Charles was able to look at my car and my girlfriends car quickly, and identify an A/C issue that other, pricier mechanics did not. He was honest and helped us work through multiple other car issues.Its rare to find such a helpful honest mechanic, and Charles is it!

Replaces rear brakes estimate $150 cost $200 when I picked my vehicle up the check engine light was flashing. I talked to the manager he said, they did the brakes they were not responsible for the check engine light. They ran diagnostics $400-600 to fix. I never had seen the check engine light on. I will never take my vehicle there again.

Id give them 6 stars if I could. My daughters vehicle broke down and she just happened to pull into their lot after hours. Next day, I drove down from AL to see what the problem with it was. Jacob and Luke were so friendly and helpful, I hope the shop owner sees this review and recognizes what top notch guys they are. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Place is shady and def know how to mislead you!!!! Went for a 39.99 synthetic oil change as advertised on banner just to get my bill that was 72.00. What a joke when you can go to Take 5 and sit in your car instead of waiting 20 minutes. Then a guy comes to me and says I need to replace filters for 20 each. I said hell no just give me my current bill so I can get out and NEVER come back. I know deals arent as they seem but I even called and asked total with tax was quoted 50. SMH

Ive been using this shop for about two years now. Everyone that I have encountered there has been very friendly and helpful every single time. Im typically in and out in thirty minutes or less for an oil change.

I went in for an oil change and asked them to read my engine light. That is what they did. They did not try to convince me that I needed hundreds of dollars of extra work like most places do. Great! I will be back!

Brought over my 1963 Corvair that had some clutch issues and a generator that had come apart. They were very easy to deal with, friendly and incredibly helpful. I had to bring it back a couple times for adjustments and fine tuning, and they fit me right in and did the work without charging me any extra. These guys are very open and honest. Their pricing is fair. Others please note: you might be able to find a shade tree mechanic who has cheaper rates. These guys will beat their prices if they are reputable, and their work is good. Cheaper does not mean youre getting better service...

So I take my truck here for an oil change, the price was reasonable so I figured I would give them a try. While I was waiting to pick my truck back up I get a call from the technician saying my brake fluid was very dirty and he recommended a flush. I agreed seeing as though my truck was pretty old and I hadnt had the brake fluid flushed before. Everything was fine and I decided I would use them again.. 3 months later I take my truck back for another oil change. Again while waiting for the work to be finished I get a call from the technician. He tells me my brake fluid was very dirty and he recommended a flush. I tell him I just went through that 3 months earlier and that they already flushed it. He then tells me oh, my mistake. Your fluid isnt THAT dirty... When I picked my truck up I asked the woman working the front desk what that was about. I was upset but trying not to show it. She got irritated at me for even asking, as if she was mad that I busted them trying to scam me... This is the exact kind of place you want to avoid taking your vehicle to. As you can see honesty is not something they thrive on there. I will be spreading my story to everyone I know in this area.

I’m so disappointed that I’m having to leave this review, but I felt the need to share.I had my oil change here about 5 times. The workers were friendly and I always appreciated that- so I continued to come in any time I needed an oil change. However, when I went to get my oil changed this last time, it was clear that the workers were trying to scam me, make up stories about how they “found something wrong with my car, but I’ll have to pay an extra $40 for them to go back in and find out what the problem really is, then go from there.” I suppose they assumed that because I am a young female, that I wouldn’t know anything about cars and would fall for this scheme. Upon simply lifting the hood of my car myself, it was evident that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, and that $40 was very much NOT needed in order to figure this out. Very disappointed that Precision Tune Auto Care and their workers fit the stereotype of auto shop workers attempting to rip off “vulnerable” customers.

The people at this shop are nice, and always do a good job. Fair price, honest work, and they always do a great job! I always bring my car here! Highly recommended!

This is few of the worst place I ever been to. The main reason for going there was for oil change and because it was the cheapest. I have been there and after they did oil change, the worst nightmare was the oil burning my engine and was about to overheat. I dont know what kind of oil or if they ever did put REAL quality oil in there. I had to get it changed out again and decided to do it myself. Afterward, the engine wasnt that hot anymore.Please take my advice and avoid this place. It aint the cheapest despite how they may sound to you. Look elsewhere and they have good reputation.

I have been going to Precision for the last 2 1/2 years and have always had excellent service. The manager, Jacob, could not be more helpful with full explanations and helpful suggestions. I recently had my rear brakes replaced and they did a terrific job. All the staff have always been extremely helpful and very pleasant. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Had fluids changed there a few times. Once, they did not properly replace the filter and it spewed all the oil out all over the engine compartment and their parking lot. They did a decent job cleaning up, but you can never get all of that off the engine and accessories. In all fairness, this happened some time ago.

This place is awful!! Took my car in the other day and they gave me a quote of 600 dollars just for maintanence not including parts!! For just a simple clutch issue. Took it to another place and am getting my car fixed for 250 dollars!! DO NOT recommend

My wife and I were visiting Fort Walton Beach, and our van broke down. Brandon, from Precision Auto, was very courteous, explained the situation, and gave us a fair price. He was unable to have it fixed by the time they closed on Saturday (we got the van towed, and it got their late; it was not his fault), but he did have it fixed first thing Monday morning. I only needed an oil change and at Precision Tune Auto Care they knew I neednt spend hours waiting. The were: Quick. Convenient. Affordable. Hazzle free and Friendly.I recommend PTAC to folks with better ideas on how they spend the time they have on their hand than just sitting at a repair shop for hours waiting for an oil change.

I walked in and they had my a/c and my brake fluid leak fixed in a couple hours. For a very reasonable price. They got the job done fast, without an appointment. It doesnt get better than that.

They will try to upsell you and scam you here. I went in for a premium oil change and they lied to me and tried to tell me that my valve cover gasket was leaking and they could fix it for $200. I had a friend who is a mechanic look at it. NOTHING was wrong with it. This seems to be a common tactic of theirs, judging by other reviews.Dont trust this place. Go somewhere else.

I went to Precision Auto Tune to have my front brake pads replaced. They said it would cost $99 and they also recommended that I flush the master cylinder. So I agreed and both of those totaled to $180. After they replaced the pads, they told me that while they were flushing the master cylinder it coincidentally broke at their shop. They insisted that I pay for the new part ($90) so like a dumb-butt I did, and they replaced it. Grand total of $270. Afterwards, the brakes still shook when I pressed the brakes and I found out that my rotors were warped. Had nothing to do with the pads like they had said. PLEASE, SPARE YOURSELF!!!

They tried to charge my husband $1300 for an oil gasket leak when he went in for a simple oil change. They said $1200 of that $1300 was labor. My husband took his car to the dealership he bought it from today and they looked over the entire car. He told them what precision auto tune had said and they told him it was a scam. There was nothing wrong with the car.

I wanna give them 0. One star is too much. Cheap oil change price, this is a trick for getting the worst result of the inspection. Lots of problems after their inspection and one of our car parts was missing. Do not let them inspect your car. You will be surprised for the problems your car have. Even if right after other auto centers inspection and you fixed ur car already, your car is too bad for them.

Avoid!!! @ ALL COSTS!!! The manager admitted to working on my vehical which is older but I moved out of state just a short time after replacing batteries, ujoints, and a clutch @ the crestview location. The fwb location replaced my ground wire for my battery connection & failed to do it correctly so now I have been told because Ive been driving it for two months theres no way to get my money back for work that was not done. Ive driven this vheical maybe all of 10 hours max since I got it back because I had other vhicals to drive but no it was not just parked to sit(why would I have spent money to fix it?) Along with being accused that my mechanic I currently have the vehical at is not looking at the problem or may be trying to take advantage of the situation (20 yr mechanic my faily of like 40 people use & never had an issue like this ever)so they want me to tow it again to thier company so they can fix it & charge me again for work that should have been done. Mind you I have to get an alternator & a new battery because of the mistake this place made of using masking tape to hold the wier to the alternator and never connecting through an insulated nut. Using this company was miserable I spent over 1,200 between both locations, just to have to pocket more to fix what they have done. I wonder how dirty my oil filter will be when I have them pull it to check when the last time it was replaced because I bet 100$ its still the old filter an they just drained an refilled my oil as well......

I went in for a simple oil change, but they ended up trying to get me to flush my coolant and a variety of other things. I really felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I will not go here again. Besides, other places in town do oil changes for nearly as cheap.

Ive been going to this PTAC for about a year(Oil Changes)and one day My Car was overheating and I took it to them and they found the problem in a half hour and he was putting water in the radiator and showing me why it overheating and showing me where it was leaking engine coolant.I didnt rush them to do it as I wanted a quality repair and they took car of me, my parts was a bit expensive but only cause I have a luxury vehicle. They educated me and told me everything. I am very thankful for Precision Tune Auto Care.Thanks you guys. I will always recommend Precision Tune Auto Care!

I dont recommend this place, especially to women. What was good is that they showed me the actual wear on my break pads and another area, so I knew the expensive fixes were legitimate since I was only in for a premium oil change. Whats bad is that if youre a female theyll give you a LOT LESS acknowledgement. I even watched them shrug off another female while I was there waiting for my repairs, while in the same wait a man came in saying they had stripped a couple bolts (he had receipts and was prepared) and had to verbally headlock them in to taking some responsibility.As I paid the older man working the counter said nothing but the cost to me, not even thanks after I blew over $300 there and awkwardly left. I guess he feels like theyre established enough to not have friendly or grateful business etiquette.Though I did get a random thank you voicemail from a different gentleman the next day so that was.. odd?In summary, not terrible from my experience, but gut-wrenching at the idea of going back. Im going to find a place where I feel welcome as a regular and I know I can relax because Im in friendly and responsible hands.

I come here a lot. To get oil changed. The new guy at the desk was very rude. I asked were the other lady was he responded with well guess shes not here no longer. Rude. Then he couldnt get my name right I spelled it 6 times. My first question was how long never answered til I asked again. He made me wait about five mind before even greeting me. I loved this place before cause they were friendly while I waited now its a rudd man whos cologne smells up the whole office. Made me wanna throw up. I wore a low cut shirt his eyes stared at my chest instead of my eyes. Not coming Bk. Maybe will check out another place or just let ok do it.

Called to check a price because my check engine light came on. The lady Tina told me it was free. But when I got down there I need to sign a paper and at the bottom it said 50.00 to do the test . Now how come when I called you told me it was free. Its not free if I have to pay. Bad customer service.

My daughter took her car in for an oil change. They told her she needed a new valve cover gasket (that it was leaking), brake fluid flush, and her coolant system flushed. We have a regular mechanic and none of this is needed. I think it is pretty sad that places like this try to take advantage of people, especially young women. By reading the other reviews, a valve cover gasket replacement seems to be a standard recommendation for this place. Very shady..

This place is SHADY AF! Their prices are cheap because they do half ass work and their equipment sucks! Ive been a customer for almost two years and one afternoon when I was getting an oil change, they recommended that I flush my fluids ( brake, power steering, & coolant) so I did. Fast forward to today, I went to Midas on Eglin to get an oil change, which is awesome btw because they take the time to educate and give you options that will solve your issues and they accept android pay, Samsung pay, and Apple Pay, and low and behold they tell me I need the same three flush services done to my car. The mechanic takes me outside and shows me my brake fluid color and was the same purple tint that it was when Precision changed it. So I immediately go back and talk to Brandon at Precision and he tells me that a the color of the brake fluid can change back after 3 months because there is fluid still left behind in the lines. I may not know much about cars but I do know that when you flush a component out you remove all fluids and run the clean fluids back through and voilà you have preformed a complete flush. Well Precisions flush is more like a rinse so dont waste your time or money.

Friendly, helpful and will tell you if work NEEDS to be done or if it can wait.

I had the worst experience at this auto shop. My car stopped running so I took it here to get a diagnostic. They didnt hook any machines up to my car to find the problem. They basically took a guess and said this is the problem. Told me all I need was a starter for my car to run again. After I paid for the starter my car started up but it still had a loud knocking noise. When the mechanic came to the register he didnt offer to take a look and see why it was still knocking. Again he guessed and said that my engine may need work. I drove about 5 minutes down the street and my car stopped in the street. I called back to let them know of this problem and they basically told me they couldnt do anything about it. I was told that I could get the car towed and they would check the starter to see if that was the problem. They didnt offer any other diagnostic service. They only offered to check the starter.

Paid for the premium oil change which I was told included topping of all fluids. That didnt happen. Also requested and paid for a new drain plug because mine was rounded off. They screwed me on that also. Very disappointed.
