We bought almost an entire bedrooms worth of new furniture and five mattresses, and are very happy with the excellent customer service we received from the owner, as well as the products. She was helpful and communicative throughout the process, as well as gave us a great deal for the amount of items we purchased. She even went so far as to help us put together the bed, which in my experience is above and beyond what most stores will offer you. Would highly recommend this business!

I just recently purchased a king size cool gel memory foam mattress from them and I am sleeping better than ever and couldnt be happier with my purchase. Great place to finance beds! Owner is very nice and attentive. These negative reviews make no sense. They are just angry, because they dont understand what financing means. Educate yourself people before you finance, so you have no surprises for crying out loud.

I went there on my lunch break and she explained everything to me, very easy process I decided to do the 90 day no interest and she went as far to deliver in Navarre which I was so thankful. I wish I would have purchased my first bed set here years ago because I would have saved a ton of money. 10/10 recommend.

There arent very many stores selling mattresses but I sure as hell could do without ever seeing anyone in that establishment. The owner is rude and would rather pay more attention to f**-# her dealer and the help. Nothing worse than middle aged woman in her midlife crisis. While I know everyone has to go threw these things when I get home I will have it ym getctive. I just want a photo boou7uh children

I went there during open hours had to call the owner or manager whatever she is on her cell phone to get arrangement for her to be there. Paid 1701.00 for a queen size bed. Since the first night I brought it home me and my husband both has the worse night sleep ever. We typically have to get up and get on our couch were hurting so bad. Im still paying for the worst mattress Ive ever laid on in my life it has no support whatsoever you sink all the way through to the wood and were both small people. We even tried flipping it over to the transition side and putting a expensive topper on it. I would never recommend this place to anyone the service was horrible and the quality of the product is of the worst. I would rather sleep on a used hotel bed or anywhere than the bed I bought and have to pay for 6 more months on. :( Im looking to buy another mattress soon and it wont be from that place.

The quality of service and product was good. However, if you finance anything from there and dont pay it off within 90 days it automatically adds a $599 leasing fee that is in the small print even if you paid off the full balance you owe.

Great deal I got a bedroom set and queen mattress for 1200

I found a frame and matress that I wanted to get. Came back a couple of das later to make the arrangements after getting my room ready and there was no one there. It was well after opening hours. So, I drove back to Crestview and tried to call a couple of hours later. Their phone was disconnected. I dont think I will do business with a business that cant keep their phone connected or arrive to work. Signed...a very disappointed customer who would have referred others to their business.

Worst customer service ever. She is a thief and has no comfort policy returns. She is not a licensed retailer therefore she makes up her own rules. She is rude and when you try to speak with her she will yell and become very aggressive. DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
