Great service. Reasonable rates and timely completion. I needed my trailer serviced and Bernie was able to get it done before I had to get my boat out of the water. He said 5 days and was able to get it done in 2. Ive never had a problem here and recommend the service department.

Ordered a part, needed it badly. Told the guy I needed it badly. He said 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I go by and learn they havent even ordered it. I went home and ordered it on Ebay and cancelled the order with Auer. Dont bother with them if you can help it.
