I love it at lincare,they have been good to me !I got my updraft an meds from them for over 4 yrs! got kicked out areocare an they took me under their wing!my nurse Stacy is very caring hooked up trilogy vent an I dont wake up with low oxygen levels like I was with areocare! They also help me 2918 get all my bed walker for me!thank you all
I am very disappointed. They have had the order from doctors office for three weeks. I have called office five times. “Some one will call you back this afternoon.” Not one callback. Yesterday I called insurance company to see if they were the hold-up. Lincare has never even applied for authorization. I had my doctor cancel the order and we will find somebody else to supply a bi-pap machine in Ft Smith area. Very poor service. Actually, no service!
Impossible to get through to a person. Have been left on hold for over 15 minutes several times.
I love their service and will continue using them and for the others who have complained about supplies contact Edgepark medical supply they will send you everything you need and they are awesome.
I call a few days ago to get tube and cannulas.A man I talked to, was not certain what his name was. But friday I called early to find out when about I would receive my tubings,and was told by someone that they would take a message and relay it to the person that needs to check into it and five hours later they were closed.needless to say no return call. Been with the company since Ive been here in Arkansas almost 5 years. It seems like the few times. Ive called theyre just not really staying up to par and I feel like that I might need to choose another oxygen company but Im really not certain who I can contact.so the two stars is for the lack of contacting me to let me know that my order has been shipped and when I might expect to receive the tubing so Im needing. But I will say that the guy i talked to to order the tubings was courteous .I called early enough that should have been someone they could have let me talk to to verify it but unfortunately the recept that picked up the phone says she didnt know anything would have to relay the message and again I say no return call not satisfied .
Should really change your name to LinDontCare cause yall are kinda horrible when it comes to getting supplies out to patients.

My wifes account was transfered to Lindcare last year. We have been tring to get supplies since March 2018 . I was told today they will be delivered today, February 5 2019 on ups. We have been lied to and given story after story why we havent received our supplies. This is the most poorly run, most incompetent organization I have ever had to deal with. Use anyone else but these people.
While traveling through Fort Smith I had a problem with a medical device. Although I did not purchase the product through them they went out of their way to help fix the problem.
They do not take care of their patients. It is like they have a monopoly on the market, so hey who cares about those who cant breathe. Not flexible. Does not follow through with things promised. They do not seem to understand the need of some patients
I would recommend them.
