My garage door malfunctioned. Didnt think it was much of an issue as it had happened before. We called Ft Smith Garage Door company and they sent out a service tech that said he tried to fix it multiple times and was unable to succeed. He told us we needed a new garage door. We were quoted $1600.00-$1800.00. I decided to get a second opinion and it was fixed properly within 30 minutes costing $104.00. This company will never get my residential business or my commercial business again. Honesty speaks loudly.

Technician was only 5 minutes late and still called to tell us. He was professional, clean and did a fast-yet thorough job. When we are ready for the second garage door financially, we will call them again.

Excellent coordination over phone and email. They made the process of getting new doors easy. The delivery time was excellent. The install crew was very good. They had great attention to detail and were very respectful of my garage. The guys had the doors up in a few hours and it looks stellar. I will definitely use them for future service calls or new doors, if that time comes.

Incredible service from this company. We were initially working with another company in Fort Smith as part of a new home build and did not have a good experience working with them. The competitor was very inflexible and not willing to work with us while we struggled with our builder. However, Fort Smith Garage Doors was a pleasure to work with. Not only were they very friendly, they handled billing very professionally and did not demand up-front payment before any work was done. They communicated very well and cleaned up upon completion and explained everything we needed to know and was very professional all around.

I was having a problem with my garage door so I called your company to get it repaired. the lady that answered the phone was named Kerry. I expected she would take my name and address and schedule a service call instead she asked me to explain my problem and she told me it sounded like a sensor had possibly went bad. she then told me where they were located and stayed on the phone with me while I went to check it out and sure enough one of the sensors had gotten knocked out of alignment. I put it back in place and the door opened and closed perfectly. The kind of service Kerry displayed is not something you see much of these days. Kerry was knowledgeable and polite throughout our conversation. She is a huge asset to your company.
