My feelings were hurt by the very unfortunate young man who took us into his office today. I called back at 6pm and Spoke to Marilyn. Too bad it was not her that me and my son were able to meet, perhaps she would have shown to us the home we visited there to see with my husband who is RARELY available for these occasions. So sad that this opportunity for us was wasted. ππ₯π
Went at the end of the day on a Friday but one of the consultants, Marilyn Watts, was still friendly and extremely helpful and informative. She took the time to show us 4 of the homes and gave us all kinds of good information about buying a home. Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks again Marilyn!
I absolutely love the atmosphere with Sue White. We told them our budget, and they made it work. We are thankful for our salesman, Derek.
We are working with a woman named Marilyn Watts. She is knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciate her help in finding our next home. I definitely recommend.

Very nice people
The experience we had at the wonderful place was beyond extraordinary, educating and fun. Having had no sort of prior experiences with this type of home buying, I will admit, that I hadnβt walked in expecting what we toured, I never once felt pressured into buying, we were handed the keys, and allowed to walk the show ho,Ed on our own at our own pace, we were welcomed in for fresh coffee, all my questions were amswered open with knowledge and honesty, her deals were unbelievable for the beautiful homes she is selling, the environment the moment we walked in the door was welcoming and stress free. She even told us to shop around, check out many places, and buy from the person I feel the best about, she continued to offer help with future questions even if I went else where to buy. I am utterly impressed and if this is the route I end up choosing for my future home, I will be back to hopefully buy from this wonderful gem of a dealer if this is the appropriate route. What a great place and honestly just a fun couple hours learning and growing my home possibilityβs to new adventure. I highly highly recommend this cute little home dealership. This is what customer service should be, And no I donβt work for her, Iβm not being paid for this, Iβm a new cictzem transplanted here to Alma, the level of service and professionalism was hands down above and beyond what was expected .
Great service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mobile home.
Marilyn is the best salesperson there. Easy to work with
We have just purchased our second mobile home from Sue White Mobile Homes. Marilyn is always there to help and provides great service.
I thought I had done a review on this place, I guess it was just my ranting on FB that I had done. So here is my review. I bought a mobile home here back in 2006. They con me into buying by using that slick salesman wording about how long they had been in the area and how they had great service. Within the first year we started having mold grow on the walls. I started doing research on building codes for mobile homes that they sold. Mine was built in Savannah, GA. and was to be built to the code for homes that would be sold in the southern US.Picture #3 - This shows that they dont follow manufacture installation directions for insulation. It was not overlapped on the studs to create a vapor barrier. Now to give more info on this, I called Sue White and had them come out to investigate. The guy that came out I explained to him what the deal was. He told me that since the sheetrock is glued on they do not overlap the insulation instead they staple it to the inside of the studs. I offered to tear a sheet of sheetrock off the wall right there to show him that, that was not done either. He said that would not be necessary. He continued to do his investigation outside. He unscrewed a sheet of metal siding and lifted up the insulation to get a look at the backside of the sheetrock. I then asked him why the insulation was not stapled to the studs. He stuttered and then had nothing to say. (Caught them red handed lying). He then went back in the house and looked at the fresh air inlet and seen that I had plugged it, he said I dont blame you doing that, that prevents the system from pulling HOT air off the metal roof and working overtime, besides these homes have enough leaks that, that is not needed.Picture 1 & 2 - shows the mold and mildew that was growing on the inside of the wall. If you can see it there are black spots all over the floor, those are Bees and Ladybugs. Yes, and most are alive. One of the pictures I have, you can barely see due to the quality of the picture, but once the insulation was pulled out you could see outside. This was because they didnt use any weather stripping. This allowed for all the bugs to enter the house, the hot/cold air to escape the house and allowed condensation to form on the inside of the wall, which lead to mold and mildew to grow on the sheetrock on both sides. Now, 13 years and $3200-3500 later I have replaced most of the interior sheetrock, reinstalled the insulation the correct way and painted some of the walls. Would you believe that in the rooms that I have redone, I do not have molding walls and my heater/air conditioner do not run all the time which in return gives me a low electric bill.I will let you be the judge on if this company is worthy of being a place that you not only want to do business with but that you would want to buy a mobile home from and take the risk of family living in and breathing in that mold and mildew and raising your Dr. bill and having a unnecessary large electric bill. Those of you that have given a high review lets see if you still have those same thoughts 2-3 years later.
