Employees were very inexperienced they had no idea how to use the computer system that did not operate correctly very disappointed the stores used to be so much better than they were years ago. Sorry to say they will not be getting anymore of my business

I went for two specific items. They had exactly what I wanted. The guy at the counter went directly to the two products I wanted. I was in and out of the store in less then five minutes.

Site states location open untill 8 p.m. Drove there to find location closed, no hours of operation posted. Went to GNC website to email them, noContact link, no email address. Very disappointed!

Rarely open on time!!! I work in the same mall. I’ve gone at different times after 11am. 8 out of 10 times it’s closed!! Very frustrating. I don’t know how it’s staying in business.

Had a bad experience at this store yesterday. The gentlemen that was there was rude and they didnt know the products. We have shop in this store for years and this was 1st bad experience with employees there.
