I love shopping locally and thankful Fort Smith has a Vitamin Shop location. They have a great selection of products ranging from aminos, protein options, skincare, snacks, vitamins and supplements and offer a rewards program. 4 stars because sometimes customer service varies. Please shop locally!!

Lots of options for quality vitamins. I signed up for the monthly shipment of my routine vitamins so its more convenient and I love the options on their app. Staff is helpful and friendly. Store clean and I love the samples they have out.

I dont like just sore that much but the prices are good. The staff is is quite knowledgeable. And they have it everything Ive gone to shop for every time. So I cant really explain why I dont like it but I just dont.

Staff was not helpful. They told me hi when I walked in and never said another word besides asking to sign up for their rewards card. Did ask if I needed help with anything was in the store for close to half an hour comparing protein because they didn’t have what I normally take on the shelf. I don’t think I will be back. This was my first time in a vitamin shoppe and was not impressed by the service I received. Would not recommend.

Really food selection of nootropics here. They also have essential oils. Good deals on protein bars -- a better selection than Walmart and also cheaper depending on the bar youre looking at. The staff are nice and helpful but not annoyingly overbearing. I like that its located inside the Pavillion shopping center.

Just about everything that you need here.... Except you cannot participate in many of the savings programs without an email address. Who doesnt have an email address you ask? The older people who need the vitamins! LOL how can we fix that?

First and last time I visited the blonde lady was too lazy to help me. I asked her the difference between two expensive products and she just kept repeating “one is raw, one is organic”. Everything they sell is available on Amazon at a cheaper price and even Siri can help answer your questions better than her.

Always have good sales going on and usually some samples out.
