The homes they offer are nice but rather pricey.

Straight forward people and straight forward prices. Would definitely rather buy from these guys and not have a bunch of hidden costs.

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Ill repeat what I said on Facebook, and more because they immaturely deleted my bad review to make their business look good. Well my boyfriend has been contacting this place for 2-3 WEEKS. Every time he calls, a Caleb says he will call my boyfriend back. So then my boyfriend waits...and waits...and waits... and nothing. Having a tiny home is our dream, and theyve dangled with our hopes every time we wait to be called back. Were tired of pulling teeth from a company that wont take our money. We were both ready to make a purchase. This business is very sketchy, and the staff is LAZY. Please take your business elsewhere. These guys are a JOKE.

My husband and I stop to buy a home here in March of 2020. And the older guy that works there, refused to show us the inside of any homes and told us we would have better luck living with our parents for 30 years before he could even think about financing us. We went not even 15 minutes down the road to Clayton homes and they have gone out of their way to grt us the home we want! We will never think about stopping at Legacy Factory Direct Homes ever again.

These are honest hard working people who wil go the last mile to make sure you are happy! Don’t be afraid to do business with then!

I want to share my story with you but in the shorten format so bare with me.We sold our house in August of 2018, and it took almost a year later to get back into a real house because we started a construction loan to build on our new land we bought. I signed a contract with a building contractor, and we moved our entire house and garage full of tools into a 20x30 storage unit, and moved in with my parents in a small little bedroom.The contractor told me my 1540 sqft. house would be completed in 90 days or so. After 3 1/2 months of zero progress, she told me the rain was keeping them for being able to even start the build at all, that there may be a way to start it but it would cost more money to have big rock to be hauled in. That wasnt an option because the $ 160,000 dollar budget was already going be cutting it close she said it would be best to wait till summer, and she recommended that we find somewhere for us to stay long term. So 3 1/2 months after killing our self moving everything we own into a storage building we have to move it to a duplex so we can wait over 6 more months, during which zero progress was made building the new house.I finally asked my wife why dont we at least consider a modular home. So we found our self at Legacy and as soon as we walked into the Franklin home it was HOME and from the very 1st minute until weeks after we were completely done with all the paper work and set up Eric has been there for me. He has treated my issues and concerns like they were his own he never rushes me off the phone or makes me feel like Im a burden. The reason I say that, is because all through my selling my house then attempts to build process. I have to say that the entire real estate world is full of people that just honestly dont care.I wanted to share this because I dont want you to make the same mistake I did. I wish I would have at least looked at the modular homes in the beginning . I wish more people were like Eric Dundee. It would have saved my family and I alot of grief and heart ache and it would have saved me $ 3000 dollars lost to the loan cost and the unnecessary dirt work I paid for. Thank you guys at legacy homes. You were the light at the end of the tunnel and I cant believe how awesome our new house is everyone that walks in it is speechless and cant believe they just stepped into a modular, we love the master bath, also we got 300 more sq feet and saved $ 40,000 by going with you guys...Thanks again !!! 👍👍👍

My Tiny house is a nice house. But a lot was wrong with it. It has taken 2 months to get work done. All counters were moved away from walls when tied down. They chalked all areas. The legacy company I bought my Tiny House from at first would answer my calls. But after 30 days they would not call me back after multiple messages. Also the Legacy in Texas just transferred me to voicemail on people that never called back. There is NO warranty on the Tiny House, you cant get ahold of the air conditioning company. To see if they have a warrenty. Beware and be wise about any purchase from Legacy Homes..

All I can say is, get EVERYTHING in writing! The houses are cheaply made but yet more expensive. Everything goes great until your home is delivered. After delivery and you find everything that is wrong with the home (and believe me there will be a lot!), you cant get them to fix it. I would NEVER recommend buying from this company.
