I had a side door to back into. Easy in easy out. People are nice, helpful and very patient. Watch out for the other truck drivers. They are in a hurry going nowhere.

Got here at 1425 they were backed up. Was told to go to Wal-Mart and they would call me when they did it was 19 something got out at 2230.also had me at a door the didnt work and two trucks got unloaded before someone said something.but the security guard was cool and courtesy.

It wasnt too great. They only had 1 loading dock open so we were told we couldnt wait on the property we had to leave and go 4 miles down the road and park at Walmart and wait until they call us to come be unloaded. We waited an hour and 50 minutes when they called. They unloaded us pretty fast though and we left. No issues other than when we got there and had to leave.

Really bad place to deliver. Broker set my appointment at 12 noon. When i check in guard said they do not work on appointment. FCFS i have been waiting for 4 hrs already i do not get call from them yet for unloading. They dont let you wait at their facility as well.

I throrouly enjoyed my experience working here. Most of the employees are wonderful to interact with. Great opportunity to learn in life.

Made it here today at 10:45am was told they didn’t have a dock for me and to wait at Walmart down the road. They called me at 3:45pm with a dock for me it’s now 5:15pm and they still haven’t started unloading yet.

Not a good place to deliver old railroad tracks in the middle of roadway. Screws coming from track. Appointment was for 13:30 didnt get in dock until 2hrs later. Good luck

Delivery of roll stock w 53 dry van. Typical GP, not very speedy. Staff is friendly. Truck entrance is on Newlon Rd about 300 west of Midland Blvd. Check out pics w check in procedures & where to place glad hand lock key.

This place is total nonsense. Rental cop is arrogant and crass. They protect themselves by rules they printed out and posted on their window shack what they can do if we drivers rude to them.

Constructed in 1402, this rustic facility has several attractive features. Knee-deep potholes, useless train tracks dug out on either side, and count them - ONE functioning door to unload. There is a mud and cater filled lot across the street for all of your parking needs and a taco joint that is closed but seems nice otherwise. Fuuuuuuck....

No problems here. The guard was courteous and professional. The trail back to the docks is narrow, and there are some potholes. Tanker liquid bulk delivery dock is under a canopy and the operator was experienced, friendly, and wasted no time. Bulk delivery took about 90 mins after sample cleared.

Will make you leave and come back if early(was 40 min early for 2230 appt). No place close to park. Most negative reviews are spot on. Guardshack may try to pull this was supposed to be here last night b.s. when explaining why you need to leave. Plenty of places welcome and appreciate what you do. THIS ISNT ONE OF THEM!!

Heard a lot of bad reports on this customer from other drivers. I arrived @ 6:30 for a 8: o’clock appointment, was unloaded and gone by 7:15. (AWESOMENESS) the bck can be just a little difficult. Security Guard super friendly and helpful. 2nd visit here totally the opposite, show up 30 minutes early was made to leave and come bck 5 minutes before appointment time, 2hrs to unload and still waiting. Took four and half hours.

If you are an otr driver...Never deliver a load here. Will be a very bad experience. A wasted drive day maybe two just to be unloaded and you get to watch daycabs in and out while you wait in a dirt lot across the street. Poor ran production. Doesnt matter if you have an appointment or drop and hook they make you wait and waste your drive time like time isnt money.

This is one of the worse places you can go to deliver a load.. been sitting here for over 6 hours to get unloaded.. it is super tight docks no room to move around

I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and they made me wait five hours before assigning me to a dock and then it took them 1.5 hours to unload me! Also they made me unhook my truck and install a jack stand even though they had a bumper lock, good wheel chocks, and a glad hand lock! Apparently they think that I am a terrorist but I think that they are aliens that should be banished.

Load was supposed to be ready yesterday then changed to today. When we got here our trailer was jammed in so tight that the yard jockey called a tow truck. The trailer is damaged and so isnt the other trailer that it was jammed into.

Tiny, muddy, lousy little place. No o/n parking. Avoid if you can.

Dock is really tight maneuvering. However it can be done. Drop and hook is completely bad. The yard jokys put the trailers too close together that not even the landing gear crank will extend all the way so you have to fold it in to get it to go down

Great people! Management is pathetic. Human Resources and everyone else in management seems to need an assistant for everything. Keep laying there people off not a good place to work at now.

Workers are nice but the company doesnt care what kind of danger they put truck drivers in when trying to hook or unhook trailers. The trailer lot is to compacted.

The truck entrance is the right lane. Middle lane is for employees. The letters on the ground need to be re-painted. This is not FCFS.

If your looking for a job look somewhere else. A lot of lay offs and manangement is a joke. No one fallows the rules unless someone is going to the company! People are good but mananget has there favorite. They let go of people constantly. Bad insurance .

The lot for trailers is horrible and getting worse. Gp needs to fix it. Holes are really bad and getting worse and new ones happening everytime we come here which is weekly. Enter at your own risk.

What a joke. Why does it take over an hour to pull fewer than ten rolls of paper off a truck? The Port of Philadelphia can do it in under 15 minutes! And theyre union! And thats with the unloader handing you signed bills and rushing you out of the dock!

Rude security, bathroom as they list is the oldest, dirtiest, disease infested porta toilet ever, appt times are ignored, here for hours to unload 6 rolls...

Only 1 person unloading. 1230 appointment only allowed to be 15 mins early and then took until 2pm to unload the rolls.

Was sitting here since 0830 on Tuesday and still sitting at 0800 on Wednesday. Then was told that the load is on the trailer that I dropped yesterday.

Good people on the liquid bulk dock.

This place sucks! Trailers parked so close together, a person cant squeeze between them. Mud & dirt.

Drivers, save yourself some grief and avoid this place. I had a noon appt. to live unload, arrived at 1130, and didnt leave until 1545. I wont be back ever.
