They abandoned my elderly grandparents who me have two babies living with them. Cancelled at 9am when they were supposed to be there at 9:30am. They claimed their truck “broke down”, when any professional moving business, will have extra trucks in case of emergency so that they are able to follow through with their business promises. Not this one. My grandparents had to be out THAT DAY. And now they have absolutely no way to leave before the new home owners come. According to reviews, this is NOT the first time it has happened, therefore, if you use this business, be prepared to have to move by yourself even if you book them. It is an embarrassing excuse for a business. They need to be shut down immediately.

Wish I could rate them zero stars! Horrible service! Booked them weeks before I was supposed to move, on the day they were SUPPOSED to show up they never answered the phone and never showed up! I called over 10 times and no answer! Attempted to go to the listed address and was never able to find it! I’m just glad that I didn’t have to pay a deposit! They are frauds!!!

All My Brothers abandoned my 80-year-old mother who is a grieving widow. She explained to them that she had been stood up by other movers and was desperate. They told her they would be there the next day, but never showed up. The did not call, answer calls, or return calls and messages. If you want to be treated like dirt by someone you are counting on, All My Brothers Movers is for you.

We had a great experience with All My Brothers Moving. They were hard workers, very careful with our belongings, and also kept us laughing all day. The mover that we had lined up fell through so we called them the day before and they were able to come move us in less than a days notice. Strong fellas too because we had A LOT of stuff and they acted like it was nothing! Moving is not fun but they made it go as smoothly as possible. I’d use them again (if I ever move again which I hope I never do) and will recommend them!

Lamar and Jesse are outstanding Movers. They jumped right in and helped us in a spur of a moment move from our tornado struck house to storage. We had another company scheduled and they kept cancelling. Within 4 hours from a call for help here they came. Love them, in fact when the house is finished with repairs I am calling them again to move us back in. Enjoyed them both very professional and fun.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have been in contact with Al via email all week and set up our move for today (Sunday March 22nd). Details in the email said they were available and would be here between 9-10. I emailed at 9:45 asking if we were still on for today and no response. After no show at 10, I tried calling and left a message, 30mins later left another message. We are currently in the process of loading our own Uhaul. What a way to earn people’s business! No call, no show, nothing!

Do not hire All My Brothers Moving. You will be very disappointed. We made arrangements by phone with Al giving them plenty of lead time. He said they would be here on the 29th by 10:30 AM. By noon Al was making excuses that the Budget rental truck broke down. By 4:00 he said they would have another truck at 6:00 PM and asked if they could start in the morning and we said yes, at 8:00 AM. I asked Al if he was good with this and he said yes. By 10:00 Saturday morning I still have not heard from them, no truck, no text message and Al is not taking phone calls. We are going to file a complaint with the City of Fort Smith and the BBB.

My fiancé called and reserved these movers on Thursday 6/30 to move us out of our apartment and into our new house 7/3 at 10 am. Not only did the movers not show up, they did not even call us to tell us they could not come. My fiancé called and talked to someone who was going to have his manager call us back. We never got a call back from anyone. I sent an email to the company asking for them to contact us back. Nothing. No contact. We never heard from them. The guy we were able to get in contact with the first time turned his phone off so we could not reach him anymore. My father had to come up from Little Rock and help us move on July 4th. We could not reserve a rental truck because they were all closed or booked by the time we knew they were not going to make it. We had to move everything out with a car and a pickup. It is clear that customer service is not a priority for this company. I will recommend that anyone looking for movers not contact this company. Awful service. Even if they could not do the move, at least a phone call saying why would have helped the situation. At least we could have booked a rental or U-Haul before they closed for the holiday.

The worst moving company Ive every had. For one they didnt didnt have there own trailer so had to use my father-in-law. Also they didnt come with any tools. Scratched up my walls and my furniture. And one of there movers put stuff in there car and I didnt know it. Hes been giving me the round around all week to give it back to me. So Im know Im filling out a police report. DONT EVERY USE THESE MOVERS!!!!

There was confusion on their arrival time and I ended up hiring a different group last minute. A. Harris movers filled in quickly and handled their business. Moving is tough enough without sitting around waiting on movers to arrive.

Appointment made 4 weeks in advance. Called Ft. Smith office the week of move 4 times, and left messages to confirm. Called NWA office once and left message. No answer. No call back from either office. Do Not Recommend this company!!
