Great place I can go get everything I need in one stop

There is a good variety of products here, including food. There are name brand items, as well as store brands. If you are in a hurry for a few things, or, if you need to stock up, this is a good place to go.

Its funny, but seriously some Dollar General stores have better stuff than others - this location is an example of that. They have so much variety and the prices are great. I mean everything from pain patches that actually stick to your skin to toys and clothes. I live in Dallas but whenever I am in Ft. Smith I stop at Dollar General to stock up on bargains. Its clean, neatly kept, friendly staff. 5 stars!

Cashier was very friendly and helpful but thats the only positive thing this store has going for it during my last visit -- cashier was running the entire store by herself because manager was nowhere to be found. there were boxes and shipping containers everywhere in the store it was absolutely crowded and crammed packed full of merchandise that had not been put up and I assume she was having to try to check people out as well as stock the shelves the manager must be a real POS ... The truck reportedly came in to deliver on Friday and there was still stuff stacked everywhere on Monday thats three business days later 4 these stores that are open on a Sunday.. Im surprised considering the store has always been in great shape before but I dont live here so I only visit occasionally ~

Quick in and out. Able to find what I was looking for with ease.

Rude employee working the register manager didnt even help solve the problem which was I paid for $29.00 worth of notebooks and the cashier didnt put over half in my bags then she ripped my receipt and threw it away without even asking if I wanted it. Needless to say I paid for things I didnt even get to take home and nobody would refund me my money.

Never stocked fully anymore like it was when they first opened. Carts of things everywhere and shelves 25% empty.

Seemed to be a fairly new store. The aisles was packed with boxes. Merchandise all over the floor. Wifi did not work in this store. The cashier did not know of the DG app coupons, or DGGo app. The laundry, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies shelves were pretty bare.

Today I was in this store and my cousin slip and fell down due to one of the signs that Dollar General has posted for their sale items laying on the ground. As my cousin was on the ground an employee came from the back. The employee did not once asked if my cousin was okay. Infact she never said a word. We told the woman at the register and she said she would tell the manager. We told her the woman didnt even ask if my cousin was okay. The woman behind the register said oh she dont talk. How do you work in customer service without talking? Oh yes, maybe if they knew how to put stock away signs wouldnt get knocked down and people would not slip and fall. Send your workers to work at the Dollar General on Hwy 45 headed to Hackett. Friendly staff and a clean store.

Always nice, close to me and I know that I am not going to be able to get out of there without a cart full of things that I really, really NEEDED. Like new bathroom rugs and a case and some coloring books, etc.Oh, dont forget, I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom, stay tuned for more!😍

Slightly disorganized for a newer store, making finding product a little challenging, but the cashier was extremely pleasant and transaction process was smooth, so not an altogether dreadful experience.
