This harbor freight is a little messy and the staff there is not real helpful or pleasant. I only go there when I have to. Wish I could say better things but in this case I cannot.

I forget about this place because it’s not quite as mainstream in the media and it isn’t as prominent in search results when I’m looking for something from this retail category. (But it should be) because it’s actually really close to my house and when I needed something quick: they were open, employees were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and they had the metal yardstick I needed! Will definitely start specifically checking here for things, prices are competitive & affordable.

I like the store. Im not saying you cant beat their tools, but, with their warranty you just come back and get a new one when yours breaks. You cant beat that. The people working there are short handed, like all of us, but theyre very kind and helpful

I came in today for a post hole digger and a generator. Carol at the front check out was so kind and friendly. Its nice to be able to go into a store and have a relaxing experience despite the busyness. I needed help with taking my purchases to my vehicle and Jason The manager was so Nice to help me take it to my car! Its nice to know theres still kind people in this world today. Highly recommend coming to this store for your purchases!

Good tools for lower prices. Just know that an overwhelming majority of items in the store are made in china. Ill get a few things if I need something single-use but most tools dont last much longer. YMMVI do like the selection and the staff is always friendly.

The only Harbor Freight for hundreds of miles that had what I was looking for. I drove 100s of miles looking and yes I did call before I went but that is when I also found out that the computers at Harbor Freight are not accurate. So I learned real quick to ask the employees to please go look and see it was actually there. I call up the Ft. Smith store and not only did they have it on the computer....they actually had it. So I drove the 1.5 hours to get there and made my purchase with a big smile. Thank Ft Smith Harbor Freight.

I had a negative experience with an online order and drove two hours to closest store hoping for any help. When cashier called for the store manager I thought Here we go with the run around He had issue resolved in two minutes. I make the drive and instead of not using HFT again, I use them quite often. Just yesterday they had a national pricing error on the cash registers for ALL items and they were pro actively informing customers before ringing up to let them know that they would override the amount immediately. Instead of having rotten attitudes for a computer issue, they were going overboard to please customers even with the double work load at the registers in a busy environment.

My go to store for tools or just about anything needed for any repair awesome staff and service from Fort Smith store.

There is zero excuse for items to be in stock... in the back not the sales floor.Typical Fort Smith laziness

One Harbor Freight is pretty much like another except for the service. Customer service here was fast, friendly and efficient!

People were very friendly and very helpful.

This is my go to spot for inexpensive DIY items. Out of the hundreds of purchases and thousands of dollars spent here; Ive only had to return 3 items (hassle free). Great people work here as well. There are times youll be waiting in line for a few minutes, but always worth a visit. There is always a 20% off coupon floating around as well.

I shop there on a regular basis because it is close and I like the pricing. Today called about space heaters and was told they had stock and informed they closed at 5:00PM. I was surprised in stock but rushed there in a snow storm to buy and advised when I got there no stock. They questioned who I had talked too and if I had called the right store. I picked up my phone and hit redial and the phone in the store rang. You should have seen their faces. Ha! Look it is cheap stuff I am currently burned as I was upsold a battery charger a few months back that never worked again after the first use. I just put it back in the box but now may try and return it after this incident. You get what you pay for... Yeagers is just down the street. I need to remember that.

I like this particular before freight. The manager is very polite and professional, and always giving the best deals.I usually come here to get welding electrodes, and theyre always in stock.

Fair equipment for just fair tools the real bad thing is when theyre out of what they advertise they wont sell you the one that is over on the shelf its just sitting there you need it but they dont sell their displays do not understand that but they did not ask me

You can find some great values here however, when purchasing equipment it is best to get a warranty with it because some of the merchandise does not hold up.

Good cheap tools for the most part. I havent had any issues with the things I have purchased here. They have a great warranty if something does go wrong. Some items have gone up in price lately. Some tools and tool boxes are more expensive than Craftsman or Kobalt not sure why but they look like great quality tools.

Harbor has good prices on a lot of things, but refuses to protect the customers from the virus. They allow employees to work and interact with ppl with no mask or any ppe gear. The managers are obviously letting this happen, probably because they need to turn a profit to get their bonuses. Shopping there is at your on risk it would seam.

Has always been my go-to place for basic tools. over the last six months, quality has gone downhill considerably. thats sad.today, instead of canceling the order my wife made for me, hf decided to double-down on billing her, and mailed us another tool despite them telling us they canceled the doubled order {not our fault}.not cool, hf. not cool at all.

Hey I was a maintenance man for years so I love this store. I couldnt always afford the best tools so I would buy a lesser known name knowing it wasnt as high quality,or wouldnt last as long but would do the job several times over before needing to be replaced again. This is that type of store. Enjoy

Took a friend of mine there so he could get a voltage regulator and some more disposable masks. We like their prices.

Will not ever use them again. Neither will family and friends. They dont have the things they advertise and management is rude and not likely to help you.

Ive bought a lot of tools from here over the years. Some are junk while some have lasted. Its almost the luck of the draw with their cheaper lines. I dont have much of their newer higher end competition brands, but most of it looks pretty good, yet some is so close price wise with name brand Ill stick with name brand.

Pretty simple to find what was needed. Great prices. Friendly sales people.
