I like this store they seem to have quite a few bargains in their meat department everytime I pay them a visit.I also have to say their produce department is always put together nicely. Joey works in the meat department & when I go I Ask for him, he seems to be the insider to fresh meat & some good steaks.If I need a package split up he can hande it, hes very polite & helpful. Not to mention he knows how to handle his meat as well.... Thanks again Mr. Winters, I look foward to you helping me with my meat, as soon as I get back!

10Box in Fort Smith AR is not only has great prices on bulk staple items and a wide variety of products, the stores staff is genuinely concerned and helpful when you are in need!! Product of a store that has pretty good management. I forgot my wallet in the cart and when it was clear it had been taken, the staff at 10Box took my information and checked surveilance of the person who took it. They must have put out the word and it was found behind a Dollar General with my phone. Lost the cash.... Hope the person needed it for some real good and not destructive purposes. But the fact that they went above and beyond meant I was able to get my wallet back and get new cards... something I had been meaning to do anyways!

I called and asked some basic questions and got some of the rudest customer service I ever experienced in my life.

10Box has some of the best deals Ive seen in a long time. The 5 for $19.99 is an awesome savings plan. The cashiers were very nice and went the extra mile for us when one of our items was not in the computer. She went so far as to walk over to the aisle across the store and check the price.

Great meat prices. But the other stuff not do much. Its cost of good plus 10% but the 10% is added at the cash register. So when they total the bill suddenly jumps up from what it at first looks like.

Best prices on meat around. A lot of things you dont see elsewhere too. Got 9 good size (10 Oz. Avg) ribeyes for 35 bucks.

Lot of stocking going on, many pallets on floor. Buy the time you add the 10% its no bargain. Really clean restroom.

I needed things and wanted to save money. Both parts of that equation was handled at one location. It was worth to trip. Stop on in and tell them that I sent you. It wont get you a discount or anything other than a strange look. And those are always good for laughs.

Today was the grand opening. The parking lot was maxed out, there were people forming lines to checkout in about 5 of the aisles. I ended up leaving because of the wait. But thats to be expected for a grand opening of such on this side of town. Great prices, the inside has been nicely renovated, nice selection. I will review again once the hype has settled down.

Bought a $15 pack of pork chops here that looked great but when I got home and opened them to repackage for smaller meals at home, they were bad. The smell was evident. That’s why the meat department stinks. You’re playing Russian roulette buying fresh meat.

If your not paying with Food Stamps this store sucks. If your paying with cash or debit/credit card they add 10% to your total. For example: they have meat that is 5 packages for $19.99. If purchased separately rage in cost from $4-$6. Once you add the %10 youre now paying $22 +tax. True it has lower prices for SNAP recipients. True it is the only supermarket on the North side of Fort Smith. At any giving time pf the day youre going to stand in the checkout line at least 10 minutes. Then your going to yave to bag your items yourself. Its not a very clean store, either. But hey, you can pay your bills here.

I love this store. Great vallues and clean w/gr8 prices. Very busy although they still have their stock in. And everyone I run into have been very polite and respectful. Even other customers.

Large store with good buys. You have to know your prices to see the best deals.

The prices and the products seem to be really good but on the two occasions Ive been there you cant hardly get through the isles for the family shoppers with many children and no manners. I realize that family has to shop but considering others shouldnt bring four or five and shop with friends who have the same, blocking isles and grabbing all of the meat products with a please, please mommie can we get this. Very unsanitary to me to see so so many touch the packages

So many purple shirts, so little help. So many customers, so few check out lines. So many purple shirts doing nothing, yet customers must bag their own groceries. Better options are all around!

I have been to other stores of theirs. Prices look good on the shelf. But when u get to the register they are not much different from some of their competitors. Clean store with a lot of items u dont see at other stores.

Every time I get meat from here & get it home to cook its nasty. I got beef and came home cooked it there was so much fat in it. Not like walmart. The pork is disgusting. If they can sell it that cheap just think where the cows and pigs are coming from, eating, etc.

Just enjoy all about this place.

The prices are no better than any other store in the area and it is way overcrowded. The meat seems to be of low quality. Will not be back. The Harps food store it replaced was much better. I also looked up the reviews of this store and some how they took the old Harps reviews that were good and put their name on them these posts were from months ago before this place even opened, seems crooked.

Reasonable prices, but be careful of the fruit and veggies, they were soft and going bad. So if you want fruit or veggies, be sure and only buy what you are going to use within 24 hours

Dont be fooled while shopping at this store. You get charged for coupons. Walmart does NOT charge you for using coupons. And I can give you many other grocery stores that dont charge a person when using coupons YET this store does. NO savings to that. No bakery. Several items are twice as much as Walmart and then add the 10%> where is the savings to that? You may think you are getting more bang for your buck BUT YOU ARE NOT!!

The sales here are awesome. You can get good meat at a great price. Just pay attention to things not on sale and rememberthey add that 10% at checkout, but overall its great. Save alot of money.

Everything there is good only thing I say needs work is the meat department. It smells very bad. Everytime I go in there my aunt gets a discount cause the meat is expired.

This store is a Joke. Checkers must have only made it to maybe 3rd grade.Supervisors not even 2nd grade. We quit this store & now shop at Russellville 10 box its way better. And no Tweekers work there.

I bought some fruit and veggies yesterday, (cucumbers, celery, carrots, strawberries, blueberries and apples) and every one of my berries are sour. Not spoiled or rotten just sour. Me veggies are soggy and have a weird tang to it. I spent a lot more there then I wouldve somewhere else and Im actually pretty upset. Definitely wont be shopping at harps again. Only reason for two was the service was pleasant and attentive.

I WORK FOR HARPS, I LOVE THE PEOPLE, I WORK WITH, AND I LOVE ALL THE CUSTOMERS. THE MANAGERS ARE AMAZING. THEY TRUELEY CARE ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEES.

Its a pretty good store on Forest prices go its probably the only good store in a local area unless you want to go all the way to Walmart and I think they beat Walmart prices a lot of the time

I hate coming here. Busy, crowded, dirty, prices are not that low. Only good things are short lines at the register, and its location.

Really neat store. Pretty cheap prices and u can buy big pieces of meat and the butcher will cut it the way you want. They have a lot of product to choose from and their produce is pretty fresh. Their giving Walmart a run for their money with this store. My advice is...if you can help it, dont go on a Saturday cause it was packed!

Great prices, excellent selections. My only criticism would be a lot of things in the wrong places. Overall, Im really happy with my experience there.

The store is clean. Tomica needs a raise. Every time I go in there she is working hard. She has great customer service skills. The manager of the meat department, Gary is wonderful. I can call ahead and he always makes sure to get me what I need. The other Harps in town are ok but the one on Grand always takes care of me.

While the prices are comparable to Wal-Marts and sometimes better, the place is often really packed and it feels like you cant breathe in there. The employees are nice, but the atmosphere is a deterrent.
