By far the most disappointing service I have received from a company. My steel force stopped working (trigger wouldnt engage)I called Umarex because it was just under a month and it has a 90 day warranty.Instead of them informing me they no longer made that gun or had parts to fix it, they swiftly sent me a return form via email. I spent $14 in shipping only to have the same gun sent back to me saying there was no issue with it. Well I tested it with new CO2 and the same problem occured when I called them again they said send it back AGAIN (more shipping cost) and they would upgrade me to the steel strike which is actually a cheaper gun than what I purchased. Also told me they cannot repair mine due to not having parts or replace it because the gun is no longer made..so why did I send it back the first time?????Basically they said my gun was fine because it cant be fixed. Highly disappointed in their customer service.Whats the point in a warranty????

UPDATE: After I had posted the review below, I received the parts I had requested a short time later. The gun tech had sent me a response saying he would get me the part I had requested sent out. We had a small communication problem because I really didnt want gun parts sent to where I work and he never really responded to the email where i tried to address that issue. All in all, Umarex made a young boy very happy. Were still using the BB gun and he loves it. I do wish these could be stocked parts but I get why they cant be.Satisfied customer!************************************************I bought an air pistol for my son at Christmas. The CO2 Pistol grip cover has a couple of tabs that hold it on and one broke. I tried contacting them via email and never heard from them. A couple of months later I forwarded the same email and got a prompt response.During the response, I learned Umarex is more worried about pistol sales than part sales. I have a useless air pistol unless i modify a CO2 cover myself. This part cant cost a buck to the company. It should be a stocked part just as the CO2 cartridge & magazines are.In my opinion, this is how you lose business. You cant provide customers with simple parts and service. I wish this could be posted with no stars. Customer satisfaction is the upmost important goal you can provide and that cant be done because of one simple part. I was told this wasnt a stocking part. Then, how do you make your pistols? Its obvious you can get one. This has to be the worst run business out there. Judging by the stars and customer satisfaction, the future cant be bright.

One star because Umarexusa completely ignored my request for customer service, which is the opposite of what a company should do when theyre selling a product. Theres a difference between acknowledging a customer complaint and doing nothing about it, and not acknowledging a customer at all. Umarexusa does not acknowledge the customer at all.I bought a rifle from Umarexusa approximately one month ago (5/31). I received a rifle that had a scope, and on the scope there are 2 places that loosen up to be attached to the gun. The particular scope I was unlucky enough to receive had a stuck screw. Every other screw on this rifle could be loosened easily except for this one particular screw. I spent well over an hour trying to gently loosen it as much as possible, using several different tools in the process, but in the end the screw ended up getting completely stripped, since apparently it was easier for the metal to bend and shred away than it was for the screw to come loose. I emphasize that I tried to be as gentle as possible, I tested other screws for the approximate strength I needed to use and absolutely nothing worked. I spent well over an hour trying to loosen this one screw and ended up with a completely destroyed screw. This means that the scope cannot be attached to my gun, and thus I am unable to use the product I bought. If I wanted a gun with no scope I would have bought a gun with no scope.I attempted to contact customer service, got an automated email back saying they received my email and would contact me in a few business days. It is now June 25th, and I have not received a single word from Umarexusa. My customer complaint was completely ignored. Clearly Umarexusa does not care one bit about customer complaints, since I didnt even get an email from a real person acknowledging my problem. At this point I dont even care about getting a new working scope. Im just very upset that my request for help, from the company I purchased from, was entirely ignored. If you have problems, and youre like me and cant even take the item back to a store for a refund, youre better off just taking your loss and buying from a brand who might actually care about customer service.I used a different email to request help than the email I am writing from. I dont expect a reply from Umarexusa because they blatantly ignored me before. Do not buy from Umarexusa if you cant fix gun problems on your own. Im going to see what I can do about fixing this scope myself, but I will probably end up destroying the scope attempting to get the stripped screw out. I have the exact same sized screw in my own personal tool kit, all I need is something to clamp it to the gun. I absolutely will not be purchasing anything from Umarexusa ever again, since they have this little care for customer safety.

I would give zero stars if i could. their service dept is worthless. they are courteous (probably because they would be fired if not) but they act like they cant wait to get off the phone and give zero help. i wouldnt buy one of their products if my life depended on it.

I have an Umarex G19 GBB. It has broken down on me and this company has NO parts to fix it, not even the technicians!I created some of my own problems with the gun but at least the customer service could have been more understanding and empathetic.Instead of feeling a little comforted by calling, I feel irritated and want to smack that broken piece of junk gun over everyone’s heads there, especially the woman who helped me.Apparently my g19 is the first in the history of the company to have any call on or any issues- yeah right. This company sucks.

Elite Force AirsoftThis review is only for their outreach efforts to the community. Our Local EF rep came to a small field event here in Colorado and set up a great display for every 8 to 50 year old to paw at. He answered countless “stupid” questions all day for Newb and Pro with equal vigor and didn’t once roll an eye. He was a great professional and a great asset for Umarex. His donation of 2 rifles and a pistol for the drawings was HUGE and put their products in a very good light in the community. As a newbie myself I appreciate the hard work and dedication to a industry that has a hill to climb in today’s society. I have spent my coffee hour this morning looking at their products and am impressed. I will update this review after my latest purchase arrives.

I bought a Hammerli 850 Air Magnum air rifle and for more money than I really wanted to spend because it was touted as high quality. It constantly jams, wont click in, or just doesnt reload without a lot of work/time. Once it was so bad I had to send it back to Umarex (with a lot of time and hassle, not to mention expense). A person from Umarex called me and said the design was flawed and caused the problems I was having, but would they fix it? Sure, after I paid them quite a bit more money which took out the jammed pellet (and then it jammed again the very next time I tried to shoot it). The only thing worse than this air rifle is the companys willingness to stand behind its product.
