In my opinion great people, great service, and a great quality product. The only reason why I chose to not pick 5 stars is because of having to pay 100% of the bill before they order. I would have liked to have seen a deposit, then when I see my door in person, to the specs I wanted, the rest of the bill.

Strongly NOT recommend. Terrible and will never go back. Door was supposed to be delivered within 1 week and it took over 2 mos. Any time I called to follow up, staff were extremely rude and disinterested.Ive never taken the time to write a review, but this was one of the worst transactions / experiences of building our entire house. I have no idea how they are still in business; they certainly wont get any more of my money.

Ordered a replacement slab. Took them my old door to match hinges and knob placement. Took nearly 2 wks to be ready. Tried to install but hinges were reversed (wrong swing). Took it back, asked for correction, not a new slab (trying to be nice). Another week later, tried to install. Wont fit, hinges are off by 1/4 inch! Old slab is gone. Went to Lowes and ordered a new pre-hung. End result: 1 new door for the price of 2. Will not recommend RVD&T to anyone!!

Waited 3 weeks on a price quote for doors. Maybe the only thing good about the store is the have baseboards.

The sales people there are horrible, tried explaining my situation and needs and the salesperson hung up the phone mid sentance, then they subbed it out to another company and installed the door with no hardware, i would not recomend this company to any friends of mine
