The older gentleman behind the counter acted like helping me was a waste of his time. Whether it was because I was female or because all I had was a picture to go by. I couldnt even get him to point me in the right direction. I wasnt asking for a perfect match to the color just something similar or close that I could choose from. The younger boy who came over to finally help me was as helpful as he could be. Pointing me in the direction I was needing. The whole time we were talking with the younger boy the older gentleman was behind him shaking his head with everything we said. Well thanks the the younger boy we ended up with an exact match when I got home. I work in retail with the public and the way I was treated like a waste of time isnt a way to treat your customers especially if you want repeat business from them.

We needed some touch up paint for some trim. We took in our can lid and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thanks, Sherwin Williams!

Sunday 11:04 entered the store on 71B Ft Smith. Waited 15 minutes not a word from the girl behind the counter. She was mixing 5 gallons of paint no one else in the store. Obviously didnt like it that she was working and no happy I was at her store. After waiting and waiting I left! Very poor attitude!

You cannot beat the quality of their products. They are able to fill an order quicker than PPG and Spectrum too.
