!I bought an insulated garage door that was brought and installed damaged. After 5 months of phone calls and going to the business, I finally received a new door that is still incorrect. Customer service is little to none. I would recommend shopping around and if you have to pay a little more elsewhere it might be worth it.

Absolutely terrible company. Came out and quoted us wrong size doors. Gave us an agreed upon price then said “oh oops we quoted you the wrong price” and then came back with over 2,000.00 increase in cost. Company had ran two wires and wanted to charge us 300.00 dollars in labor (that was never invoiced or agreed upon) . We chose Sallisaw overhead doors that has the same doors for half the price. Sales people dont respond with quotes for days. Very unprofessional company. Would not recommend.

Very satisfied with this company. The lady that answers the phones is great, she assisted me in troubleshooting my issue, and was quick to get a technician out to my rental property when needed. Technician was professional and got the job done in minutes. I wont hesitate to call them again.

Not recommended. Staff were very friendly and helpful until something went wrong after you purchased it. Ordered fully insulated garage door and had to call them to come back outbecause Installer only put 1 or 2 bolt on one side of the rail and it was wiggling. Door got warped after 2-3 weeks of use. Called them to come back out again and they said it was my fault for using it manually. Pulling on it to close it, which something you would do to close it, but why would I use it manually when I just got the door and still works? Asked for the manager and the manager was the same guy that sold me the door and also the guy that came out. They wouldnt do anything so I called Corporate. Left messages after messages and nobody called me back. Called another company to give me an estimate if I replace the door. They said Overhead Door used thin metal on a heavy door(insulated) so it couldnt support the weight and thats why it warped. Paid premium price for a something only lasted a few weeks...still works but doesnt look good at all for the curb appeal.

The technician, his name was Jake, was courteous and professional. He fixed the garage door in a timely manner and explained why it broke in the first place.I would recommend using this company to any one who needs garage door service or installation.

I had a special project which turned out well thanks to overhead door. They worked so hard to do a good job reasonable priced. I called several others all were unable to show up on time or meet their appointments. Save time, money and agrivation. Call the pros.

Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and even helped load the very long strut on the roof rack of my truck. Great prices. Put the support on in about 15 minutes and it fixed the issue. Will be going back for anything else with my garage door.

Excellent service! Worked us in for same day repair to residential garage door in Greenwood. The lady that answered the phone and Mike that came out to make the repair were both friendly, efficient and fast, and the repair was more affordable than we expected. We would use this business again.

Had two openers that wouldnt work. The lady in front office was very knowledgeable and took care of my problem wit one new battery, removing a bad design button and instructions on how to reprogram opener! She was so friendly and solved my problems!!
