Each time Ive worked with the service/parts section has been quick and easy. Ive dealt with Colton and Connor the times ive needed help. I love the Walther brand. The quality and service just cant be beat. When i look for something new for the gun safe i think of Walther first.

Ordered two very overpriced shirts from this company for a gift and mere minutes after placing the order I received a 25% off apparel coupon in my email inbox, unrelated to my purchase. I contacted the company and asked to use the coupon on my just placed order. I received a sarcasm-laced response form Marcus Mirus, who was anything but helpful and refused to make any attempt to honor the 25% coupon. I immediately unsubscribed from their mailing list, wont be purchasing from them again, and cannot in good conscience recommend them as customer service is not their forte. No one should be subjected to the angry, bitter Marcus.Also, Walther T-shirts are significantly cheaper on Ebay or through other sources. ;)

Awesome experience called in with a malfunctioning safety on pk380. spoke to a real person (not a machine) the slide was damaged beyond repair. I got my gun back in 4 days with a brand new slide free of charge. Extremely happy and will definitely continue to buy Walther products

I purchased one of their Q5 Match uppers to put on my existing PPQ M2. The description said this setup was ported, which was a key reason I decided to spend $600 for this competition upgrade. The slide arrived with cuts in the slide but no corresponding ports in the barrel.I called technical support and spoke with one of their gunsmiths. He tried to tell me that the cuts in the slide functioned the same as porting. When I challenged him on this he insisted that gasses would flow out the end of the barrel backwards and through the ports to reduce muzzle rise, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Great customer service experience related to repair of item found to be malfunctioning after obtained at auction. Very friendly staff, did quick repair of item, repairs were all covered short of shipping item to them. Went extra mile to ship back personal gun case used as improvised box as did not have original packaging. Would not hesitate to call again if needed.

I love my Walther PPK/S in .380 ACP. It shoots true, is easy to maintain, is small but sturdy. Incredibly comfortable, and just looks great.

Have a walther ppq q4 tac an had my magazine release break while this does represent a weakness in the firearm the customer service worker was fantastic mailed me the replacement and recieved the new part within days also very easy to replace whole thing took 2 minutes though ive become very familiar with the handgun as it is currently my favorite

I lost the white dot out of my front sight on my PPS m2 so I called customer service on 05/29 a new front sight showed up at my PO Box on 06/01 free. It dont get any better than that. Thanks for the great service. James

I have a Umarex Glock 19. I thought is was not working. I come to find a safety on the trigger. Bad spot because I’m right handed and my finger hits the safety every time.
