I bought a 2022 Sienna this past weekend. Love the car and the dealership. James went over every detail of the car at purchase after keeping me informed about delivery every week while I waited. The van was ready when I arrived and I was out of there in a little over an hour. Everyone was terrific, the place was clean and they were super efficient. I will drive the hour and a half there for my next purchase.

I drove up to the service department at 4:15 pm and inquired about getting an oil change and tire rotation without having an appointment! They were very polite and didn’t blink an eye even though it was obvious that I didn’t buy my car from Toyota!! I had an Avalon for 11 years and I trusted my car to them. So now I’m trusting my new previously owned Lexis to them!!! And the lounge for waiting is so comfortable that the time flies!!! Everybody should get their oil changed here!!!
I choose NO stars, a selection not offered! I waited 18 days for a appointment, then rushed to a 7AM Appointment. I was checked in and told in might be a bit longer than normal due to shortage of techs. This was an appointment set three weeks in advance as they were short of techs. I checked in and waited for three hours. Walking outside I observed my truck hadnt been started on! When I inquired why my truck wasnt being worked on I was told it was because we were........etc! However I was told there were two people ahead of me that also had 7am appointments. (why would you set so many appointments when you knew you would be short of people in the first place) I was assured that the other cars were now finished and mine would be next. One hour later my truck hadnt moved. I left and will NEVER return!This is a operational disaster. You are short of people. So is everyone else. Do you intend to find a way to operate with these shortages, or do you intend to just keep on treating customers in the preceding manner. A prediction! You will be unable to stay in business with this strategy. Just as you have lost me as a customer and added a critical view of your organization, continuing in this manner will close your doors forever! Dont believe me? Just keep doing what you are doing and we shall see!
Arrived 10 min prior to a scheduled appointment. Confirmed work to be done. Was advised after 1h35m later that I would need to reschedule because the work order was delayed to the tech and not enough time left before closing to complete the 2 hr computer based procedure. Of note, my arrival time was 2hr50m prior to closing. No explanation other than the above regarding where or how the available time was used up. Need the service so I’ll be back but pretty unsat in my book.
Jessa was amazing and did her best to get me in the car that I wanted for the price I wanted!! Being a first time buyer she was extremely friendly and informative on helping me make the right decision so in the end I’m not only saving money but still happy and content with my purchase. The process was super quick and easy, and got the car I wanted the same day!! You’re awesome for helping my family and I out, thank you for everything!
Excellent service! Personnel from service department were courteous and able to facilitate a quick in and out visit for a regular maintenance. Rep also provided an entire document with all of checks, inspections, and further discussion on items that the technician pointed out as areas to be cautious about. Furthermore, recommendations were provided for minor replacement parts which in turn was replaced on the spot within 15-20 minutes. There is no question about the quality and attention on clients and quality of service on vehicle.
Even though that is hard to get an appointment, it is really worth it. They take good care of my car. Their customer service is amazing and they provide coffee and snacks while you wait .
Sales and finance team was awesome and Sibell was able to get me into what I wanted and was able to negotiate prices with me before my truck even got to the dealership. I didn’t purchase my car from this location but I did have a diagnostic test done at this location on my vehicle. The service department were thorough and very knowledgeable. Mr. Darryl Hall was amazing. He did a great job communicating with me and helping me throughout the process. Highly recommend
I had low expectations since I waited for 2 hrs last time for similar service and everyone is hiring right now, but Super fast service today. I booked an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out in 45 min at 0800. The waiting area and bathrooms were very clean and snacks/drinks fully stocked. Wi-if was fast too! Overall, a great experience.
I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry and a 2019 Toyota Highlander from this dealer. Unfortunately, the bad experience or defective suv supposed to happen to me.The “Hybrid system has stopped” sign displayed and the engine didn’t start. I couldn’t use the vehicle.I took it to the Fort Walton Beach Toyota dealer two times already on the the same issues.On the First time, they fixed it and it worked for a while. For the second time, I had to tolled it to the dealer last Friday, let them work on it for a week.I just got it back yesterday, October 14, 2021.The guy, Cole, called me to pick up the vehicle on Wednesday 13. I didn’t have a vehicle and we discussed how to arrange the vehicle for me so I got to the dealer and drive my Highlander home. On Thursday 14, at 2 p.m. as scheduled no one showed up to pick me up. I called Cole’s number 3 times and left messages. No answer, no return calls. Wow, how a service anyone can expect.I drove the vehicle back home, no issue for now. I’m scarred when the problem will happen again.Right now I am on the wait and see period. If it happened again, who I supposed to report, consumer report or Toyota company or the media for help.I have to think what brand is my next vehicle? What dealer I have to buy it from?
“Eric” was bar none the best car salesman we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely knowledgeable on the cars (to include the Hyundai we bought) and excited to help in more ways than just the sale. He went above and beyond, much further than we’ve experienced in a car salesman. Would purchase from this dealership again solely to buy from him.
It was hard enough to get an appt for recall work. Was told 2 hours but when I told them I dont want the 13 point inspection the drove my car out to the parking lot and let many cars skip in front. After an hour and a half of looking at my car in the parking lot I said whats going on and they said I was next in line. Sure, not believing you guys. Then they through out the line were short on techs.Nice place if you dont mind wasting your day sitting in there.

Mike-V came to us when another salesperson was busy. Lucky for us that this happened. He is very knowledgeable about the model in which we were interested. In fact, pointed out the model we finally purchased had the options we wanted, did not have the items we didn’t want, and at a lower cost.Mike is the consummate salesman who was pleasant, professional, definitely not the pushy type so often associated with car dealerships. He was with us during the whole process, all the way through explaining all the bells and whistles our Highlander has. He also went above and beyond to find and return property I had left behind at the dealership. We will contact Mike-V the next Toyota we purchase. Five stars all the way!
Approximately 1 year ago I noticed some corrosion on my step rails of my 2016 Tacoma. I reported this to the service technician and they stated in was only red clay and they cleaned it off.At my next oil change I report again and finally got the service Manager to look at it and he agreed it was corrosion and would need to call Toyota to see if they would cover under warranty. Toyota came back and denied the claim. I asked the service manager if the Fort Walton Service Dealership could do a cleanup and corrosion treatment on the rails and they stated they would investigate it.Today nearly a year later from initial reporting I was advised that they would do nothing to help.I am very disappointed with the responsiveness and overall service provided on my 2016 Tacoma. I would expect that a vehicle that has been garage kept and was under 36K miles when the problem was reported would not see this type of corrosion on s step rail. It is obviously a factory defect and should have been covered by the warranty. I would expect at minimum to have the corrosion treated at no cost. I will not use this dealership in the future for any of my service needs.
I want to point out the man who helped me today, at the service department Mr. Darrell, He gave me the best customer service that I’ve ever had hands down. Not only is he knowledgeable but he has a great personality and communication skills along with authenticity which is not always easy to find. I’d recommend anyone near or far to this store for their award winning wonderful service. Thanks again Mr. Darrell you desert the best. 10 out of 10 service, communication and a timely manner!!!
I am very pleased overall with my experience at FWB Toyota. I had no trouble getting a convenient appointment. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and squared away. I waited for approximately 50 minutes for oil, filter, tire rotation and a comprehensive general inspection. The dealership has a very nice customer lounge, with generous drinks and snacks.

I went to Toyota of Fort Walton Beach looking for a new Highlander XLE with AWD. Nobody else in the area had one, other than one in Moondust (I dont care for blue cars). I worked with Mike V (Mike Vanderwest), and the experience could not have been better. He listened to what I wanted, found the vehicle I wanted, and gave me a reasonable trade on my Honda (I did my research so I knew what it was worth). Mike and I worked out a decent deal--he seems to be a straight shooter. I would definitely deal with him and with Toyota of FWB again.

Dropped off my car you because the check light was on. Paid $175 to have them remove a bug off the sensor. Also now have a scratch on one side of my car all the way to the backside. Of course they don’t call you back about that.
I brought my 2020 Corolla with battery issues. My whole experience with the dealer especially with the service writer was a nightmare. He was rude, and unprofessional. My husband and I called a few times and we didn’t receive a call back. We had to call Toyota to find out when we will get our car back, and find out the battery was in back order. 36 days later I received my car.

I pulled up and waited for someone to assist. My appointment was at 10:40 a.m. My car was in for service and for them to test the battery as I had issues starting it on 8/26/21. The man that assisted me, yelled out my last name when my car was ready. I noticed he came out and walked up to the customer before me to advise that their car was ready. I also had to ask if they checked my battery and what all was done. Seems to me that good customer service has gone out the window at the service department/dealership. I’ve been a customer for a little over 2 years. In the past a had a great experience here.

Came in for a 9am appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated, but didn’t show me in the system. The gentleman said, “that has happened a few times recently.” They have the attached sign up all over the place notifying you they’re short staffed. At the 1 1/2 hour mark, I asked the service person if the longer than normal time was due to the lack of staff. He said, “they had a bunch of vehicles come in this morning for an oil change.” It sounded like that if you don’t have an appointment, you get thrown into the rotation along with everyone with an appointment. So what’s the point of having an appointment? After 2 hours of waiting, my vehicle was finally done. I would’ve given 3.5 stars, but unable to give half stars. Overall, the service was good, just way too long for a basic service.
It’s impossible to leave zero stars, so I was generous with one star. Very slow service (90 min for oil change with appointment). Recommended maintenance skipped if you’re on the Toyota care plan. Twice they failed to rotate the tires even though they said they did (marked with chalk).Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I recently had an issue with the Rubber seal on my sunroof and had it replaced. Discovered a leak after it was replaced and realized it was because a part of the sunroof was bent while being replaced. I was without my car for a day and a half the first time and now because it was bent while being replaced I have to do without my car for another day and ahalf. I think this time being the dealerships fault a loaner car should be offered. They said they dont have one. Not happy about them not taking the responsibility of me being without a car again.

We were in and out in no time! He was able to answer all of my silly questions(there were a lot) beautifully with no delay. I never had any problems with this Toyota before but this last time it made me very upset. I went and scheduled my car maintenance and also to see about a recall I got about my car. The person said I would have to leave my car for the day so I got my day off to do it. Took it there and when I got there in the morning the guy said my car would maybe not be ready that day because they’re super behind at the shop and lost technicians and I would need a loan car then that somebody would call me to give me information. Ok I waited for a few hours and no calls so I started calling Toyota, all numbers I had even cellphone. Nobody was answering me except the reception that didn’t help at all. I had to ask my boyfriend to go there and see what was going on because I couldn’t be without a car for work next day. I called about 20 times, I left my car there at 9am and my boyfriend went there around 4:30pm and called me saying my car was ready and in the parking lot. Like really? Why nobody called me to inform about? Or am I suppose to guess? I totally understand the staff shortage but then tell me if you can’t do it or just inform what’s going on. I got there and told the guy I was trying to call and he was barely listening seems like he was in another world but I guess since there not enough employees they’re over working. So Toyota come on hire and pay better your employees.

I just got a 2018 Chevy Malibu from here and had a small issue with the check engine light. I went in and talked with Phil and he got my car sent straight to the shop. They were able to get the problem fixed right away and put all of my worries to rest.They truly have a great service team and I appreciate their dedication to taking care of their customers.

They were able to find the fix and provide a solution at no extra charge. Definitely amazing service from Darryl and crew.

The work done was satisfactory as usual; however, when my wife went to pick up the car she was just handed the keys and said “there you go, thanks. “ They did not point the car out or walk her to the car, as has been the case every time before! Your friendly service is slipping! We have bought like four cars from your dealership.
Good service thus far, concerning my battery issue. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the battery replacement policy. The “pro rate” amount doesn’t last long enough for a new battery.

For months Ive been getting calls from Toyota of Fort Walton telling me to come in because they can help lower my interest rates on a car I have with them. I finally gave in and the representative made me an appointment and even went as far as to tell me make sure you will be there. 8:30am on Saturday morning, my ONLY DAY OFF THIS WEEK.The front door was locked upon arrival. It was past opening time. I walked through a side door that was open and there was no one at the front desk. A couple of minutes go by and sweet gal shows up at the desk. She tells me my appt is there and it will be a few minutes while the manager finishes up with someone. I waited 2 hours. Then I ask if he was still busy, so she tells me it will be another few minutes.When the manager shows up he informs me that he cannot help me with my specific situation.So my frustrations are now that I had to drive here from another city, wait for 2 hours and this is after the representative on the phone had me make sure that I will be there. Thank you so much for wasting my time
I was visiting from out of town and they managed to work me in although they were very busy. They diagnosed and resolved my problem quickly, and were proactive and resolved an open recall while they had my car. The Uber they sent to bring me to the dealership to pick up my car was fast and convenient.

My experience with the service department at Toyota FWB has been terrible. I took my 2015 Avalon into their service shop in February to have my tire pressure sensor programmed to the vehicle. When the tech put my car on the rack he did not position the vehicle correctly and the rack broke two fenders on the driver and passenger side near the wheel well. When I called later that week to bring it to the Service Managers attention everything was handled professionally leaving me to think they were going to do the right thing and fix what they broke. We are now in August, SIX MONTHS LATER, and I still do not have my vehicle fixed. I have spoken with two different service managers, mr. shields and mr. brooks, and both told me they will order the parts and have it fixed. My next call is to Toyota’s corporate office.
Jacob, my service attendant kept me informed on the progress for service on my vehicle. I was satisfied with his help. Unfortunately, the workers in the service bays dropped the ball. They left my car unattended for several hours, until Jacob got their confusion straightened out. I am sure once they did their work it was at a very high standard. However, there needs to be a manager in the bays to make sure orderly service is maintained and your customers are not needlessly waiting and to avoid oversights that are being made.
During my last visit to the dealership, I was very dissatisfied. Plus, I lost my hubcap right after the techs did tire work for me, and I dont think thats a coincidence. I probably will not come back unless I know that the part is covered by my warranty. I got the work done that I needed to get done for $1,500 less at a different mechanic shop.And, the Toyota tech said that I needed to have my airbag and seat replaced, but the light was really on because the wires werent connected properly under the seat. They could have checked that out, but instead they were going to charge me over $1,400 for a new seat. The diagnostic that they did cost $145, but they didnt tell me they were going to charge a shop fee, and I ended up paying $170 to cover the diagnostic charge which was misleading.Additionally, I waited for over 3 hours for them to check out my car when they said that they would have me out by 5:00 because I had to be in class, but I missed class because they didnt keep their word.
Good service I went in to change my lug nuts from locking ones and no locking everyone was super nice and very informative they even had Starbucks coffee and chi lattes which as nice. Wait time wasn’t to bad either for not having a appointment
Toyota Fort Walton Beach gives excellent service. Daryle Hall is a very patient and kind employee. He made sure I understand why my car needed all the things that were done. It dei es great now and I feel confident taking it in my next road trip.
The reason I bought the Toyota is because of the service department. My car was taken for the service and done in two hours time. I was told it could take up to 5 hours. These guys are good at what they do. Kudos!
Brought my Tacoma in for routine service. Guys were great and helpful but that’s where it stopped. Was notified or two recalls that could shut down my vehicle. They didn’t call or email these out like any other dealership in the past. 2020 Tacoma mind you. They were “understaffed” to the point where I couldn’t get warranty work done for the near future . So I got my oil changed and air filter. With a full Toyota inspection with nothing wrong. Immediately the next day my truck felt sluggish on engine start . And got worse over the next two days. Then I woke up to a dead truck, had to jump it to get it started and it would hold a charge . Severe drain on the battery . Then it died trying to get it to the dealership. After walking 1/4 mile in the heat to get the last bit of the way I was immediately greated with, that’s not our fault . No way, no possible chance, deny, deny, deny. Mind you the guy did help me go get my car reluctantly . But now it’s another 200$ for a new battery that they claim is IMPOSSIBLE TO BE THEIR FAULT. At least take into account the day before you said it was fine . Or that your recalled part effected it “which they admit” or that you could have shorted it during maintenance. Car this dealership has always felt like a turn and burn establishment. Minus the military financing and a few kind staff, I’ll never shop at this Toyota again and am going to trade in my truck this afternoon.

I went in for oil change and tire rotation, was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I cant remember service representatives name but he was closest to the car rental desk and gave me some useful information about my truck and service intervals that I found to be quite useful for future visits. I highly recommend the service department at TFB.

My service advisor does not return my calls. I have called her and will not get a phone call until I call numerous times. I leave messages and ask for her to call me as soon as possible. I also had emailed my VIP salesman requesting a follow up on a matter. He has not replied to my email. Communications after the sell needs much improving.Edit: Turns out my service advisor no longer works there, yet her Voice mail did not say that. They are scheduling servicing appointments more than two weeks out, Auto-butler about three weeks out and safety recalls over a month out. I told the person that I was talking to that is too long of wait for service and it is ridiculous for a customer wait that long for a service appointment. She began to yell at me about being short-staffed. My one star rating still stands.
My wife & I worked with Kass Lee from the start to end. He went above and beyond for my family to get the car we wanted and traded our other 2 cars. It took 3 days, but I guess third time’s a charm! We got our 2021 Prius. We love our new car! Kass is awesome. Can’t thank him enough. He’s not just selling cars to sell but you can tell he also puts meaning behind his work. That man needs a raise or a promotion! I’d recommend him because he really went above and beyond. Overall, my experience with this dealership was great! The other staffs were very welcoming & helpful too.

The car I was interested in was listed at one price. When I got there the price jumped almost $4,000. That was including the insulting amount they offered for my trade in. I wish I could post a picture of the worksheet. One of the fees was a $1600 service repair fee. Another was $879 for dealer fee. It would’ve been more honest to already have added those in the listing price. However, they would’ve lost the “best price” rating on the 3rd party websites. Be aware and prepare to haggle.

I took my 2015 Lexus 450RXH for a 60,000 Maintenance work. Previously at another dealership my wife was told that her brake pads needed replaced. After Toyota of Fort Walton Bch did all the necessary fluid replacements and inspection they had a different opinion. Gary the Service Representative went over all the work that had been updated. He said the brake pads in the back were like new and the fronts were in good shape but starting to wear. This dealership is short staffed and they had me ready to go within 1 1/2 hours. I expected and all day affair but not this time. When I first arrived I was met at the pull up Maintenance hanger. A young lady came and greeted me right away and the outstanding service was consistent the whole time of the repair. Great Job Team Toyota! The experience were great because of Erik Skaskiv, he is really attentive and really care about his clients. He make sure you feel good and take care of all your needs. He is the best sale person there I recommend him 100%. So if you ever go there make sure you talk to him because from the moment I step on the dealer he was really respectful and helpful. My trust in this dealer has diminished a great deal. Cant get my car in for scheduled maintenance for over a weekWhy do dealerships want to sell you a maintenance plan if they are too busy to honor it. No confidence here. The best service manager they had there left for a different dealer when he should have been in charge of all the service managers.

I have purchased two vehicles in the last 3 months one for myself and one for my son. Both time Sherlock helped us. We went back the second time just so that he could help us put our son into a great car! This was the first time buying a car for our son. Sherlock made the experience an amazing one for him. We had been at KIA before we made our way back to Toyota and we left really unhappy! I had an excellent experience at this location! Left very happy with my Nissan Kicks! Our sales rep, JOHN TOPCU was the absolute best. He went above and beyond! He was so patient and answered every single one of our questions. It was also a very busy Saturday so we had to wait a little while before talking to the finance people and John knew we hadnt ate so when we were all ready to go, John comes out and sends us off with some Chick Fil A!! That was the sweetest thing.
Amazing amazing experience! Long review but worth the read! I am a first time buyer who has been waiting for a few years to finally buy a car. I did need a co-signer but that was no issue! I learned a lot but Toyota was patient with me as a new buyer. Upon arrival, there were two salesman standing outside, friendly and ready to greet customers. As soon as we got out of the truck, Mr. Sherlock approached us and immediately got down to business. This was impeccable to me because I had just left Hampton Hyundai and did not have a great experience. Was told by William Raine I wouldn’t be able to find a vehicle in this area with the monthly payments I want. Toyota immediately crunched numbers and waited as I turned down car after car. After I finally left because I was being indecisive, I realized there was one vehicle I just needed! Mr. Sherlock ensured all possible vehicles were seen and even included ones that were just brought in. I called him back and within two hours I was hooked up in my new ride! I went from a ‘05 Saturn Ion to a ‘16 Chevy Malibu! I am a preschool teacher and to say I was feeling blessed and well taken care of is an understatement. She is beautiful! Great timeliness with the service provided. However, my Highlander REEKS of gasoline on the inside. I only had my tires rotated, but whoever drove it to the pickup area must have been doused in gas…disappointed
