Yeah definitely wot be going here. They didnt even have what i needed to begin with but had to use the restroom. It was disgusting. Definitely not clean. No toiletries. No garbage bag in garbage can, no seat coverings. Just disgusting.

It says cost plus 10% but their prices are outrageous!! Only go there if I just have too. But the staff there has always been very nice and that helps.

I am changing my previous rating from several years ago to one star. The reason why is because of rude employees. There was a gentleman using a ride on cart. A lady working in the deli took it upon herself to ask him if something was wrong with him. Claiming he seemed to walk fine before he got the cart. She then proceeded to tell him how he needed to save them for older customers. When he asked if she was a doctor she said yes. In my personal opinion she had no business saying anything to him. Just because he walked fine doesnt mean he is fine. Just because he was younger didnt mean he didnt need the cart. He could have heart issues. He could have only a single lung. He could be going through treatments that exhaust him and his body if he walks for long periods. A million things could be one of his issues and not a single one of them would have justified how she spoke to him. Not all issues are visible. Not all issues are noticeable. Just because you dont see whats wrong with a person doesnt mean you get to police them and share your two cents worth. This employee needs to be taught to respect people. The fact none of her fellow employees said anything makes it that much more disappointing.

High prices. Unorganized. Unprofessional. There was a young man with his shoes tossed in the floor, sitting on a stack of boxes at the front door. Not one employee said hey put your shoes back on and get down

This store is in an older part of town, but they always have good deals!

The cashier was rude and intimidating not enough experience with customers. Prices are not marked correct at the register or children that run the registers add extra merchandise or overcharge sale items.We need family stores like this but we need good customer relations and experienced help they don’t try to overcharge people who already don’t have enough money 💵 🙏🇮🇱🇺🇸🔜🌹😎

Great deli food, the workers are very nice and they bag and carry out for you

Im really upset on the changes being made at this location. Deli workers are rude and walk around on their cell phones they wear ear buds. I get off work at 545 by the time I get their I cant even get my lunch meat I need for work. I worked their I was told it dont matter if u close in 5 minutes if a customer wants meat or cheese cut it shouldnt be a problem. It doesnt take no time at all to wipe down the meat cutter. Oh I also noticed they are still not where safety gloves

I had a bad day in here. But then it got better. Because I went to CVs Single Mans Foods! The bakery chicks are so fine. There was 9nly one check out girl. So I checked her out. And she checked out just great. Every single time. I didnt even get groceries. I was too busy sackin. Blame Covid, blame fort Smith, blame the rain, just dont blame Haprs. In fact, it Walmarts fault.

They are polite but sometimes you gotta watch what vegetables you pick.

If you cant find something (aka COVID shortages) its worth checking, but for anything except store brands the place can be expensive. For example, one particular brand of past sauce I have trouble finding these days is almost a eighty cents to a dollar more a jar here. However. it IS in stock regularly so...By the way, this store is now back to being CVs, no idea whats up with that.

Getting groceries and other misc items during the holidays at this stores location in Fort Smith is easy and convenient

Now, it looks cleaner and the workers are friendly and helping people to their car if they need it. You can find some good deals on food at Shoppers Value. You dont have to walk near as far as some other places. They have a new sales paper every week. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean store, located across the street from the Jr. High School and easily seen from the street view. Love having my groceries taken to the car for me at checkout. Store has bakery/grill area where you can pick up a great fresh lunch, or maybe donuts is your preference. They have a nice selection of vegetables but would prefer a few more organic selections. Good selection of meats to choose from, and actual cashiers to check you out.

Could be better if there was better customer service from the young girl with black long hair always looking like she in a bad mood. So many complaints have been made in her and she still isnt fired😡

Newly changed ownership for this store. High rating is due to their very good discounts on everything. They sell or say they sell at 10% above their cost. The selections are pretty good, except for produce which seems limited. They have a prepared food section for hot items. It is worth going out of your way to even buy the greatly reduced dairy products.

For a budget grocery store it is a clean place...the staff however is what makes it great nobody acts burdened to answer a question and will help you find what you need even if its in back without making you feel like you wished you never asked :) ( meat prices are great to watch...killer deals! )

Very clean and well-stocked store however at this time it would have made me feel a little better to have seen more people wearing mask the employees some did wear masks and some did not especially the ones behind the deli counters

As far as groceries they are a bit steep in prices. They are maybe the only grocery store that may have a salad buffet, but this last time I went the salad bar items were not as cold as they should have been. Bit concerning. They also have reading glasses that are 99 cents many to choose from so of course I get my reading glasses here. May be the only item I buy from here from now on though.

I only consider Shoppers Value as a grab n go store. I never shop there. I usually only buy their hot dinners if Im craving it as I pass by the store.

Meat is fresh great prices. Butcher on site. Most items are cheap. The catch is 10% is added to your total at the register. For example instead of $1 aisle its all $.88 plus 10% the item now becomes $.96. You saved $.04 cents.

Its an ok store. I would not recommend getting cigarettes here if you are a smoker, though. Even the staff that works that section were honest and said that they would recommend Family Dollar down the street to get your smokes.Management is somewhat decent, staff is friendly and welcome you with a smile, and they usually have some stellar deals on food (especially in their 88 cent aisle.The main reason I didnt give this store 5 stars is because they add 10% to your entire purchase price. Other than that, its reasonable to go to.

Our cashuer was super nice, and quick too. Store was very clean, and more well lit than the one I work at in Van Buren.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They also didnt mind when I find them on several trips to the bank to see if they had product that wasnt stocked on the shelves. I was so impressed with the service in fact then I tried to tip him but he smiled and said that he couldnt accept the chip and he was just doing his job. Customer service outstanding plus you save a lot of money way cheaper than Walmart and a whole lot better.

This is hands down a MAJOR improvement from its former self!!! Its actually affordable now!!!! I just wish they had more products to chose from!!! When it was CVs I almost never shopped there, but now I often stop through for quick items. Next will be me trying the deals on their meat. Great job. Many items less than a dollar. 👍

The cauliflower and broccoli and carrots side dish was very horrible it tasted bitter like it had been cooked over and over repeatedly its the worst side dish Ive ever had if I wasnt so hungry and had enough gas I would have went back to sew them and have them taste it.... I will never choose that item again.

Sometimes the staff catches an attitude but you were working, smiling, being sweet to the cranky old people in line, all the while calling for someone to help you sack. But you kept working, smiling, no ATTITUDE!!!! and no one comes to help you. And then tape runs out in your machine and all the sudden everyone needs their receipt! You were doing the best you could all the while🤣WOW.... no attitude. What a difference from when I usually come visit. Come to find out she has been there only three weeks . ONE person came up to help two cashiers who were really backed up. One of them was frowning and not even thanking the mostly older folk waiting patiently yet Jada was smiling and working and bagging her own after asking for help for 5 minutes! Give the Lady a raise!!!!.......keep this one.... shes a good worker! Some of your clientele are old and we certainly value the respect that she showed us. Yes - I said WEI cant help it though, I still say the food tastes funny here and not funny Ha-Ha. Which laboratory was it made in? I bought 2 gallons of butter pecan ice cream with no pecans!!! Staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing a lot of the time... I got WIC here and they had to go through every single item and my receipt. I’d rather go to Walmart than hold up a line because they have to check every thing I buy.

Made my last visit. Tired of standing at deli to purchase items and ignored while staff talk and pretend you don’t exist. I’m sorry so and so isn’t coming in and you’re lunch break is in 30 minutes. It must be awful that you’ve got to do bread AND packaging. Perhaps a few less customers will make it easier.
