Damaged my car while trying to hook up trailer...Employee ( I hope he was an employee) lost control of the small 4x6 trailer and ran the trailer into my rear bumper...I personally had to stop the trailer from doing further damage...The facility has been silent in the matter...Their Insurance does not cover the tow vehicle...even though this happened “pre hook up / tow” before any towing had happened...Bumper was gouged and paint was spider webbed requiring paint work...We could have worked this out amicably...but silence from the facility speaks volumes about the character in which they operate. Further actions are being taken...

Accidentally charged my daughters card twice, but the manager was super nice and she resolved the issue greatly!

They gave me a truck and tow dolly with loose chains and guy told me I was good to go. The minivan I towed almost fell off.

Horrible experience. We stood inside and heard the regional manager and another employee talk trash about customers. I mean some bad stuff. They where making fun of this one guys weight as he was looking at a truck. I wouldnt recommend this uhaul to anyone. Get a Ryder

Ripped me off for 20.00 dollars because I didnt check in my own rental, even though they have to verify everything is correct when they get there in the morning. My rental truck was very dirty. And they people working acted like they had no idea what they were doing. Very displeased

The staff person who helped us was very courteous and professional. Our truck was ready we used it one day and returned the check out was fast and smooth. Have used u-haul several times in the past we have always had great service.

I rented a Car Tow Dolly today and the tire harness straps were frayed and useless to the point we had to use our OWN straps. This is dangerous and in all honesty bad management of equipment. However a guy named Jason at the store gave me a discount due to the fact that we had recieved faulty equipment. The staff were very friendly and kind to us through the entire ordeal, and even though I may have had a bad experience this one time, they fixed the issue and reduced the price of my rental.

Every time I have been here there is never an employee in the building. They are always out doing something and you have to wait minimum 5-10 minutes for someone to return. They also dont even check before leaving to do something time consuming to see if other waiting customers just have a quick transaction. Last time I was there, me and 2 others waited 15+ minutes for quick stuff, like a purchase and a storage unit payment. In my opinion, this is really unprofessional.

I have been renting from this place almost a year now every month...Super friendly workers..could not ask for better staff. I always look forward to dealing with them!

Literally the best experience Ive ever had with getting my moving supplies. James is AWESOME...got me loaded..even moved a car seat for everything to fit...so impressed !!!

Im baffled about the negative reviews here. My wife and I called ahead and the people over the phone were very nice. They worked hard to ensure that we had everything that we needed. The guy that helped us with our walk - around noticed that my wifes car had some sticky stuff on her windshield. Because she was going to be following me in her car, he offered and then cleaned her windshield for her to make sure she could see clearly. Really nice folks. I loved this place.

The service is usually painfully slow, and the employees often act as though they cant be bothered to help you. The actual storage units are INCREDIBLY over priced in relevance to size. I wish I had known I could have gotten my 8 by 10 for thirty dollars cheaper somewhere else BEFORE I had rented from them.

This uhaul location is the best one Ive ever used! My wire harness shorted out my taillights and even though it was a couple days over the warranty they replaced it for me...we had issues with fuses and they worked their tails off to figure it out and fix the problem! I love them! The store manager and fleet manager are awesome beyond compare! I will definitely be giving them my business even though there are other uhaul locations way closer to my house!

Called to rent a truck that needed to be 4x4. I asked multiple times about it being a 4x4 pick up truck and not a box truck. Assured it was what i needed. Drove 2 1/2 hours to location only to find out it was a 2 wheel drive. If you dont know the difference in 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive then you should brush up on it if you work in rentals. Just my opinion. Was then told we dont offer 4x4s because people take them off road and tear them up. If that was the case then why on earth wasnt I told that over the phone. Extremely aggravating

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was forced to cancel my reservation for a 15ft truck which I was to pick up @ 2pm. I was back by 1pm to get my money back & even though I came back early & never even touched the truck let alone drove it, I was still charged more than $35! I understand theyre in the business of making money but GEEZ!! They will never get my business again!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Would give 0 stars if i could. Theres NEVER anyone inside to talk to and you have to wait a good 10 minutes before they even try to come in and help you, meanwhile they are just walking around in the back and look at you crazy. Bad customer service. No one ever answers the phone. They are very short and rude when talking to them. My wallet was stolen along with my car keys that had my storage key on it. I took them a copy of the police report and was told I would have to pay my monthly fee and $50 to have them take the lock off and that I couldnt do it myself, even tho I was able to and could have gotten my stuff that day, but instead I now have gotten behind on a payment and have to pay note money than I should have had to pay, even after I was told that I wouldnt be charged a late fee because of the fact that I had a police report proving my storage key was stolen. When I call the store number they never answer and Im constantly being redirected to a call center in Phoenix,Arizona and they take my info to have someone from my store in Arkansas to call me back and Ive done this 3 times and not once have I received a call back. I wish I never would have done business with this place. Bad experience.

They are inconsistent and accusing customers rather than accepting their faults. Everyone makes mistakes or things happen, so was okay with the issues at first. Lying constantly about times and failure to read their own notes lead to wasted time on our side. In the end I didnt receive any services with them because I didnt trust them too preform them. Would not recommend them if they need to order you a part. They didnt seem to want to help us anyway.Wish I could attach a picture, but they sad they called 3x and never got an answer. Have their number with call duration setting up the last appointment to have it done. Called me a lier. Horrible experience.

They were short & rude & quick to try to sign me uP to be obligated to pay for something i dont even want. I couldnt just call & ask about pricing without them asking for my personal information to hold something for me. I had to tell de guy on de phone several times I did not feel comfortable telling him that stuff & not to hold anything for me.

Just waited almost an hour at the counter while the manager let a buddy come in and cut ahead of me and my 3 year old and come behind the counter to serve him ahead of us. They also walked another family in off the lot ahead of us and tended to their needs because the people approached them outside. Then after my hour long wait they told me that my big Dodge Ram couldnt pull a little F100 short bed with a tow dolly and was promptly dismissed. I will not be returning and do not suggest that anybody else waste your time here.

Although I didnt go inside, the guy working in the parking lot was very rude. When he unloaded the trailer he never said anything, a few minutes went by and I said is that all, he looked at me like he was mad at me and said yeah!! I actually called to make sure that it showed that I turned it in..

I called on a Saturday to get a truck reserved. After 3 different times of trying to get the truck confirmed I finally got a 20 ft truck for $39.99 at .70 cents per mile. I got a call back about 45 minutes later. The lady apologized and said that the 20 ft was not available that I could get a 17ft. I agreed to that. She told me the price would be $29.99. My husband and i came in on the Sunday to pick it up and not once did anybody tell me anything different. I called back on Wenesday concerning a refund that was due to me and I see that they charged me the $39.99 at .79 cents per mile. They finally than told me that I had gotten a 20 ft truck The first representative that I delt with was unhelpful. So I asked to talked to the manager. He sounded like that was an inconvenience. John got on the phone and I told him my situation. He basically made it out that I did not know what I was talking about. He told me that I was being hostile which in no way I was. In the end he did tell me that he would refund my card the difference. I had to call back the next day to find out what was gtoing on with my refund and they guy who answered the phone was the most UNPROFESSIONAL representative I ever talked to. He called me back and said Hey its me with U-Haul Really!!! who would ever talk to a paying customer like that!!! I will make sure that if I ever have to rent another truck it will not be at this location at all!!

Returned trailer for a friend but at a different location. They worked to help correct this location and help save on additional costs.

On Christmas day eve I needed to go pick up my car that was broke down got there 3 mins late to get tow dolly guy answered door and said they just closed .I pleaded with tears in my eyes but he would not take five mins on Christmas eve to help a person out. Thats not right, I would have not done anyone that way.
